Took almost 2weeks to get a scheduled pickup for 2 pods. Then day of pickup, no one came i called at 530 pm to get an ETA. They said they would contact driver and get back to me and that the pickup until 9pm so not to worry. So next day they finally picked up one pod. When I called to find out when they would be getting the other pod they said by 630pm today. It is 10 mins till and they still havent called me to let me know that they are on the way to get it. I have been trying to get this pod out of my driveway. To no avail.Amanda Young

Communication from the 1-800 phone number was horrific! Wrong information and outright dishonest updates. But Danielle (driver from the Indianapolis office) is AmAzInG!! Cannot say enough about her professional communication and skilled driving. She alone saved this from being a 1-star rating!! Call center: train your folks to be honest when they have bad news. Indy office: keep Danielle driving for Pack Rat! THANK YOU, DANIELLE!!

I first price shopped on 8/26 and they were and they were able to price match PODS. Delivered the container on Monday 8/30- the door would not shut- after I loaded all my stuff in a 16 foot container. I called Customer Service for help and they didnt respond initially- RED FLAGAs I was calling back, I found over 250 BBB complaints and they ARE NOT ACCREDITED with the BBB. In addition, I found hundreds more complaints on various review websites. They obviously pay 3rd parties to write glowing reviews and buy paid ads to try and push down the hundreds of 1 star reviews.I then UNLOADED the container and tried to call to have them pick it up.Its now 9/1 and after calling 12-15 times- they picked the broken container up EMPTY- and returning it the the facility... again EMPTY. They said Id have to pay $250- in delivery charges for a broken box?!?!? Ill overstate this- they KNEW IT WAS EMPTY.I checked the dashboard and no updates- it says its still going to Texas... for an estimated 3500 ( plus fuel surcharge Of WHATEVER THEY WANT TO BILL, even though someone at Customer Service said they did receive it and would transfer me to billing to close out my account. Then they hung up on me and now I CAN NOT get a call back.I may have to file litigation and may even consider the steps to file a CLASS ACTION lawsuit for the hundreds of others that have been ripped off... Im fully expecting to get falsely charged for a cross country trip that will never happen- AT LEAST THE DONT HAVE MY STUFF! They do keep logs of your calls.Luckily I read the HORRIBLE reviews and got out before I lost everything. Ive lost dozens of hours and countless stress for this BSSadly the delivery drivers were nice/ honest people. I hope they find a great job soon. The CRSs are obviously churn/ burn and told to say whatever they need.Ill update...

We scheduled for a storage container to be delivered and it never showed up. Never received a call and when we called, we were on hold for over an hour. We were told twice it was going to be delivered “that day” and two days later, it still was not. Never did receive a call from the company to let us know of any delays. Definitely shop elsewhere.

The “Customer Service Dept and Resolution Team / aka - Management” is a joke and I would strongly recommend using another mobile storage company. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional within a company. Too many issues to even list here. THERE IS NO DIRECT CONTACT PHONE NUMBER TO ACCESS ANYONE IN THE COMPANY IF YOU ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM AND I HAD MANY ISSUES WHILE RENTING FROM THEM. Save yourself the unnecessary stress when moving and just use another company.

The guys who deliver/pick up containers are great. Sales and corporate staff - not so much. The sales person I spoke with did not truthfully communicate important details, and was not employed there a week later. I used them in the first place because I had a few job prospects in different locations. Sales suggested using one location as a place holder. However, months later I learned that changing the location rendered the contract null and void. Meaning they no longer had to honor the quoted contract price to deliver. Instead they told me the delivered price to a location a comparable distance to the one in the contract would cost 1.5 times the quoted price - thousands more!

Do Not Use This company. Delivery was 9 hours late.. They accidentally removed my pick up date. I was told for 5 days a supervisor would call me NEVER did. I made no less than 15 calls to them. my lease was up so I had to get it moved. Needless to say I had to end up removing my items from the pod and putting them in storage. VERY unprofessional. original pick up was 8/27/20... said they couldnt do it until 9-18

One of the worst customer service you can experience. Nobody knows if and when a container will be delivered or picked up even though it would have been scheduled weeks in advance. You have to be on the phone for several hours to get to the customer service and their standard response is they dont when the driver will show up and that the driver will call sometime. They are responsive right until the point you place the order. After that good luck with your move. I didnt see all the negative reviews before placing the order. If I had known, I would have never used this company even if they were moving stuff for free.To the person who wanted to make this right, my order number is LDM-RET-1966992

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Everything was fine until I got to Indianapolis. I had three pods which were all delivered in the wrong order over a three week period of time.The last pod they delivered they put near the end of my driveway blocking my way into the garage.I could only park one in the driveway and had to park my other car on my lawn all week since we can not park on the street.When I called to ask them to move the pod or pick it up early, they said they were too busy and could not promise to move it until my pick up date which was a week later. The person running the Indy branch was insensitive, rude and would not take ownership for his team and service.I tried calling the corporate number, but was put on hold several times for over 30 minutes. I had used PODS before and had a great experience.I figured I would try Packrat and save a few bucks. You get what you pay for. Stay away and use PODS.My order number is 1880974. I would appreciate some assistance or compensation for my inconvience.

Do not use. Left our unit in lot for 8 days. They required ten day notice for delivery which we gave and were told it would be one month for delivery or an extra charge to access the belongings on our own -Rusty Nasty unit. Then there was a reply to this review to message the owner to resolve which is misleading because there is no email or number given to message them. So sir if you are sincere post an email or number that we can actually contact/message you. Not an 800 number. Do not use pack rat!

Do not use this company! Left container in parking lot for 8 days. Then gave ten days notice for delivery as REQUIRED then they said they couldn’t deliver for a month! Illegally hold all your belongings for a month! HIRE more staff, buy more trucks and work on Sundays!! Stay away at all costs

Were having a ridiculous time dealing with your company regarding moving times (saying they wont deliver our items for a whole month). The previous review under Karen McClure, you asked us to message you but we have literally NO contact information for your location. All we have is a corporate 800 number. Please respond with a phone number or email address for the Greenwood location.
