Went to Global Smiles for the very first time yesterday, after my parents highly recommended it. I went for dental cleaning and examinations. I waited for no more than 10 minutes in the waiting area. Ashton (Dental hygienist) was amazing, better than any hygienist I had before. She took her time, walked me through the entire process. Definitely an expert in her field. And then Dr. Bath saw me. She sat and answered all my questions and concerns. Even she took her time unlike a lot of doctors out there, and guided me through the next steps. I normally don’t like going to Doctors offices, but this experience was definitely different. I would highly recommend this Dental office to anyone out there.

Truly a pleasant experience coming in to this dental office. Immediately met with warm greetings and customer service at the front desk. Effective and prompt service to meet my dental needs. From the doctor to the nurses/dental hygienists who worked with me treated me courteously as if I was family. I would definitely come back to Global Smiles for my dental care. Fantastic team!

Each visit has been a pleasure. I had to have multiple teeth pulled at once. The dentist was beyond gentle, took time to explain everything that would be happening and reassured me throughout the process. I received a follow-up call to ensure they I was doing ok. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a pleasant experience at this dental office. I had unbearable pain from a popped off filling that needed a root canal and wisdom teeth that needed to come out. Dr. Bath and the staff were very caring and attentive during the whole procedure, and made me feel comfortable as I got everything done including the crown on the same day. Will definitely come again for follow ups and other routine cleanings.

My appointment was honored. I had to wait, however, for a few minutes before I was seen but it was under 15 minutes. Very thorough in my cleaning by hygienist. I would recommend to a friend.

Associates & Dentists were amazing! Didn’t feel any pain during the process of having my wisdom tooth’s extracted & having 8 fillings. Definitely a recommended place!

Front staff was kind and helpful, I didnt wait long. Im the biggest scaredy cat at the dentist but Dr. Bath and Jasmine were patient, comforting, and amazing. Although Im not looking forward to the rest of my dental work, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you to the entire staff!

Pros:- Its inexpensive and accommodates to lower income families- they accept medicaid ; they have a discount program for any individuals who are uninsured- the people working the back are friendly; really like the back staffCons:-Ortho experience; the orthodontist has never worked on my braces; it is usually the assistants (maybe this is for training purposes); I didnt really get an estimate and sometimes I feel like there is a lack of communication on my progress- I had to wait 45 minutes before being called in for my appointment once, I had to wait 1 hr 30 min another time and when I called to check on my appointment time, the front receptionist wasnt very kind- Ortho is only on Fridays, no other days, this is kind of why there is a wait time and its kind of really inconvenient, but you know what youre signing up for

I went in yesterday to get 2 of my wisdom teeth removed. I was literally so scared to get it done. The staff was very friendly & the procedure went by super quick. I wasn’t fully sedated & still didn’t have any pain or issues. I expected to be in in pain today, but I literally don’t feel like I got anything done. I haven’t had to take any pain medicine or anything, just been taking my antibiotics. Dr. Bath is amazing!I would highly recommend!!!

EXCELLENT service. I will be recommending this office to everyone. The ladies at the reception desk were phenomenal, very efficient and very nice. I was able to get in as a first time patient with an evaluation and they were even able to get me in same day for a cleaning, and some other dental work! Doctors were gentle, and very professional. I had a crown done in the October of 2017. Unfortunately, it fell off in the early week of August 2021. Pretty good run, I would say. DrBath always warned me to be careful with it, But I didnt care much. Hence S**t happened.Called in Satday morning, Jen asked me to walk-in. DrBath looked at the tooth and said if I could come on Sunday it would be very comfortable for her to work on since the schedule was packed and also it was a tedious work around as the tooth almost broke at the root. I absolutely didnt have any pain and I could make the adjustment in the schedule.On Sunday, Dr Bath, at ease, did her Magic. The crown was put again like new. I will try to listen to her this time.Thanks, Jen, Steffany & Dr Bath. The people make the difference. Top Shelf!

I have been using Global smiles for a few years for routine cleanings and dental care, and have always been satisfied with the services and quality of care they provide.I had a tooth that was needing extracted, so I called to make an appointment, and they were able to get me in the next day. Dr. Bath made the experience absolutely painless. The entire staff is so kind and caring! They makes sure all questions are answered before you leave, and provided detailed instructions for after care. I never hesitate coming back here, the staff and services always exceed my expectations.

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. We started going to Global Smiles, at the suggestion of a friend, five years ago. The first visit was an emergency visit and to be honest, we were thankful, because they were open on a Sunday. It is hard to find a de rust to take our certain medicaid. Never really questioned this dental office and their work. Im not a dentist. I grew up with a really great dentist (Dr. Annette Farthing on the south side) and I never had a reason to think that a dentist would EVER use a patient, let alone a child patient, to pad their wallet.A year and a half ago, Global Smiles said my son needed a root canal. Of course, if my child need dental work, please do it. I dont want him to suffer or lose any of his teeth by not tending to his needs. Unfortunately, I could not afford the crown (which is NOT covered under medicaid) and they wanted $900. We didnt have that and they wouldnt take payments. Our only option was to go to the IU dental school to get his crown, which is $599 (as of 2020, prices may have changed).We got the crown.Skip to a year and a half or so later, we go to get a cavity looked at. The wait was extremely long. The waiting room completely packed (during covid) and we were told masks not required. Because of the type of cavity that he had, I didnt think we should reschedule. The waiting room, off to the side, where the couch is, was not as packed, so we sat there.My son was finally called back. He is a teenager, but I went back with him, to be able to hear from the dentist what the game plan was.She (Im sorry, I am not confident in my memory to be able to say what her name is) did a quick exam. Gave me a quick rundown of what might need to be done. I then left the exam room, for her to be able to finish her exam. It is a bit cramped in the exam area and I trusted her.I do not want to exaggerate or be dramatic, but I am waiting for the exam to be done. I was sitting in the waiting room for probably 10 minutes, but less than 15, for sure. Then, the assistant comes out and says my son needs two root canals and cavities need filled.Trusting them, I made all of the appointments for the root canals, the cavities, and a cleaning.We get home, that night, and my son tells me that he doesnt know if he believes that he needs all the work they were staying that he needed. He said he would like a second opinion. I said, okay, let me find a dentist who can do that for us, soon.That made me decide to read reviews on all different platforms, google, facebook, etc. Over 600 reviews that I skimmed, I did focus on the 1-2 star reviews.The main complaint in the one star reviews were about patients with Medicaid and the amount of work that was said was needed was excessive.A couple days later, global smiles called to confirm our appointment and I told them we would not be back. They asked me why. I told them my son was uncomfortable and that we felt the dentist did not spend enough time to examine him.After looking for a dentist to give a second opinion, I called the dental school and they got us in, rather quickly.We got to that appointment at IU. The students working with my son asked me to call global smiles and request them to email his x-rays. I called. They said okay we will get them sent over in two hours. Three hours. The dental students said that was really strange, because it only takes a about five minutes to email x-rays.After a thorough examination, including a full panel of x-rays and testing of two teeth to see if they needed root canals, the dental students and dentist in charge of the students did confirm the need for the cavities filled, but they said that my son did NOT need root canals.If it wasnt for my sons advocacy, he would have gotten two root canals which he did not need and consequently, two crowns which are mighty expensive. This makes me question if he actually needed the first root canal he had, prior.Global Smiles may have convenient hours and may take Medicaid, but they are not to be trusted.

They have emergency appointments. Work swiftly. And very down to business.

What a wonderful experience. I have had alot of dental work throughout my life and this was the best. Had cracked a back molar that was already compromised with a large filling. The pain was wicked. Global Smiles got me in immediately and they accepted my insurance. The prices are where they should be and they dont try to sell you other treatments. I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Had a root canal. With sedation. Get my new porcelain crown on Monday!! Thank you Dr. Bath and Staff for taking such good care of me! My temp tooth is soprofessionally crafted as well.🦷😃

Raquel and Jen are super friendly. Got me in and out. Helped me understand everything that I did not understand. Raquel fixed my teeth and I am in love with how well her quality of service is and how much knowledge she has. She is great! I definitely will be back!!! She is awesome. The dentist was so good with me making sure i was okay through it all!

I was in Indianapolis visiting family for Christmas and had an issue with a wisdom tooth. They were able to fit me in within 20 minutes and took care of everything. Dr. Bath was able to pull my tooth a couple days later and it went very well. Extremely thankful for their help and they did a fantastic job all around

Very accommodating to any schedule. Prices are reasonable and they work with you to insure you get the care you need. Staff is super sweet, down to earth and professional. Great with kids and Im quite impressed with how they get along with my youngest son who has adhd😁😁😁

Very good Service! Very Kind, and a lot of empathy to the patient. My husband and I get our cleaning done here, this year doing crowns and filling-cavity fixes. So far so good! Love Dr Bath, very very skilled and very professional while super kind and attention to detail. Today I also had Briana doing my filling and same level of service! Best thing is they have staff speaking different languages which makes it easier for those as me coming for other country and wanting to find someone we trust and can speak our native language. Horrible impression for a new patient/first visit.Not only did they waste my morning and 2 hours of my workday but they didnt even have the decency to call and apologize or attempt to reschedule me. I arrived for my 9am appointment at 8:45, sat in the waiting area until 9:30 only to be taken back to a chair and told there was a 15-20 min meeting and then they would be back to start. I waited an additional 15 minutes leaving me at this business for an hour with nothing accomplished.What is most ironic is the receptionist calling me the day before my appointment assuming I wasnt going to show because I hadnt seen the request confirmation text messages. She was very adamant about how important it was that I needed to give them a heads up at least 24 hours notice if I wasnt going to show up for my appointment when I had no intentions of not coming. Instead, this business wasted my time...I wish I wouldnt have shown up.

I have been using Global smiles for about two years now and the care that I receive is amazing. The staff is friendly and Dr. Bath is best. I recently had an implant, the procedure was painless and took 30-45 mins. Dr. Bath explained everything she was doing along the way.

They accepted my son as a walk-in, examined him and gave us options as to how we can choose to treat his pain. They did not use scare tactics as a way to get a paycheck. I really appreciate that.

My appointment times would be moved without my consent. I would be told later that it had been my fault for not returning their call and that I needed to be more diligent about picking up my phone when no one had contacted me. It also seems that I would be waiting close to an hour after I check in to be seen. This is not a one time thing. It happens every appointment. I regretted coming here for my ortho. I’m just still here because I’m usually scared of change, I do not have time to find another place and go through the hassle. If I had a chance to redo everything, I would have never came here. Seeing all the great reviews on here saddens me because I have had one of the worst experience with this place.

I’ve had horrible jaw pain for about 15 years now. I’ve had MRIs, mouth guards made, I take daily muscle relaxers, I’ve done it ALL. This past Monday my jaw locked shut for the first time in YEARS and I was freaking out. I called Global because I was looking for a dentist that specializes in TMJ issues and she got my a steroid called in and had me come in the following day for BOTOX in my jaw area. I was skeptical at first, to be honest. But my jaw loosened up within 5 hours and by the time I went to bed and woke up the following morning my jaw was unlocked and it’s back to normal!! I’m so thankful she got me in such short notice. And everyone was so sweet. I’ve already told a friend of mine about it who also has jaw issues. Highly recommend 🤍🤍

I visited this place yesterday as per my friend recommendation, I was suffering from tooth ache. Great place for dental treatment, the staff listens to you and do their best to help you. Dr Payal Singh was kind enough to tell me each step that was being taken and welcomed each and every question. The only thing that missed it from being a 5 star rating was the wait time. I had my appointment at 9:00 AM but have to have wait 40 min in my car before I was called in.

Very bad experience I recommend don’t go to this place if you want save money and time they ripped me off

The staff was great friendly and very knowledgeable. The only reason it isnt a 5 out of 5, is I showed up 20 minutes early to check in, and it took 45 minutes past my appointment time to be called back. Time is valuable and you can get back almost an hour!

I was having a tooth extraction! My appointment was 7am, I checked in and went back to my car but was not called till 7:30. Although I was a bit disappointed About that everything else was excellent. The staff was very professional and friendly. The main thing I’d like to say is I had a tooth extracted. I am having no pain and I am putting this review the next day and I still have no pain. The tooth extraction was completed with no problems and no pain. I like this office so much that I drive from Far East side to this location because of the quality of my care and the professionalism of the staff.

Staff is really nice. I had a implant recently removed that I had placed 3 years ago. My insurance did not want to pay twice. The dentist was very helpful in getting a discount for the implant.

Dr. Bath did an amazing job so far on my teeth, n i will definitely keep going back. She helped me understand things about my teeth thats important to know about, n the girls there they made me feel comfortable in any which way n any questions I had they listened and answered. I was in n out happy every time n would definitely recommend Dr. Bath to anyone.

Over all it was a decent experience. The only thing I had an issue with was that when I called to make the appointment they didn’t tell me I couldnt wait inside.I had to wait in my car along with the kids who weren’t being seen. I was there for four hours sitting in a car on a hot day with no air. A little heads up would of been nice.

Staff was great but I left in akot of pain. I cant even eat or hardly drink. They didnt do any work on me but still. Gave me antibiotics which take days to work and ibuprofen. That doesnt work for me at all. I was hoping to be able to eat something tonight.

I have been going there for years. I love Dr. Bath she is honest and up front. I also love Devonte ( that’s my sons name also) but he always has a pleasant attitude and a SMILE!

Im using global smile since they opened this clinic, but as time goes their patient care is coming worse to worst, at my last cleaning about 6 months ago Dr. Bath did couple of filling and charge me around $600, but those filling did not do any good and I was suffering with lot more pain and sensitivity, So I called at Global Smiles Dental for appointment, but instead giving me an appointment they put me on hold for at least 20 mins, not just once they did that to me multiple times. Then I called Dr. Singh, and Bath to fix the problem, but did not heard back from any of them, and after waiting for 3 months in pain, I found another Dentist who fixed my problem, but I had pay another $700 to fix the problem created by Global Smiles Dental. Plus Punjabi speaking staff at Global Smiles Dental is very rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, and talk so rudely to Punjabi people. So it was worst experience of my life, and I was using this dental clinic from last 6-7 years.

Ive been to a dozen dental offices and this one is the BEST. Global Smiles has the best staff ever. Ive never met such nice, amazing people in my life! They also have hi-tech equipment, which makes it a pretty cool experience. I felt welcomed and cared for the moment I made my first phone call. I wont be going anywhere else ever again!

The people that work here are so full of love and care. They went out of their way to make sure my husband was comfortable with his procedure. Every time I take my kids in they treat us as family. These people are growing into our medical family. Thank you guys for everything you do!

I travel 60 miles from Fishers to have the kindness and compassion that the dentists (been there for a while) and staff give me.It is not to make me upsell and pay more. NO. I have a simple medical issue that will not kill me, but it makes my life hard. It makes the staff and dentists hard to work on me.KINDNESSFor an extreme level of ability and for a level of care I will continue to travel to Global Smiles. I could go to a Fishers dentistry where the dollar value is much higher, I refuse. The level of care is much better at Global Smiles and the value, again, much better.

I went to Global Smiles with a lot of pain. Apperantly I needed a root canal and a filling. Dr Bath being the nice person she Recommended that I take antibiotics before hand so that I can clear any infection. She was concerned about my well being and treated me like that. Her expertise was amazing and she was very professional. I left with no pain at all. The entire staff was helpful and caring and treated me like family. The front office guy and Rocky was great. The dental assistants were ok but with little attitude. Did not care for Dr. Bash. Did not take time to Introduce herself let along talk to me. Did not help my complete fear I have in the first place. Now, Dr. Singh that is there on Fridays is the most awesome Dentist ever!!!

Called to move up my sons appointment a week early. Then made us wait an hour to be taken back. I paid for the visit up front so we waited. Very unprofessional. If we were an hour late they would of made us reschedule and pay for the missed appointment.

I would highly recommend this place who is looking for a dentist. I had dental emergency a week ago and they got me in without any appointment and they did my root canal the same day in less than 2 hours. Dr. Bath was awesome. She explained me thoroughly about the procedure. Global Smiles Dental has always been very friendly, courteous, and professional in the services they provide. They’re attentive to your needs, which leave you feeling comfortable. Dr.Bath and all of her staff were caring during my wisdom teeth removal. They answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Bath.

I went in for a tooth ache, quoted me for a root canal, which I couldnt afford, no big deal, scheduled for a full exam a few weeks later, in which case showed that the said root canal could possibly be a filling, and one other filling was needed. Some weak spots for over crowding, and needed a deep cleaning. I was giving my treatment plan in multiple parts. I knew the company I work for was bought out and my dental plan will expire really soon. And I dont have a lot for up front payments. I stood at the front desk to work out a deal for the cleaning and the 2 fillings, knowing that 1 may result in a root canal which would be added into the final cost of the payment plan. I agreed to that, because I know I have money coming in next month due to my company being bought out. I go in for my appointment knowing Im getting medicine during, everyone was totally confused as to the agreement made prior to the appointment being made. Finally had that all sorted out, in which I was extremely patient as it seemed no body knew what they were doing. Went over the deep cleaning and the meds and 2 fillings prior to going back into the room. Get back into the room and the girl was very vague telling me to sign here and here basically this one talks about. . Im given meds and off i go. Im woken up when theyre done and told to grab my stuff and my husband will be there soon and to wait in the lobby. I notice its 2 hours earlier than quoted, but my mouth is numb and Im drowsy as hell. Absolutely no after care instructions were given to me nor my husband, other than Tylenol for pain (like Tylenol will touch this pain). Today is the day after, Im in so much pain, but notice that the 2 teeth that were the main concern are not touched. So when I receive a text asking how Im doing, I ask what all was done. Im told cleaning and 4 fillings... where did the other fillings come from??!! And the 2 that were discussed werent touched. No reason as to why the one wasnt touched, but the impending root canal (previously discussed) was the reason as to why they stopped working on the one. And was hung up on when talking to the manager to discuss this, and then basically was told I was a liar from the guy that set all this up and made the plan with me, and then was told I can come back in and pay what I would have to pay to have the root canal done and hed make it work with my insurance.. sir, thats insurance fraud. I wasted money to help my mouth and left in worse shape than I came in. My tooth was an ache, now its extreme pain because of these people. I will never go back, and will make it totally public how you guys basically scammed a mother of 4.

I would highly recommend Global dental smile. The staff is very knowledgeable, respectful and caring explains everything about insurance in a very simple and easy way. My tooth extraction was so smooth it didn’t hurt Dr. Bath is very polite and informative and gives patient lot of confidence.

Absolutely love it! I was seen very quickly, everyone was very professional and friendly. I got some great advice from my dentist. Definite 5 stars!
