Met with the floor guy at the home I needed done. Agreed on a price, stated job to start in 3 weekends, called him this week to see what time he would be out since tomorrow is the 3rd weekend. He said he would call me back. I have now called several times and texted just to know for sure if he is stiffing me so I can hire someone else! Still no reply.

Got a quote and scheduled the work, Rick never showed up and would not return calls or text. Never showed up. Called back a few months later and he apologized and scheduled another meeting. He never showed and again didn’t return calls or text.

Rick and Steve turned our 60 year old, carpet covered, red oak floors into a thing of beauty. Everyone that sees the refinished work are blown away by the gorgeous oak floors. Locke is very reasonably priced, no dust sanding was awesome, work completed in very short time frame. These guys know what they are doing, professionals.

I hired another company to refinish my floors prior to calling Locke and that company really messed it up. All I can say is please call Rick at Locke first. I wish I would have! They did an absolutely amazing job. We couldnt be happier with the result. Rick is extremely knowledgeable and seemed to understand what finish I was going for before I was even sure how to articulate it! The sanding work was top notch. The attention to detail ... outstanding. Clean up? Excellent. Communication? Timeliness? Cant ask for anything more. Thanks Locke!

There was a problem with the clearcoat that Rick used, puddling on my floor for some reason. He came back several times to try to fix the problem. The largest puddles were smoothed out, but when he had to scrape the smaller ones, it made it worse. I had to cover those spots with an area room rug.He is a very nice person and tried hard to repair the problem, but wasnt able to correct all of it.

I called five times and finally got a response from them. He was on vacation which explains the reason for not calling me back. I was told he would be out to look at my project and never showed up after I took time off work to be home. I texted him several times with no response. I guess I am not use to having somebody not respond to people that need service. Plus if I am on vacation I put a notice on my email and voicemail.

My experiences with Locke Hardwood Floors have been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL! Quality work completed when promised and at reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Locke Hardwood Floors to everyone!

Unfortunately, Ive called twice to get an estimate because Ive heard such great things but no one returned my phone calls.

BAD ...Had rick work at my houseAfter he done I did ask him a bout the warranty he said he will give me one paper when he is doneAfter he done he said don’t have one paper but call me if any thing happens. 4 days later called him on one spot get bad from his job he did answe and told me he will be at my house next day, of course he didn’t show up or return my call backDONT trust this guy angain It not worth any star

I cannot put into words how well LOCKE did on refinishing my hardwood floors! i called on a monday and they were there on tuesday! so friendly and they absolutely no what they are doing! I would recommend them FOREVER. Amazing job!Alex Grovak
