Returned items at this location. Six months later I receive a call from a collections agency in regard to the equipment I had returned. Glad I had saved the receipt.

The service is awful and the TV service barely works. Save yourself the headaches and go with another company. I regret picking spectrum.

Dont call this number if you want BrightHouse or Spectrum! Youll get a courteous person on the phone but you want get the company you want to talk to!

HATE Spectrum.Terrible connection that goes out at least weekly.Lied about internet service being the cause of a 3 day outage while mine and 28 other businesses had no internet, causing me to have my IT company come out to fix.Neglected to come through on a credit for payment for my IT companys services during this outage. I had to call back FOUR times to get a credit, which they then reduced to $50.00 because thats all they were allowed to credit at any one time.Just got a bill for $186.00 for current and past services due.This account should have been closed. The equipment has been returned. They are not even agreeing to waive a charge for this current months services.If you have any other option. Go with that.

Internet went down due to a storm. I am not concerned about the outage but concerned with who I have my business with due to not notifying me with a text on my phone about the outage. With todays technology, you need to get get with the program like Duke Energy who notifies of any issues.

I signed up a special and increased my rate. I get that, but when I called to see if they could work with me they were very rude and unwilling to work with me. Of course when I got a new provider and called to cancel was when they wanted to deal with me. Rude and ridiculous!

Worst internet service. I Work from home and constantly have issues. They did not wire to community specs as they were supposed to —so there are lots of issues. They said they’d provide letters to my employer (twice) and I have never rcvd one. They said they’d credit my acct... they didn’t x2. They cancelled an appointmt - because they couldn’t follow directions, and couldn’t find my house. Told me there were no outages... when there were! They did suggest I get a second provider. Lol seriously! I’m wondering if anyone could be worse.?

By far the worst cable/internet provider Ive ever experienced.
