My husband and I visited this store to check out the new IPhone 13. Trae Cole was so helpful and knowledgeable that we ended up buying the 13 pro and accessories from him, even though they had to be shipped out of state. We are elderly and he did a terrific job of talking us through the set up! Trae Cole is awesome! We are very grateful and highly recommend him. He followed through with all our requests. Great customer service! Thanks!

My phone is not a year old. I dropped it today. It broke the screen saver. We took the phone back where we bought it. We thought the insurance we had on phone would cover the screen saver. They said no. They dont even sell that type of screen saver now. Told us to call the screen saver company to get a free replacement if we had signed up for their warranty. We thought that was in their service agreement. Not happy with out come. Now we have to call Amazon or screen saver company. Dont think we will deal with this group anymore.

Had terrible experience on line trying to sign up for 55+ unlimited policy. Was ready to hunt for another carrier! Trae made it easy!

I have to say that I have never been to a Verizon store, or any other same type store, that surpasses this Verizon on E. 86th Street! Trae is amazing and an excellent representative of this store. He patiently listened to what I was looking for in a new phone, answered my many, many questions, until we found exactly what I was looking for, and I am very happy with the end result. Trad worked with me for several days, both in store and on the phone. He made it quite clear that he was there and available to help me with my questions and concerns for as long as it took. He absolutely and positively went above and beyond to help and that is a rare thing. I actually drove to that Verizon from 40 minutes away, when I could have literally gone down the street to a Verizon by me, because the salesman at the Verizon by me was very disinterested and not at all helpful when I started out at that store. I am grateful to have found Trae, who like I said, is an EXCELLENT representative of this Verizon and I will drive the 40 minutes away again if I need any more assistance. The manager of this store was also very friendly and helpful, and it was really just a very pleasant experience and I say THANK YOU, Trae, for your beyond excellent service and just know that you are very much appreciated!

Came in 4/20 and made a purchase after receiving outstanding customer care from Geno.He is very friendly, relatable and authentic.On 4/21 I came back in for help on another phone that I had. Geno was not in and Trae helped me. He was very welcoming and treated me as I was his customer. My husband and I were helped at Verizon by a fabulous associate, his name is Brandon Allen. We were upgrading phones and he helped us for an extended amount of time. (We are not very tech savvy) He answered all of our questions and made us feel safe to ask even the dumb questions! He even had us come back the next day to help us with a tablet! If you need a new phone and great customer service, look no further than this store. I had several issues with switching from T-Mobile to Verizon, including several hours of waiting on hold with T-Mobile customer service, T-Mobile stores that were either closed for the day, or had no internet service or couldnt access PIN and Unlock functions because they were a third party store. So much runaround and confusion from the T-Mobile side.However, Layne, who works at this Verizon store, was amazing in navigating the challenges, and was successful at getting all our family phone needs. All the while he was answering calls, helping other customers, and calling several places to get the information we needed to keep moving forward.He also answered texts from me on his day off in helping to finish moving my sons phone over to Verizon. I didnt realize it was his day off and he still was happy and cheerful to help out.When you need to switch to a new phone or service, give this store a chance. Ask for Layne and hopefully you will pleased with the service.

Trae is the only honest Verizon sales person that I have ever dealt with. When he says what your total bill will be.......it’s gonna be that price! He does not tell you what you want to hear. He has saved me a ton of money!! Met him at the 2020 Home Show in in Indy. We have driven over 2 hours to meet with Trae, two different times. . We now 5 lines with him. He even met us on his day off!! I will not deal with any other person with Verizon. Thank you, Trae.....you have a customer foe life. BTW we have been with Verizon for over 20 years!!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the transition from an old device to a new one took a few visits to the store to work out the kinks.

My wife and I came in tonight to get two new phones. No one greeted us as we walked in or said anything to us. We stood by the phones we wanted to buy for 15 minutes with still no acknowledgement from the staff. We ended up just leaving and going somewhere else that actually wanted our business. As long time Verizon customers, we expected better.

Everyone at this location is extremely helpful, kind, easy to talk with, and full of knowledge. My first time working with any company bigger than Cricket, and Im very pleased to have chosen Verizon. This location really made my experience worth the big jump into bigger bills. I highly recommend this store, you will not regret your experience. This location does just that. From the manager down to all of the staff they get it! Really frustrated after our visit tonight. My husband and I originally stopped by Saturday to research our options to switch to Verizon from our current wireless provider. The solution consultant was very helpful and wrote what she quoted us down on a card for unlimited service for two lines. We returned tonight to take advantage of their offer on the Beyond unlimited plan and phone BOGO. We started the conversation by showing the quote originally provided to us and received no pushback. We began the transaction, entered all our info, selected our new phones and as we finalized, suddenly they pulled a bait and switch on the monthly amount for the Beyond unlimited plan. To top it off, they blamed us for it! Wow.The other thing that put a really bad taste in our mouths was that when we asked if there were any other discounts early in the transaction, they asked if we were active military or veteran status. We said no. Then they asked if we had family who was. My husband said his brother was. Then he said we could just lie about it and get his brothers military ID and take advantage. That seems like a horrible way to show respect to an earned benefit of military service and made us very uncomfortable.Needless to say, we walked out and don’t plan to go back.

Came here for a new phone after keeping my GS4 alive for five years. The staff member was helpful and pretty quick to get to me. He made his push to get me to buy a package deal that included things like a case and extra charger, to which I politely declined. Another staff member came up to me and wouldnt take four nos for an answer, and I could tell the guy helping me felt a bit bad that his co-worker was being as pushy as she was. Took a quality 4-5 star experience and brought it down to a 3. Its not good for return business to be pushy to people with made-up minds on what they want.

I have been to this location several times. Each has taken at least an hour and a half. Recently, I have had to come back multiple times for issues that were supposedly fixed. Last week I spent 4 hours in the store during on trip.Today, I came to switch phones and add screen protectors. After leaving, I realized the the buttons on my phone didnt work. I came back 1 minute after they closed and Abe spoke through the doortelling me that they were closed. I explained that I know that but he saw me there early today and many times before, I cant keep taking time off of work so they can spend hours on something they already screwed up.I told him I was going to leave a bad review. He promptly smiled, shrugged his shoulders, and said, Ok thats good. I havent even seen BMV that is as painful as this place.

Worst Verizon Store I have ever been to. The are RUDE. They Lied to my mom about having a free upgrade. They told her NO. We later called Verizon directly they informed her she did have a FREE Upgrade. We went back the next day, they informed her they do not honor Corp. policy. So they did NOTHING FOR HER . They also told her that her currant phone had No Trade in Value when in fact she had one worth $ 175.00. AT NO TIME DID THEY EXPLAIN TO HER THAT SHE HAD ANY CREDITS IF SHE WOULD HAVE WENT TO ANOTHER STORE. SHE IS ON A FIXED INCOME AND REALLY COULD NOT AFFORD THIS. GO TO THE OTHER STORE ON W. 86TH STREET THEY REALLY APPRECIATE YOU AND WILL HELP ANY WAY THEY CAN.

Come to find out a month later he was full of crap.Hey manager it might make sense to know all of the information before sharing your professional suggestions.I really love taking 30 minutes on the phone to change the plan back to where it was previously.Thanks ya boat anchor

My new phone was defective out of the box. The defect was intermittent, but detrimental. I spent 1.5 hours talking to clerks who were very sympathetic, but refused to do anything to help unless I could demonstrate the intermittent flaw. I was given the runaround multiple times, had to spend a couple hours factory resting my phone. At one point was even told to visit Best Buy to see if they could do anything for me. Later I called Verizon and they were more than willing to replace my defective phone.

Always have to wait-often for a long time. Staff are not knowledgeable. They get info on their products wrong such as not knowing the specs when its listed right there on the phone. An example of the prevalent incompetence was a worker told me the MP of a phones camera has nothing to do with photo quality. They are also super pushy. Im looking to switch carriers just because of the store customer service. Use another store if youre with Verizon!

Four hours later....a HUGE mess.....and Keith the Verizon sales rep from the Nora store is treating me rudely and with no respect. He wouldnt let me get a word in edge wise, and he couldnt be wrong. In fact he totally screwed up my account, sold me an overpriced tablet, and then refused to let me speak to a manager. It was like talking to a two year old with no manners. If I were his manager he would be toast! Keith, you need to grow up!
