Without a doubt the most abusive broker we work with. I cringe whenever I have to deal with them. From initial contact to the last they are condescending, aggressive, and thoroughly unprofessional. Dont believe the fake 5 star reviews.

This company is the worst. Ive tried working with them multiple times with multiple different brokers but they screw you over every single time. From not paying truck order not used, detention, layover, short pay for no reason, they dont answering your email, phone call, give misleading load information you name it. SO BE CAREFUL.Ive noticed that they have their employees write good reviews. just wow

Booked a load with Lexi Phlegar on Friday with a set delivery on Monday 6AM they called on the weekend changed the delivery for Tuesday noon so we are loosing 2 day and only payed 150$ which is unfair because we ware running reefer all this time WORST PERSON TO WORK WITH

Very shady company, posts loads in different cities and tells different city when a carrier calls. Never use them. This is an era of smart phones and everyone knows where the actual city is so better post correct city so a carrier knows where its going before calling.

Please be aware Quinn Miller booked a truck of ours. We sent 150 miles truck shows up and tells us load is cancelled. Never sent over TONU called 10 minutes prior to 5pm & instead of calling dispatch according to Quinn Miller he called driver which driver confirmed was not the case. Please stay away from this company very very bad people!!!!!!

Booked a load with Scotlynn broker David Comer. Truck arrived an hour earlier for his appointment. He was held for 5 hrs. Detention was not paid. Broker said he just does not want to call the customer for detention cuz it’s only 5 hours. Pretty sad when carrier has to pay for some one else’s faults.

Very disrespectful. Every time Ive attempted to contact these people for a load, they put you on hold a long time, come back, give you the wrong load information, and when you correct them, they hang up in your face and dont bother to respond any of your calls. Either fix the attitude or hire better people that actually do their job correctly.

They might seem nice and cool until you get the job done. once you complete the work youve assigned, then you start to notice how unprofessional, disrespectful,rude, lair and worthless theyre. Spread the words to all the drivers out there.

Rude, unprofessional people! Driver waited 5 hours at delivery and if I didnt call the receiver myself he was never going to get empty and to top it all they wont pay detention because they are saying he was 10 minutes late. I have ELD to prove that my driver was on time and the shipper put 10 minutes late only for them not to pay me

Do not work for this company. They are going to go out of their way to make sure that they dont pay you anyting. They will hold your money and not pay you for whatever reason they feel like it.
