As a nurse I am a big believer in patient education, but I understand how healthcare and insurance companies work. I was coming in for a simple cleaning and did not want an hour chat asking me about my brushing history In my teens. I agree with the other comments stating the up charging and pt planning is over the top. What do you know...so much talking and planning they didn’t have time to do anything today? So I have to come back for another appointment? I will gladly go somewhere else. At the very least, they should have been more transparent about the initial visit because I was there for a cleaning not a consultation. Luckily, my old dentist has an opening tomorrow. I am more than happy paying the out of network fee.

2nd Visit. (Many more to go) The staff were kind. Answered all questions that I had and worked together as a team to get me the results that I desired. I would definitely recommend this location (but dont let the staff in the front fool you.) When you arrive they may seem kinda stiff, but once you get to know everyone theyre just as great as the dentists.

I rarely write reviews when things go really well but I wanted to acknowledge one person on staff here. Carllie was part of the team that worked with me through several issues and on several occasions. She was great. She has special training and can perform an expanded set of tasks, she was very pleasant to work with and always did a fantastic job while at the same time helping me relax - which at the dentist is a real challenge. She is an asset to the practice for sure. Thanks Carllie!

My three children and I have been going here for several years. About a year or so ago, Dr. Nick arrived, and I must say hes the most amazing dentist Ive ever had. I have great breadth to comment about this, as I moved almost every year of my childhood, due a career military fathers transient life, and my life has been substantially transient too.Due to moving so frequently. Id developed a deep degree of dentist phobia. Since securing Dr. Nick as my primary dental care provider, that phobia has diminished to nothing. Hes conducted several dental procedures on my teeth. Same day emergency crown, refilling old fillings, and hes always been available. He unerringly puts me at ease, thoroughly explains everything inherent with the situation; conducts the procedure with great care, empathy, and gentleness; and I really feel he enjoys his job, and truly cares about the patient.His staff is very efficient and capable. Ill usually schedule six month visits for my children and I at the same time, and we have never had an excessive waiting time. Dr. Nick and his staff are the real deal, and I am tremendously satisfied to have them as our go to dental outfit.

I have been a patient of Indy dental group for at least four years at this point and have enjoyed every visit! I have nothing but good things to say! Allie is a wonderful hygienist who also helped me with Invisalign and my daily dental habits! The other amazing hygienist is Courtney who will brighten your day every time!

I love this dental office! I have had fillings, crowns, and cleanings done here for several years, and I’m always very happy with the work. They have such a friendly and welcoming staff. They are very thorough, knowledgeable, and have new technology to ensure you get the best care. I also like that they review your treatment and give cost estimates before the work is done. I would highly recommend them for all of your dental needs.

My favorite thing about Indy Dental Group is that you can tell the Doctors and Hygienists genuinely care about delivering the best possible treatment they can— from explaining in detail the treatment you need in a way that’s easy to understand, to working with insurance companies to get the most accurate cost estimates, and just in the way they talk to you when you come in. It’s clear that the staff here cares about their patients and the quality of their work! Love all the doctors here and the flexibility of having multiple locations which makes it easy to schedule. Definitely recommend this practice!

Dr Nick, Carly and Ally are wonderful. They make going to the dentist enjoyable. The office staff are great as well. I have been going here for 20 years and would definitely recommend Indy Dental Group.

I have been going here for years. When I moved 30 minutes away I decided to try another dentist and I realized what I was taking for granted. Courtney has been my hygienist for years and she is detailed and does an amazing job. I am happily now driving the 30 minutes to Indy Dental Group, thanks Courtney!

A crown replacement isnt my favorite thing; however, Dr. Nick Mouchaham and team were outstanding. Specifically, they coached me through anxiety, and were determined that the new crown fit perfectly. Recommend them for highly competent, professional, caring dental treatment.

Being in healthcare and having a solo income, my biggest concern is affordability. So when every time I come in, we review the expected costs and optional treatments BEFORE anything is performed, its astounding and breathtaking when compared to other healthcare businesses! I am more likely to say yes to optional treatments when I know the total cost ahead of time.I also give 5 stars because I enjoy seeing my hygienist Allie. She does a phenomenal job, is thorough, makes great recommendations, and adjusts if anything is painful. I am sad Ill be moving in a few months because I cannot take her with me!

Dr. Nick Mouchaham is by far the best dentist I have ever had. He takes his time, explains everything, and so gentle with his treatments. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Nick more!

I love this office!! I have been using Indy Dental group for 10 years; I am willing to travel from Noblesville to Indy ofc to see my dental hygienist, who is a peach, plus the most gentle and efficient hygienist of all times;All down to earth; i chatted with Paige and Dr Bolander after my appointment . Dr Nick was very clear in giving me choices for plan of care, and as always, I feel like I can trust the entire staff;I highly recommend this and any of the Indy Dental group offices.linda M. They seem quite knowledgeable, and the work I have had done was satisfactory. Theyre very pushy on the extras, such as invisalign and mouthguards. Considering none of my other 5 dentists throughout life thought these were necessary, and they provide the services in house, Im guessing their profit plays some role in their treatment plans.

Ive had 5 crowns and 2 veneers done this year(3 of those teeth were broken veneers that needed replaced and they decided to put a crown on 1 of them to give it extra strength). They have superb customer service and I think they are really knowledgeable. Dr Lewis, Dr Shattuck, and Dr Bolander are all excellent. My teeth look great now. I had some discomfort on 1 of my crowns put on 2 days ago and Grace/Dr Bolander worked me in same day/fixed it in only 15 minutes. My teeth feel great now. I like how they havent tried to sell me work they dont think I need. I think that shows they are honest and want to do what is best for their patients. Their prices are reasonable especially with my insurance coverage but most importantly they care about doing the work right the 1st time.
