Customer service is not really easy for me to comment on but the one thing that I believe other people should hear is I saved on my auto insurance using AIS. It is super easy to have your policy move from one car to another without having to worry about starting a new policy. One thing you should hear is that AIS was truly a very informative choice since I hear about it on the radio, see it on the internet and well the pricing is always broken down for you into simplifying what you want to pay for and how you want to save. I called to add an additional vehicle to my existing policy. I spoke with Patty Aguilar she was very helpful. She was very professional, friendly and straight forward over the phone that I didn’t have to probe for more information. . She explained additional service that I qualify for and was very knowledgeable about them as well. Genuinely felt she got to know my policy and was able to adjust a couple things with out much trouble. I would definitely recommend their services over and over again.

Walmart my credit card company was a total nightmare they continuously denied a $51 charge even though I had over $400 on my prepaid card. Cheryl was Fantastic she repeatedly sent me paperwork to try and get around this disaster. Finally after almost 4 days of trying to deal with a Credit card company bent on causing as much trouble as they possibly could, we were able to consumate the deal using my banks routing number and my account number. Cheryl kept me focused even though I was absolutely frustrated and so angered that I couldnt think clearly. I sincerely doubt that I could have handled this without her.

I worked with Gabriel Victoria and Dylan Yanow to place my Renters, Auto, Renters Earthquake and Umbrella policy. Both were knowledgable and helpful.

Whenever I see a commercial for auto insurance I always roll my eyes at how much they claim to be able to save you because you inevitably find that the quotes you get from any of these companies are somewhere on par with your rent/ mortgage payments.I called AIS ten years ago when I was almost broke and in need of insurance and they got me a rate that was a fraction of what I was being quoted by the Geico and Allstate etc. AIS hooked me up with a lesser known insurer called Mercury while I lived in California and Id always been happy with the rates I paid for a decade.Now, Im moving to Georgia and I started shopping for a new policy. I was immediately getting quotes that were AT LEAST twice what I was paying in Los Angeles. I didnt know where to go next but I knew I needed to make sure I wasnt continuing to pay for a policy that was linked to my old insurance. Having no intention but to cancel my old California policy, I called Mercury and I got directed back to an AIS rep named Carolina Deaver. She got me a quote for a Progressive policy in Georgia that is MORE comprehensive than my previous one for less than 75% of my already low previous rate. I was then handed to another AIS staff member named Cheryl Stanley who got me all locked into my policy in less than an hour, which is impressive considering the amount of confirming and signing needed to be done.Now I have one less thing to worry about taking care of during the strenuous process of moving across country. AIS is dope.

She’s honestly the one you will never forget about because of her outstanding customer service, and I hope we will see each other again some time in the future.
