I moved my policies to Josh late summer. I have been extremely impressed with the amount of personal service and detail Josh has offered. He has educated me in various areas and made recommendations based on what I need and not just to sell me on more/bigger policies. Josh has gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. He genuinely cares about his clients and makes sure they are happy with all aspects of the process from getting quotes to switching companies to filing a claim. I wouldnt hesitate to refer my family and friends to Josh. I wish I had switched earlier!
