Ive been going to Summit for about 3 years and its been one of the greatest gym/training experiences of my fitness journey. The coaches are incredibly helpful and really take the time to help you improve your skills. Whenever you achieve something new, they are genuinely excited to see your improvement. The best part about Summit is that its judgement free; people of all shapes & sizes are welcome and no one looks at you differently based on your physical capabilities. Its an excellent community of incredibly nice people!

Went here for the CrossFit Games as an inter gym workout and we could not have been met by a friendly or staff or nicer group of people. Plus the pitch in that they had for us was fantastic

Whether your new or experienced this is a great place to get fit. The owner/coach, Joe does a great job of making the environment welcoming and challenging. With a mix of older and younger members youll definitely fit in with any group. Ive noticed my shirts and pants a little tighter now and I feel 100% better. Come and try it out!

Great environment, since I have been there Ive watched rapid improvement for myself personally as well as my peers. This is a place for beginners as well as avid crossfitters. Being a former college football player it has really benefited me. While learning new technique and using muscles I havent used if you like to have fun and compete great place.

Outstanding facility and instructors. Your age or athletic ability doesn’t matter. Joe, Jason and Gabi will adjust the workouts based on your current ability. They even helped me work around my previous achilles tendinitis and back injury. You will be amazed by your progression in a short period of time. It’s a judgment free atmosphere with a community feel. I highly recommend you at least give it a try.

Where to begin!? What’s not to like?!1st things 1st, the COMMUNITY! I don’t tend to go out of my way (or have a lot of time) to make a ton of new friends, so when I first started i was a little worried that I’d be an outsider or just another athlete coming and going. But Everyone was so welcoming and easy to get along with that they have become more than just gym buddies- it’s honest to god a family. So much support and good vibes inside and outside of the box!2nd- I like that it’s not AS competitive as other gyms, because honestly that gets intimidating! Am I a competitive person, ABSOLUTELY. Do i give it my all, YOU BET. Do i still sometimes get a little hesitant to make a certain lift without embarrassing myself or uneasy feeling I’m being judge, yes..But with summit, I don’t feel AS pressured to be training ONE specific way or with ONE specific goal.3rd- with that being said, I love that the coaches are always there to help modify movements to better suit you and your skill set (specially for those of us that have injuries). It’s an awesome feeling knowing that your abilities are taken into consideration and therefore you are never just thrown out onto the floor without explanation on a move or “well here’s what you could maybe do...good luck” (as I’ve felt at other gyms before). The coaching staff continually take the time to watch what we’re doing and critique without being pushy.4th- is the pricing and willingness to work with the athlete’s schedules. Every other gym I have tried out is way more than most can afford, and half of the time those prices do not even include the full CrossFit package!Last but not least- is the pairing of nutrition plans! THAT HAS HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY IN MY FITNESS JOURNEY AND I CANT THANK THE COACHES ENOUGH. The personalized plans are based on your current body/percentages but programmed and continually updated to help you meet your goals.

First time doing crossfit in about 6 years! I had heard about this gym from one of the coaches Todd Canal. The environment was inviting all the way from the coaches to the people I worked out with. I was in and out in about an hour and have not felt this accomplished with a workout in a long time. Definitely worth a try if you want to be challenged and pushed to get better! I would be back all the time if I lived closer and would highly recommend Summit to anyone in the area!

This is the place to train in the Zionsville, Carmel, North Indianapolis area for CrossFit, Fitness, Personal Training or just looking to finally reach your health and fitness goals and are tired of the typical gym scene! Great for someone just starting their journey, all the way up to the seasoned weekend warrior or professional athlete! Awesome facility, awesome atmosphere and even better motivation and training! I started just under a month after foot surgery. I knew I needed to start lifting again. I really wanted dedicated coaching to help with my form. I also wanted to increase my mobility. My daughter had trained here with her varsity soccer team. They offered a free one werk trial. The coaches are phenomenal. It us an excellent community. Coming from old school powerlifting or general weight lifting I was a little skeptical of CrossFit but the coaches walk you through all the exercises, and scale each workout to your ability. They ensure you can do the basics before advicing on. They push you while providing guidance on form, function, and proper weight. Best of all you are in and out in one hour. Im glad I joined and I look forward to meeting future members.

First time trying crossfit and it was a good experience. The coaches were friendly and knowledgeable. The environment was welcoming and supportive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a crossfit gym no matter your experience level.
