I have been working at the Peru terminal for 7 years now and has been a great place to work. I was hired on with the promise of the company expanding and going in new directions and they have exceeded my expectations!

Very slow....People in office dont want to listen to you. Very unprofessional and rude my appointment was 8 am.... 4 h and counting dont worry they will not start working on you until they finish to reload their own truck.

Great Dohrn small local terminal.Morris Road is rough as hell but it hasnt been fixed at years however once you get in there its easy to find come right off of 70 and one quick stop light and follow it all the way down.Ive been to a few M dohrns or Pitt Ohio or whatever they call themselves now even their home base in Rock Island but they were very professional and pleasant at this one when I brought in a cross dock of John Deere..they let you know the receiving hours are between 10 and 4 Eastern and as long you show up between those hours Monday through Friday they work with ya.I got put right into a dock and nicely quickly off-loaded and I was heading out of town to Monrovia for a nice big steak dinner at the Country Pride TA truck stop out there at Clayton as they call it before I head to go to terre haute the next day I was happy to get out of there when I did they were quick...the very easy maneuver horseshoe-shaped driveway just good folks

THE DRIVER WOULD NOT PUT HIS MASK ON, WHEN ASKED TO HE SAID IT WAS ON, AROUND HIS NECK AND THAT WAS GOOD ENOUGH. WHICH IT WAS NOT! HE REFUSED TO COVER HIS FACE AND THEN STARTED A CONVERSATION WITH OUR STAFF WHICH CAUSED HIM TO SPEAK AT HER FOR AT LEAST 10 MINS UNPROTECTED.

Switched our freight with someone elses and tried to deliver. Told them it was incorrect and they attempted to deliver the same freight two more times until they finally understood it was incorrect. I understand that people are imperfect and mistakes are made but the sign of a good company is rapidly fixing their mistakes. Here I am 3 weeks after the original delivery date and they are finally delivering tomorrow. Well see if they actually show up with our freight. DOHRN, FIX YOUR PROCESSES AND HIRE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE PROCESS-DRIVEN AND YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE HAPPY. If thats not constructive criticism then I dont know what is.
