They did a nice job. Were responsive, communicated well, and did a great job. There were some weather delays but that was not their fault; they came as soon as they could and did a really nice job on the roof and gutter install. Would use them again. Blake was rep for the job--he was great!

IRestore installed a new roof and gutters on my house. They were professional in their communications and exceptional in their work and products. The management team informed my wife and me on what to expect in the project, why they chose certain materials, why this roof is the best available option, and the workmen were efficient and excellent. I would use them again, but this roof wont need replaced for at least 25 years.

Blake responded quickly to my request for a quote, wrote a thorough estimate, explained the process perfectly and got the job done within the timeframe promised. The work is beautiful. Replaced some rotting soffit with vinyl and wrapped the fascia boards with aluminum. I would definitely recommend I restore to other customers without a hesitation.

I can’t say enough great things about Blake and his team. Blake called me the same day I submitted a request on his website, was out the next day for an estimate, and provided me a quote that evening. We decided to move forward with the estimate and Blake’s colleague stopped by over the weekend just to double check that he had the correct color for the gutter. They were out the next week to perform the job, had it done within a few hours and the gutter looks great! Less than a 2 week process from the time I submitted the request to the time the job was done. Blake was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and made sure I felt informed on what was going on. Can’t thank him and his team enough! Will definitely be coming back to them in the future.

After receiving four quotes to reshingle our 28 square roof, we selected iRestore based largely on the personability of the project manager, Bo Greene. I had a unique situation where I had already purchased the material for the job and Bo was able to work with me to identify additional material needed and stayed on the job the entire time. After dealing with the bigger name competitors in this space, Im glad I landed with iRestore. I was dealing with a leak at the base of my chimney for several months. Back and forth between several contractors, while a tarp on top of the chimney slowly eroded my neighborhood credibility, they continued to point fingers at each other. Looks like the masonry... said the roofer. Looks like the flashing... said the mason. Id normally be ok with the debate, except that Im not willing to pay for it.I decided to take another route and felt at ease as soon as I spoke with Blake. He understood how a chimney and roof might work in harmony, and gave me confidence he could identify the problem regardless of which category the problem fell into.Never have I experienced someone who could tell me what kind of shingle (and color code) I had over the phone, simply by sending him a picture.Once we found a spot in the schedule for the job. Blake and his team were on time and knocked out the job with ease. They found a rusty nail and hole under the flashing, which was the clear culprit. Ive been leak free since (tested quite well with all the rain weve had recently). What a relief!

I called to get quotes from 5 different roofing/contracting companies and decided to go with iRESTORE. I am disappointed with their roofing services. I feel cheated. The quality of material used is not good and iRESTORE roofers have ripped me off. I had an awesome experience with iRestore. A big reason I went with iRESTORE was because of Blake: He’s a true professional. He did a great job of educating and informed me of the steps for a roof replacement. I got 3 other estimates and none of the other 3 ever came out to meet with me in person. One of the other 3 had offered to come out but I had already made my decision. Not bashing the other three companies at all. I’m sure if I had asked them to come out they probably would have. This is a great company.After contacting the manager Bryan on an already busy Saturday, he quickly contacted his service technician Tony who personally made us a top priority and within an hour or so he arrived to make an inspection. This was my first time making a claim on my homeowners insurance and Blake was great at educating me as to the process. There was no high pressure. iRestore worked with my insurance to get them to pay for things they did not want to pay for, but since I have replacement value and code upgrade they we able to show my insurance the current code for roofing and therefore got them to pay for it. The job was done in one day and cleanup was awesome. I highly recommend this company, they really care about their customers.

We had mutiple roof leaks in our house. Got a quote from another company to replace the roof, was told to expect to pay more once they remove the old one but could not give us an estimate of about how much more.
