I have recently made the change to State Farm with Ryan Stevens as my agent. As I recently had an accident (unfortunately) and as bad as it was I could not be more pleased with the support, kindness and informative feedback when I called. My calls were ALWAYS answered and the response I would receive from Ryan and Alex were professional and kind. No one wants an accident but to have this type of support team, it sure helped soften the other negatives I had to deal with.
