Incrediplex was one of my favorite jobs. I worked here for months doing 1-10pm plus weekends. I truly enjoyed having this job and miss it dearly. Once I heard we were permanently closed i was so sad!! I truly miss the family like environment it was !!!

Use to come here all the time with my daughter. Loved the deal they had on Monday and Thursday where you could double up the game credits (Spend $30 get $60). Did that the week before everything shut down in March 2020 because of COVID. Got stuck with a card full of credits that can never be used, and what really sucks is that you guys shut down permanently but those memories my daughter and I have from there will last forever. ✌🏾💯

Pretty cool spot. Have food, beer, party rooms, games, lazer tag, little bit of everything. For those folks complaining about food pricing.....did you think it was going to be cheap? I found the food to be as expected on price but what was surprising is that it was pretty decent food. Soda and coffee free refills. Plenty of bathrooms, I enjoyed my time here. Lots of tvs. Nice.

The courts never seem to be waxed or clean. It’s always slippery, me and my friends couldn’t play a full game because we kept slipping and sliding. When I first started going there the courts were perfect but they just seem to be poorly managed.

Fun fun place to go to!!! Bounce houses, arcade, laser tag, rock wall, etc. Lots to do! Would recommend checking this place out at least once but youll want to go back after your first time.

Its a giant sports complex that has a large gaming area. Theres something here for everybody of all ages. Bowling, pool, laser tag, all the major sports including a soccer field. It has a full bar including food and snacks. Lots of leagues available to join. Locker room so you can change and keep playing. Theres a fee to get in but you get it back on card used for games.

They were very awesome here and this was my very 1st time here with me living in Brownsburg, Indiana.

One of the few places on Earth that I can play volleyball until it gets late, then watch football at the bar and drink hard cider. They even have games like Dave and Busters. Pretty much the most incredible place in existence... So the name is fitting 😊

My kids spent hours in the climb and play area. Loved it! Its much quieter than most bounce house places because of the open space.

Looks like a decent place. I visitied there for a gathering. It looked well maintained. With indoor soccer field, basket ball and volley ball courts. It has some amusement stuff for younger kids as well

Great place to go and make some memories with friends or family. They have basketball courts, soccer fields, a weight room, arcade games, bowling, pool tables, a rock wall, inflatable obstacle courses, and laser tag. Plus the staff is amazing. (Also have a bar for anyone older than 21)

This place actually is incredible. Theyve rolled so many experiences into one location, which makes for an insanely fun time for the family. There is no age group that cant be catered to - its a great one stop shop. There is even food and drink, so you dont need to leave to grab food while having a great time. Kind a hidden on the NE side of Indy, but definitely worth it once you find it!

Excellent variety for children and adults. My suggestion would be to have a flag football field set up for use! Great place. Food prices a bit high but overall good. More specials would be good for arcade area.

Wanted to charge $10 to play video games with my 4 year old son. Was going to spend twice that on the games. I will not pay to get in and then pay for the games also. If they charge admission they should give you something for it. I will never go back. Was going to have sons party there but now will go somewhere else.

We have used the Incrediplex for several events and they have been excellent. They are a great location for local sports leagues and our experiences have been good, no major issues. They also host corporate events and parties for smaller groups. Each time they have been very accommodating and the service has been excellent. We recommend visiting whether its a large event or just a weekend getaway with the kids to burn some energy. Make sure you call ahead first, though. They typically have tournaments or events and the availability differs week to week.

My grandson loves this place. He would like to play more games but many are not for his age group. But the bounce and climb area is great.

Disappointed in my experiences over the past several months. A business and idea with so much potential. Turf on soccer fields is low quality, with poor buffer zones between sideline equipment and the field. On one side, you can be running into soccer goals and lacrosse goals (or whatever else is against the wall) while on the other you could land with one foot on turf and one foot on concrete. The netting that surrounds is not tight and secure. In the arcade, it felt understaffed with my children. A number of games not working or turned on. When our game cards wouldn’t work, we struggled to find an employee. We found one, and asked for help. When they called over the radio for help from a manager(I could hear the conversation), the manager tone seemed annoyed in their response, and they took their time getting to me. A waste of time waiting for our card to get fixed.

Crazy busy this morning. UIndy baseball clinic and a volleyball tournament on top of our normal lax practice. Expected parking issues, but it was not too bad. Incrediplex had staff at the entrance directing people where to go so everything ran surprisingly smoothly. Good job hosting multiple events.

Had my kids birthday here. The staff were amazingly organized. The kids had a great time with all the games and activities.

Accessibility for all is not a priority at this place. Incrediplex hosted an adaptive sporting event recently, there were several issues with accessibility for the athletes. The worse being an Incrediplex employee parking in the diagonal lines between disabled parking spaces, making it impossible for people to load their wheelchairs into their vehicles. An officer with Lawrence PD who was present couldn’t even be bothered to write a ticket to the Incrediplex employee who illegally parked there. To the best of my knowledge the employee was never reprimanded. This was a disgraceful display by Incrediplex staff, management, and the Lawrence PD officer.♿️🖕🏻

Weve rented a room for the last 2 years for a birthday party.. they take care of everything but theme decorations.. and the cake you pay more for.. or bring.. they offer all kinds of options.. great service!

Excellent experience for a birthday party. Customer service and the host were fantastic. Food was good. Kids had a blast. Would highly recommend and would definitely return for a birthday party.

Loads of fun. The kids loved the rock climbing and arcade. The laser tag was fun, too. The adults had a blast in laser tag. It was a cardio workout. We had fun for not such a massive expense.

My son went to a friends birthday party at Incrediplex and had a great time. Lots of room to run around, friendly staff, bounce house area, and video game area. He enjoyed himself as did all the other kids there. For us adults, there is a bar area, with a variety of beers, including 4 local craft beers. Kudos to Kyle(facilities director) for for the selections!

Great place for b-day parties. Just wish there were more blue unlimited free games with the cards handed out at parties. So many people....not enough blue swipe games to go around for the kids. They are kinda forced to use the other games that take money off a five dollar card.

Huge indoor sports facility. They have space for several different sports and the ability to host tournaments. Food and beverage service is also on site. All in all pleased but the parking lot is a challenge and the restrooms need more attention.

Today I popped in to inquire about having a small party for my kids and had the PLEASURE of being helped by Erin. She literally answered ALL my questions patiently and throughly. She explained the party package options and also gave me prices based on walking in without a reservation. I walked around to check out the many upgrades that had been done since my first and only visit last summer. During that time I approached the GM John who took the time to answer a few questions I had about the changes. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I stopped by the food area to check prices and AGAIN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you to the entire staff for caring about not only your jobs but the customers as well. I will be back. So fun! Laser tag equipment was functional and fun. The whole place was pretty massive and impressive. Came here for our company picnic and everyone had the best time. Their pizza is pretty terrible though.

4 people behind the desk yet waited a good 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us.. entire bounce house area currently unattended by ANY staff member while my kids are playing 😡

Im writing this review for one person in particular. Dylan was the party coordinator for my grandsons birthday party. It was such a great experience and he made everything special. He is an asset to Incrediplex and wish him success during all his endeavors! I highly recommend this place for Birthday parties or any other event or just bring your children. The pizza, chicken breast tenders and fruit platter was outstanding! We loved the bounce houses and all the games and prizes. Great experience. They should have the same security measure Chuckie Cheese.

Attended a volleyball tournament and enjoyed the facility. There was a $5 entry fee but they gave a card with $5 credit for games, which we used and enjoyed.Nice facility with lots to do. Great for a family visit.

Awesome place but so expensive if you have children that want to try multiple activities! If you want to enjoy everything they have to offer be prepared to spend a decent amount of $. I suggest going here with a certain activity in mind.

Looks like a fun place to play during the winter months. I was just here for tryouts for thing #2. It does show its age in places, but they have a good eclectic mix of fun things from inflatables, games, basketball and soccer fields.

Nice facility. However my son and I decided to play basketball there since its been so cold outside. After paying 20.00 to play on the court a group of guys showed up and began a pickup game right on top of us. When I asked them if they reserved the court they said no they just wanted to use the court we were on. So they basically bullied us off the court. As I didnt want to make a scene. As a mom this was so upsetting. We wont be back.

Fun fun fun. Hubby and I go to incrediplex monthly to get away. Incrediplex has speed ball, basketball, connect four, race cars,race speed boat, and Deal or No Deal. Plus earning points to buy candy and other souvenirs is easy.

It was my first time taking my 13 year old daughter theyre really didnt know what to expect but it was nice and kind of remind me of some older spots I will go to when I was younger she had a ball just need to know how much money I need to take next time were going to ball out LOL but she really enjoyed the place we even had pizza and hot dogs very good also service was very well put together the place is very clean very safe I think they need a little bit more security to watch the kids running around but other than that it was a nice place

The place could do a little more to feel professional, howecer, it is a really awesome fun time. We had a lot of fun. Prices are about right. We went on a buy one get one free band day.

Overpriced admission and food. Horrible location for volleyball tournaments. They have bleachers but chairs are allowed. Very noisy.Added: What a micro aggressive reply @Incrediplex, what’s your point?? My tournament admission was NOT $5, which you acknowledged 🤷🏽‍♀️ and I wouldn’t have noticed the noise if I was having fun 😡. Now you’re down to two stars for the unnecessary response. Next time try, “sorry to read that you didn’t enjoy your visit.” You just reminded me to mention that I always try to give the game card away to someone local before we leave but no one wants it.

As a soccer player I recommend somewhere else where the turf and padding is better. Some of the field edges are dangerous and you may find yourself landing one foot on turf and one on slippery concrete.

Enjoyed the time with my grandson. The kids running the concession stand are very disinterested and act like they are doing you a favor by helping you.

I give Incrediplex 3 stars because it is not too clean. The sport events are fun but I would recommend just going to a local/public park instead.

Great place for young kids. Their bounce area is great, just redone and now more than ever. Also, love the one way in/out for the sake of losing young children.

While visiting family in Indy, I looked up kid-friendly activities for my five and nine year old kids plus my eight and nine year old nephews. I came across this establishment. I talked my eighty-one year old grandpa to come along too. We all had a great time in the laser tag room. The kids loved attempting the rock wall and the customer service rep was so patient and offered them tips for success. I wish I would have gotten his name. The inflatables kept them entertained for at least an hour. We happened to go on a Thursday and enjoyed a great sale, too. We cannot wait to go back for more fun on our next visit!

This place is better than Dave and Busters. They offer laser tag, basketball, video games, dodge ball...you name it and this place has it. Great location for holiday parties.

Took very long refilling the drinks at birthday party events. The pitchers were very small. I mean, everything was so spaced out. My long legs couldn’t handle the walk.

Kids had fun with games, bounce houses, and laser tag. I just wish that you could pay 1 price and do everything. It was terrible to keep going back to the counter to pay for each individual item. Yes, you could load $50 on the card and tell the kid to go wild, but that would be ridiculous and expensive. The games were overpriced. Ive been to other places out of state and it was handled better and cheaper.

Want to discuss our experience at a power wheelchair soccer tournament yesterday at the Incrediplex in Lawrence, Indiana. We had a decent time,..... but had to request accessibility multiple times throughout our tournament there by asking them to unblock the ramps to the courts, asking other customers to stop putting their items in the only wheelchair path to get to our things, etc.Then when one of our players was about to leave and her wheelchair accessible van was parked in by someone who parked illegally on the ramp loading area, she asked the off duty Lawrence Police Department officer who was working there for part time to write them a ticket. They told her that an announcement would be made and she would be able to get into her van soon, and went back to shipping their coffee. Come to find out, it belonged to an INCREDIPLEX EMPLOYEE, who not only parked illegally knowing a wheelchair tournament was happening that day, but didnt seem to even care that he inconvenienced one of our players. They were only lucky that one of our off duty IMPD officers couldnt get to the car fast enough before they moved it, or they would have received a ticket.It is illegal to park here! It is a ticketible offense! Lawrence PD, do better education on how these situations negatively affect the lives of people with disabilities, and how your dismissiveness shows others that it is not a big deal! Incrediplex, start doing better handicap accessibility education for your staff! Last years tournament was much more enjoyable. This year.... not so much. Lets try to do better, people.

We went for a fun Saturday and the manager John met us himself, talked with us for a while, and then even gave us a gaming card to start my son off. We all felt very welcome and had a great time. We will be back for games, basketball, soccer, and laser tag.

Great experience with the kids! The staff was amazing.

This place has a variety of things to do. We have been twice with our 2 kids. The most recent time, its very obvious that the inflatable activities need some TLC. The areas that are Velcrod together are not very secure and some handles are falling off. The 3 story climbing structure has mats with holes and rips in them. I took off 2 stars for the upkeep and maintenance as well as poor lighting in the area.

Went for a birthday party. Nice enough, not a lot of bad children running about. But you pay just to get in. On the upside, they give you a game card for the amount of entry.

It was a fun place to go. Never had as much fun as I did exercising in a place that had literally everything in one place. Sports bar, arcade, a bounce house, laser tag, basketball courts, football sections, soccer sections, volley ball sections, etc. Everything for kids and adults. I was amazed how big the place was and what they had to offer. Went there for the Trainer Games for Texas Roadhouse, played 11 games, played against 10 teams and we were only there for 3 hours when it felt like we there for at least 2. Awesome experience going to this place!

There is enough room for the teams, plenty of seating for the fans, and plenty of parking. The employees are very helpful, friendly, and customer oriented. This place is at the top of my list for large volleyball tournaments.

Kids love this place and taste of pizza has improved.

Not terrible but there isnt enough management. Any and all supervision is completely reliant upon parents. Sadly parents dont do it well. Finding an employee before each attraction takes a little of time and fun out of the experience. Many safety concerns.

This place is expensive and the customer service is trash. I never seen a restroom so nasty. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Came here about a month ago, a girl with pink hair helped me and she was very fast and understood what I wanted very quickly, will be coming back soon.

The worst place I’ve been in they wouldn’t even let your friends in if their under 16 and the employees don’t care about what you think or anything they just use the worst attitude with you and they will ask you to leave if you argue ( strongly un recommended to anyone) they need to fire some employees and the officer there doesn’t even care that he lets employees park handicapped

The bounce area is amazing, my boys loved it.

Plenty to do and the staff was pleasant and friendly. Friends came in from out of town and we had a blast.

I was there for a tournament, as a coach. I always like the tournament here, because I have another reason to invite friends and their family to experience the club volleyball Not solely for the tournament but also for the arcade the visiting kids can take their mind off while my team is off the court. The facility isnt so prone to echo as the other facility. Courts are all good unless you get assigned to play on make-shift courts on grass..

Never have I ever been treated in such a racist way in my life here in Indianapolis. The manager kicked me out of this location within five minutes of my arrival. I said not one thing remotely disrespectful, only that it would be helpful if the staff would stop patrons at the door letting them know that there was an entry fee. He then threatens me stating that if I do not leave that he will call the police. I have never been as humiliated in my life and this occurred in front of my colleagues. This was a work related event.Will not recommend coming here if you are African American.

Its good, but too pricey for what you get. Their are only 5 large inflatables, an obstacle course- $12. Laser tag is $8 for only 10mins.
