This is the best dental office in town! The staff is amazing! You can tell the ladies love their job and take pride in their work. Everyone was super nice! They do a full exam of your teeth and gums. The dental assistant, dental hygienist, and dentist explain everything thoroughly. So glad I decided to go to Gentle Dental!

Do not go to this dentist. Very bad service! They ask us for new patient examination before doing regular cleaning. They took the x-ray for our every teeth and x-ray equipment is dirty and have a very bad smell. After exam, they said we have to wait another four month to do cleaning. They told us new patient exam is free and insurance covered. However, they sent us $100 bill after one week. We didnt get any cleaning and have to pay $100.

Not gentle at all. Hurt a lot and I had no cavities. No apology for the pain, just “we’ll try a different cleaning next time.” HORRIBLE. My gums have so many cuts in them and I’m very sore.

So much better!I had two fillings done and it was as painless as possible. The whole staff is great. Office staff was friendly and efficient. Both my girls ages 3 and 5 felt at ease. Sarah the hygienist was super sweet with my kids and Dr. Barton took the time to make sure I didn’t have any questions either.

I feel hesitant giving a 5-star appraisal: after all, who really enjoys going to the dentists office? However, these folks make it as painless (physically and emotionally) as possible. They are careful and thoughtful. Their demeanor is uniformly professional, and they are practicing good COVID hygiene.

I went for x-rays and a deep cleaning and was so terrified I shed a tear and was visibly upset when they had to stick the needle in my gums for numbing, but they made it painless, stayed calm, understanding of my position and didnt chastise me for my fear or tears. Im 26 this year and had been afraid of the dentist since I was 5. I had a real bad experience where I wasnt properly sedated for a surgery, so I felt everything they did and it left me traumatized. But here, they were calm, understanding and very gentle with me. They made sure I couldnt feel a thing before they proceeded. I cant wait to go back for my follow up.

As much as I hate going to the dentist, this was by far the best I’ve ever been to. They were so nice and really took the time to explain things. You can really tell they care. Also, Elizabeth is great!!! Her and all the staff go above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible.

So I have always been Terrified of the dentist. I have had some very bad experiences. But I have to tell you I have never left the dentist smiling. Especially after having a tooth extraction with no pain. The staff and the dentist are phenomenal, oh and don’t let me forget very patient and Informative.

My 2 year old son was seen here today and the staff was wonderful. They made him feel so comfortable and they were so nice and great with him. The care he received was outstanding, as well. So happy with the choice we made by bringing him here!

I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this dentist. My husband went to them as a new patient. After getting many routine x-rays, they told him that hed need to treat SIX cavities, and quoted him a hefty price to go with that. He has since seen TWO other dentists who have found ZERO cavities in his mouth (also looking at the SAME x-rays). This is very alarming, and while Ive never written a review like this, I felt it was important to share.

I switched jobs 2 years ago and my previous dentist didnt accept my new insurance. I finally got around to checking out dentist in my area and came across Gentle Dentist. Im very glad that I did. From the moment I reached out to the time I left, everyone was so nice and understanding.Upon entering, the office was very clean and I was greeted right away. I had my first exam which included taking tons of x-rays to get a good look before talking to me. The techs were great. I was told about an elective oral cancer screening that I decided to opt out on. Part of the initial exam included a test by the hygienist to see if you are at risk for gum disease. I didnt remember doing that with my last dentist and I had been with her for 6 years. After the hygienist was done, Dr. Kim came in to review the x-rays and begin her portion of the exam. Everything went well, she heard my concerns and I made another appointment for my cleaning. Another thing that got my attention about this office is that they are open till 6 on Mondays. That is so important for when you are not able to take off work or leave early. I look forward to making this my primary dentist .

I had to have two cavities filled today, Dr. Harris very professional and staff extremely supportive! No pain and was well informed about what was coming next and care after! Excellent Dentisr and staff!

I began going to this dentist when I got married. I went for about 3 years until I was finally fed up. Ive began going to another Gentle Dentist and theyve had to replace and fix 3 of the fillings that were done by Eagle Creek - one leading to a crown! The staff were nice, but I would not recommend them for their skills. I am continuing to fix their mistakes and wish I would have switched sooner. Go somewhere else!

I have been going to the Gental dentist for many years and they have always treated me with respect and took care of my dental problems. I plan on coming back for a long time.

Tried to perform a procedure they did not have permission for... I was scheduled for a normal 6 month cleaning.. I dont trust them what so ever. Tried to tell me I had numerous cavities, second and third opinions said this place was wrong, no cavities at all.DDS Harris was rude, and unhygienic.Will NOT go there again, I suggest you dont either.

I took my 3 year old twins for their 2nd dental visit today. Last time they got their teeth counted and today they got their teeth counted, cleaned and had a fluoride treatment. The Westfield staff and Dr. Lanie are awesome with kids!

Stay away from this place! I called in because my gums were sore and I was worried. I told them over the phone I hadnt had a cleaning since October 2015 and Id probably need a filling. They told me that they could get me in the same day and get everything taken care of. Once I arrived they did x rays and then they did an oral cancer screening that was 50$ and they said it was mandatory which wasnt true. That was my first red flag, after my x rays they diagnosed me with periodontist gum disease and said that I would need a deep cleaning procedure! I was very shocked because I dont have bad teeth at all. Then they told me Id have to schedule an appointment for the deep cleaning procedure that would cost me 200$ out of pocket. I was upset because the lady said theyd get everything taken care of during my visit, mind you they never cleaned my teeth or mentioned my cavity! I decided to get a second opinion because things just didnt sound right. I went back to my old dental office and they cleaned my teeth and assured me that I dont have any gum disease. My advice to anyone looking for a dentist, stay away from corporate dentistry! Practices like this give fake diagnosis and over charge their patients. Steer clear!!!
