After my parents and my family being with the company for long so many years and our rates continued to increase, so I decided to search around. I found a better rates with another company and decided that would be best choice for my family and I. So, I called to let Farm Bureau in Indianola, MS know and Glenda answered the phone and told me my policies wasnt going to renew anyway, rudely. I was already aware that my auto wasnt because I didnt want it to, (Note: in order to have insurance through them you must pay a members fee plus whatsoever your insurance monthly fee is)but she felled to realize that my home owners insurance was paid up in full until 2019. I really didnt know you are to mistreat a client because they have chosen to do business else where. But one thing I do know is you are to treat individuals the way you want to be treated. So, when you lose a client tell them how much you appreciated their business and hate to see them go.
