Miracle Methods really did preform a miracle on my kitchen counters. They were ORANGE 😞. Now they are beautiful. They were on time, helpful, nice and very budget friendly. 🤗. I can say I absolutely love my kitchen now. Would highly recommend them. Sorry it took so long to leave a review.

After receiving multiple competitive quotes for bathtub (x2) refinishing, I decided on Miracle Method based on the results of a kitchen countertops refinishing project 5 yrs earlier, response time to my estimate request, estimate detail and site visit scheduling. Following the site visit, I gave Amber the go ahead for the project.She set expectations for the project start to finish which were exceeded every step of the way. Sam, the lead tech on the project, was masterful in designing, engineering and executing the project requirements.Although Sam committed to completing each refinishing project in 1 1/2 days, I was shocked - based on the job requirements - when Sam, did exactly that. And a plus, Sam actually left the job site in better condition than when he found it.If you are seeking a low stress, extremely high quality professional bathtub refinishing job, at a fair price, I would highly recommend Miracle Method for the project.

MM refinished our kitchen counter tops. The salesperson answered in detail all our questions before we signed. The technician who performed the service was on time, explained what he was doing, was professional, cleaned up and accomplished his work within seven hours. Excellent product.

I used them to resurface a teal bathtub white and resurface old brown tiles to a fresh white vein (specked with blu/black). They were very professional, Jeff was the person who worked two and a half days to complete. He called when he was on his way, very friendly, stayed busy and didn’t take any noticeable breaks. Did a great job! Very good communication. Would definitely use them again.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH SHADY COMPANIES!We needed our blue bathtub refinished to white.First things first - dont trust the first quote. After we had signed up with them, we received a call and told that it would *actually* cost $100 more than quoted. We should have realized then we were dealing with a shady company, but it was still cheaper than other option (purchasing a fitted cover for the tub) and we wanted the job done quickly.Fool me once, shame on you.We had our bathtub refinished, and were very happy with work. However, a few weeks later, some minor imperfections appeared. We called them and were told my an employee that sometimes the coating bubbles, that this isnt uncommon.We werent worried about this, because Miracle Method very prominently advertises their 5 year warranty. However when we tried to have them honor the warranty, they told us instead that they had determined (without ever coming to inspect the damage) that it was uncovered damage, and that we would need to pay $225 to have the damage fixed.Fool me twice, shame on me.I wish wed have just gone with the more expensive option - at this point it would have only been a few hundred dollars more, it would have been a better, more durable product, and we would have given our money to an honest company.Like I said, avoid. Give your business to companies that value their customers and want to take care of them.

After doing extensive research we contracted with Miracle Method to refinish our kitchen countertops. Kenny did an excellent job. He sealed our kitchen off with a plastic barrier beforehand. We really appreciated this since a different companys installers failed to do this when they replaced our kitchen backsplash. Drywall dust ended up on furniture, flooring, etc. outside the kitchen. Kenny was very meticulous and respectful. Were now considering using Miracle Method to refinish our master baths shower and vanity countertop.

We had them resurface our cast iron clawfoot tub. They did a beautiful job. Kenny was very professional and polite. Would highly recommend their services.

The refinish job on our bathtub is nice. However, they are horrible with customer service. They were told about the scheduled demolition and when they were to do our tub. There was a 7/8 inch strip that didnt get refinished. They said that they advised me to do the tub before the demolition...NOT TRUE! They wanted to charge me essentially the same price to refinish the small strip around the tub. They reused to resolve the problem without full payment. They never finished the job to begin with. Equally as bad was that they wouldnt even acknowledge my dissatisfaction even if I agreed to pay. BEWARE of this company whatever you do. Find someone who knows how to provide good customer service and communication.

Miracle Method resurfaced our 1927 cast iron bathtub. It started out dull with rust and below the faucet was worn down the the cast iron from years and years of a faucet drip. Thomas was our tech. He did a fabulous job! The tub looks great! Cant tell where the repair was made. He was also very neat and fast. Everyone I dealt with at the business was friendly and helpful. I will recommend them to anyone needing this type of service

Miracle Method was great! We recently purchased a home that had gray bath tubs and showers. Don’t get me wrong, I love my grays, just not for a tub or shower! We contacted Miracle Method to see if they could help us out. Our tubs and showers were in great shape and we didn’t want to replace them. Miracle Method transformed our dated tubs and showers from gray to white! It gave our bathrooms a completely new and updated look! One week ago today Kyle with Miracle Method completed resurfacing my very worn porcelain sink and formica countertops. I love the results. Ive waited a week to write this review, just adjusting making sure it is real! On the photos the brown/red sink is the before, the white is after. I am so happy to have been able to keep my sink. And, its nice to know if I want to change the color again, its not that big of a deal! Kyle is an exceptional person. He is very thorough and so pleasant to have in the house. Dedee is also very pleasant. I am one happy customer!

The worst!! The paint on our refinished bath tub bubbles and popped. They said it was outside of the warranty and wanted $250 to fix their mistake. I feel horribly taken advantage and would never recommend them.

From the moment I contacted this company I knew they were different. They treat you right and everyone is so friendly. Thomas did our installation and he was so kind and patient with us. My dealings with the Indianapolis Miracle Method people have all been extremely professional and pleasant. They continued to follow up with me on the timing for the refinishing job. When I was ready to schedule the work, they were able to get my job scheduled quickly. Dana, the primary technician on my job, was prompt, courteous, and took great care in my home. He asked me throughout the procedure if I would like to see his progress. (I did as I was curious to see the different steps.)He communicated his arrival times to me. Minor finishing was required on the third day, and Dana called me to let me know another technician, Tyler, would be out to complete the final touches. Tyler was just as thoughtful and timely as Dana.The refinished bath tub and pedestal sink look like they just came out of the manufacturer’s carton. I am pleased with the service, price, process and personnel. Mi highly recommend them. 5 out of 5 stars in my view.

We had a very outdated bathroom and they came in and resurfaced the tub, floor, and countertop. It didnt come out quite as well as I was expecting from the sales pitch but it was an improvement and could live with the results. The tech was friendly and timely. I removed the toilet as the said needed to be done and they said they would go around the base of where the toilet went so when a new one was installed it would look seamless. They didnt get close enough and when I installed a new toilet there were areas not covered around the base of it. When I called them and sent pictures they said they would send someone to fix it that week. This was important because we were putting our house on the market in a few days. I dont hear anything from them for almost 2 weeks. Then I get a phone call and they said they were going to charge me to send out the tech. Since they didnt do the job they said they would the customer not be charged to fix their error. Very bad business practice and would advise anyone against using their service.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the result of my shower repair. Getting an estimate was incredibly easy, I just had to text them pictures of the repair and they sent me a price. I was shocked at how affordable it was!! Tyler was there 2 days later and not only did he do a fantastic job, he was very nice and very personable! I had my free quote consult on Thursday 4/23 to have my bathroom counter and bathtub done and my job was scheduled for Wednesday 4/29. Dana was our technician and he was prompt, courteous and very thorough, even explaining the process. Job was complete by around 6pm and did a great job cleaning up. Would definitely recommend!

When we bought our house, one bathroom’s tub had been painted to cover the original pink color. The tub itself was good quality but the paint was chipping. We assumed it would be too costly to refinish the tub, and we were skeptical that the results would last. Miracle Method gave us a very fair price and a 5-year guarantee. The worker was prompt, professional and cleaned up thoroughly. We are very happy with the results.

I did not cut my own sink. In fact I even tried it and it’s a more jagged edge and doesn’t even go through. Those are splits. I am many things, but I am not a liar.I did call and leave messages with Lamar, Amber, and even Brook. If you called me you did not leave a message.

The technician caused water damage in the ceiling beneath our bathtub. The owner, Phil, would not return any of our several calls. We had to pay $150 to a plumber to ensure the water was not coming from another source. The plumber stated that the water did in fact come from the technician. Phil did not reimburse us. The surface scratches easily and has little air bubble bumps all over it. We paid almost $1500 for this resurfacing. Terribly disappointed.

They repaired the green board/drywall and tile behind my bath fixtures. The holes around the values are so tight I couldnt get the fixtures back on. The owner came to look at it and told me to chip away at it with a screwdriver. They wouldnt fix it and left me with an unusable bathtub. I wouldnt recommend even letting them step foot in your house.I was also told it would take a day and a half. It took four. She blamed it on water damage that was obvious due to the soft wall they had to replace. On the third day the spray gun wouldnt work so they had to come back.Id give zero stars if that was an option.Absolutely awful.

I am so happy to see new life in my vintage claw foot tub! Everyone at Miracle Method went above and beyond to make certain my vision came to fruition. They met me after hours, picked up and delivered my old tub, helped me with colors and responded to all my questions quickly. They kept on schedule and did not deviate from the estimated quote. Our existing tub had some ugly scratches and surface rust for many years. We decided to re-glaze it instead of a full tub replacement. Glad we did! Re-glazing it saved us a ton in time and $! We had it re-glazed Kohler White and it only took 3-4 hours to complete. The initial quote only required us to snap a few photos and text it to Miracle Method. The person we initially spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable. Great communication leading up to the service appointment. The technician showed up promptly and was also very nice and professional. They were done in no time and now we have a new tub!This also included a 5-year warranty. We did have one spot (about the size of a quarter) that didnt adhere properly after a month or two. However, all it took was a quick call to Miracle Method. We provided them with a photo of the issue spot and they had someone out in a week or two to take care of it. It only took maybe 15-20 minutes to perform the touch-up. All covered under warranty.We love our new tub! I would highly recommend Miracle Method!

Quick remodel without the remodel and at a fraction of the cost!Made our 18-year-old counters and bath look like new again! The process is so painless: repaired some chips and prep for painting, then add the paint and finish. That’s it! Two days and your ready.We saved so much time and energy doing it this way. We did do new faucets on the sinks. Makes such a difference!

My husband and I purchased a new home a month ago. We had some small cracks in the bottom of the shower stall. We called a company for an estimate to fix the cracks and make the shower usable. After a two-hour long visit, we were quoted $8500 for a whole new shower stall, when we had only asked to make the shower usable. My husband came across Miracle Method while looking for another opinion. When I called, I was asked to send photos of the cracks and was immediately called back with a MUCH MORE reasonable quote! We were scheduled to have the work done between 11:00-1:00 today. Around 12:30 I received a call from Dylan letting me know he was running late with a job in Muncie but he would call me when he was on his way. He could’ve gone home after a full day of work, but he came to our house at 6:00 to get the job done. He was great! We were very impressed with the work and our shower is now USABLE!! Thank you, Dylan for getting the job done!

Miracle Method was very professional throughout my entire interaction with them. They were helpful over the phone. They quoted me a fair price and didnt change the estimate once the worker appeared. The worker was well trained, professional, cleaned up after himself. He told me exactly how to care for the tub to guarantee the work and no more abrasion using ajax and other abrasive cleaning compounds.I will really be happy if the bathtub refinish job lasts for at least 3 years. For the time being, I give them a 5 Star!

Only been a couple of years since we had tub doneAlready dull and paint is coming off around drain. Had other shower done 15 years ago still looks good. Different company. Mike Carrigan. Have never heard back from them on tub. Even took drain out so they could paint.

I have waited a while to share my review; to see how things went with the countertops. I do a lot of research before I make any purchase, ask questions, etc. and get at least three estimates for work that requires estimates. I chose Miracle Method after reading lots of reviews and I have to say that if I could have a do over, I would not do it.First, it was a smell process for several days. I was told the counters would be smudge proof -- wrong! I spend more time wiping countertops now than I did before.My island counter top looks like someone dropped a bottle of water on it...water spots ingrained in the material. The side of my counter was damaged by tape; yes, I signed the form stating I understood there could be damage from tape, but this was the only place in all of the taping that was done and was the first area to be taped; there had to be something foreign on his tape, as when he pulled it off, it removed part of the side of my island; I emailed the owner who stated she would have her guys see if there was anything they could do and I have not heard back from her. I contacted her in April 2019.I noticed, behind the sink, where the countertop was pulling away...it took over four weeks of emails, pictures, etc. to get it repaired. While that repair was being done, I showed him the island counter top where it looked like water spots...he just shrugged it off. I went to my home office to start working while he fixed the spot behind the sink; I heard part of his conversation with, I assume the office, about not being happy; but sadly no one contacted me after the repair was completed to follow up.Sadly, I wish I could have a do over and not choose this company. I hope the reviews posted are valid and not paid reviews. My experience was nothing like the ones posted. Be cautious if you choose to use this company.Thanks,

I hired Miracle Method to resurface 3 bathtubs. When the tech arrived, he took 3 days to complete a tub and didnt install the anti-slip surface that was supposed to have been done. When this was brought to their attention, it took two more trips to get it right. The length of time for a project like this is normally the same day from start to finish, totaling a few hours. Needless to say, we have moved to a different company for future needs. If you use them for bathtub resurfacing, make sure to request an experienced tech that can complete the job in a timely manner and complete it correctly. It is difficult to find a solid company to resurface a bathtub properly, and this company is not it. Customer service is also really lacking with Miracle Method. Thankfully I have found another company and they have been absolutely amazing start to finish. I am holding to my end of the bargain and I am going to pay them for the work completed, but lesson learned.

We used miracle method to fix cracks in our shower tub. They were able to come out on short notice, did a great job refinishing and fir a very reasonable price. There was a small miscommunication about the shower door, but they went out of their way to make sure the shower was perfect with the door back installed as it was. Excellent work and customer service.

I cant even really give my experience any stars! Went into the showroom on a Monday to get an estimate to resurface a shower pan. Started off with a nice conversation with owner and staff, out of nowhere got talked into resurface our culture marble walls in the shower. I realize it was up to us say were not interested in that but they were so nice and my guard was down so I said great why not lets do it...so the owner quoted me $994.00 for the whole job! So I charged my deposit of $425.00 (big mistake) schedule it for Thursday. All I got was a receipt of my charge, no copy of the estimate breakdown. After leaving, something told me I think if just been taken!! I realized the price I was quoted was outrageous and I call them the same day to fax me the quote and I also wanted to know what the cost was for just the shower pan and I was told itll be $550 by Kelly who was totally rude!! Didnt want to talk to her again, called back and spoke to someone else to say were no longer interested in doing the job and wanted refund credit back to my credit card. This is all within a day later. They gave me some story that they couldnt refund my credit card and they would send me a check in the mail. Now I know this totally wrong, theyre holding me money hostage! I called multiple times asking where is my check refund, even spoke with the owner on the phone and he couldnt tell me why my credit card couldnt be credit and he promised me he would look into it and call me back personally...well guess what he lied, didnt call me back at all and when the check arrived finally arrived they only refunded me $425 and they hand wrote a note that theres a $25.00 cancellation and transaction fee. I dont know how this company have the right to keep $25.00 of my money when there was nothing written about any cancellation or transaction fee on their handwritten estimate they had faxed me. They did absolutely nothing to warrant a fee. Ive never dealt with such a company like this in my life. I would never recommend this company to any one!! A final note, I had my shower pan resurfaced beautifully in a day for $350 by a trustworthy company and individual.

Miracle Method did a complete bathtub bottom rebuild on my tub when it had some cracks in it and some air pockets that did not have support and would give out if it wasnt fixed soon. The tech came in and filled the air pockets, patched the cracks, and put a brand new bottom on the tub. The tub is now good as new and everything was repaired for the quoted price! It was an overall great experience and I would definitely use Miracle Method again!

A carpenter working in our house dropped his nail gun and chipped the rim of our tub. Tyler did an absolutely super job of fixing the chip. Its impossible to tell where it was, and it took some doing to get the color right. Impressed!
