Drivers, please slow down in residential neighborhoods. The large logo on your vehicle is either good, or bad advertising for your company, based on how you drive. Living in Devonshire, right across the street from your facility, Ive seen TOO many speeding through. I could take down vehicle info, but really, I am trying to appeal to human nature here... do the right thing!

Comcast Cable had a third party bury a cable and install their service equipment on private property several feet away and well outside a 10’ utility easement. They have no fear and they know no shame. It will take the courts to correct their bad behavior and even that may not work.

Getting anyone on the line to help is impossible. Were supposed to get HBOMAX free this week. I cannot find ANYONE to access it. The bot is a joke. They are pushing me right back into the open arms of AT&T.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!!!!!!! The WIFI has gone out for hours at a time several days in the past 2 weeks!! Before that, it would go out at least one or two days a week!! I literally hate this service. It is so unreliable! Then you cant even get anyone on the telephone about it! I have things to do and the kids have schoolwork that is not getting done because service is interrupted every week! This is totally unacceptable! If I could switch service providers I would in a heart beat! I most definitely dont recommend if you have another choice!

I spent more than 3 hrs on the phone and spoke to few agents and asked then not to send me advertisement/promoting email/mails, I filled a separate form asking for opt-out from all mail/emails, but nothing changed. Comcast continuously sending me distributing emails

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I spent upwards of 5 hrs or more on the phone getting a device I bought myself registered and activated. I started out being transferred to a live rep but after sitting on the phone with it ringing for almost 2 hrs I decided to try chatting. I never experienced being passed around on chat until this day. It was beyond unacceptable and utterly ridiculous. Zero stars.

They canceled our service via a system Glitch only to try to strong-arm us for double the cost. Said we dont know why the system canceled your service, but we cannot get you back on that contract, so you will have to sign a new contract and have us check your credit and pay us double for the same service or we will just leave your service off. Escalated 5 different times and spoke to supervisors and on top of that... Well you canceled this and screwed this up shouldnt you be giving us some sort of deal? No, it is a computer glitch, you either pay us or dont have internet... deal with it.

Despite paying a premium for 300mbps downspeeds, my internet is continually, regularly being dropped for 10-60 minutes, sometimes as much as ten times per day. This has been occurring for over a month. I legitimately get more stable connecting hotspotting from my phone.Comcast is incapable of providing support over the phone despite speaking with reps for weeks now. They are also refusing to dispatch a tech to troubleshoot the issue.No less than five support techs have taken our information due to long queue times instead of transferring us to hold for supervisors; not ONCE in the past month have we received a callback.My wife and I both depend on a stable connection to constantly monitor networks and perform international conference calls during our workdays; our livelihoods literally depend on Comcast fulfilling their contract to provide stable internet.If the issue isnt remedied by the end of the month, Ill be switching to AT&T.

I really would rate them zero stars. We had a internet/ television service outage in our area. The support representative was unaware of it and made us go through an hour long trouble-shooting process on Friday. They scheduled a technician visit for Saturday from 5-7 because they said it couldnt be resolved because the problem was outside our house. We rearranged our day to make sure someone would be here. The representative we talked explained that we would be given a bill credit due to the inconvenience. Saturday we were called by a very rude technician while we were out of the house during in the afternoon. He told us to check our service, it was fixed and that he was cancelling theservice call. I told him we werent home but we would do that as soon as we got there. When we got home the service still wasnt working right and my son was disappointed he came home for the technician who was cancelled. He reset the modem and it finally started working. Later that the phone service went out and I called the number I was told to call by the rude technician and left a message. I never received a return call and we had to call them again. My son had to waste more time with a technician on the phone to get the phone service working again. When I got my bill, there was no credit on it for the service interruption. When I called them and spoke to a supervisor about it, he said they could only credit me $1.45 for the 5 hour phone outage. He said they had no records of an internet or TV service outage. I told him that I had the notification of the outage in my account, as well as texts on my phone and my sons phone for the scheduled technician appointment. He continued to maintain that there was no service interruption. I feel that treating your customers in this fashion is terrible. If you have the option I would use almost anyone else. This is not the first time we have had issues with them!

I went to this Comcast place for orientation to start at Comcast whats first off start by saying that Comcast itself is a very good service to use I enjoy the commercial less viewing experience and I also enjoy the internet speeds and reliability now the saying there is down times in their internet service and cable services but when it is down its not down for long all right now that the we got that covered we can move on to the the job experience when I was there during the orientation the orientation was well fulfilled and it answered almost every question I had about the job its really nice how theyre focusing on customer improvement customer service improvement and how they can treat their customers better I really enjoyed going through this orientation and I look forward to working for Comcast.

Absolutely terrible !! Switched to DirecTV and AT&T— no problem . Here, in a heartbeat, for issues. Comcast is terrible!!!! Have been on phone over past week simply to raise their cable line on our property and will not respond, even to “excillated” request X 2 !!!! Soooooo glad we switched off. Just want lines raised for any neighbors who still use Comcast. Then NEVER deal with this horrible group again ! Would NEVER recommend !

I tried for zero stars, but it is forcing me to give one. I moved my service & lost 4 hours of my life trying to get Comcast to activate my new service. I will be writing my full experience & submitting it to the IURC, BBB, & the Indiana attorney general. Second worst company I have ever dealt with. AT&T being the worst.

This company has worst customer service reps. On phone now rep lied to me about 2 little digital adapter boxes being HD, Then when escalated to customer retention they tell me they can only give me credit for 3 months. This involves a dead DVR that wouldnt work. I was unaware of the limited credit policy.

Xfinity customer service is a big joke and the company knows about it but they prefer to deal with it and they just reward the customer with a miserable discount on the bill every month or give you a couple premiun channels for some time, this company is the worst company that i have to deal in my life fustrations after fustrations im so glad i dont have to deal with them anymore be aware people of this big thieves dont get they services at all.

I am not a customer. I am the neighbor living next to the comcast customer at 12479 E 65th Street Indianapolis Indiana 46236. I am waiting on the customer service phone line for 20mins attempting to advise comcast I will be starting to cut my grass April 1st, 2016. If the cable comcast has placed across my yard for the last 6 months for the neighbors service is not removed.... It will be. Since comcast has chosen not to answer the phone this will have to serve as notice..... Thanks for nothing. Comcast really does Suck! Why anyone does business with is beyond my comprehension.

This is the worst customer service Ive ever had. I called two outside reps that was reffered by my apartment complex. Nothing was ever done to get me service connected. Ive called this person prolly 4-6 times and I got no where. Ive called the 1-800 number with Comcast to get service. Finally I was connected and all I had to do was to pick up the boxes and do a self install. The price was 89 plus boxes and router which would be around 125 with taxes. I got a confirmation number, when I came into the loacation to pick up boxes, they have me an address to 7371 shadeland ave... When I got there, there wasnt even a business there. So I called back, and they directed me to the location off of 82nd st. I get here to give them my confirmation code and I get laughed at because this code doesnt mean anything. Plus they dont even have my account set up to be able to give me my equipment. So now I have to set up an account, then the prices are ten dollars more than I was quoted.Horrible horrible service. Its embarrassing, I told the lady the same story I just wrote on here and she said she hears this all the time. Like it was nothing from the normal. I asked her to discount the service ten dollars because of the previous quotes. She said no and we went rounds about it. So finally I gave up. This isnt about the ten dollars this is about principle.Sorry to write this, but you have to know how horrible experiences are with your company. Also- Im at your location now, and theres about 5 people in here with the same story

I have received my third letter from comcast telling me that my internet service has been automatically upgraded from 50Mbps to 75Mbps. In all the time Ive been paying for this service I have never gotten more than 25Mbps. I have been short-changed for years with no recompense. After the first letter I spent over 2 hours online with tech support with no results just some lame excuses and promises that my service would achieve the 75Mbps that evening at 10PM. That did not happen. Today I received the third letter telling me of my automatic upgrade to 75Mbps. What was this? Were you just rubbing my nose in the fact that you are screwing me over and getting away with it? I found a telephone number for the Indianapolis office of comcast, so I called it thinking that if I could speak to a human being, we might find a resolution to this problem. Instead I reached a computer automated voice recognition system which when I chose to call billing and see if I could get recompense for having been cheated for years told me that my bill was paid and my balance was $0.00 and hung up. You wonder why people dont trust corporations. This is why.
