Mike has always done an excellent job taking care of any claims I have turned in. I would highly recommend mike as an insurance agent

Dont think they wanted to pay deductible. Had several holes in drywall, door frame damage, broken window in front door and other minor damage caused by renters. The cost of replacing broken windows alone cost more than the deductible. Think FB needs to re-evaluate cost of home repairs, now that costs have risen.
