This place is unprofessional I came in for an interview in the hopes that they actually had a job available for me and I interviewed for this company and they told me the job required me to have a valid drivers license so I told them I didnt have one and that I could be dropped off instead of driving and they still declined sending me on the job. I have not heard anything further from this company and they seem to pick and choose who they want to help! Do yourself a favor and do your homework before setting up an interview do NOT waste your time like I had to do.

Worked through this staffing agency on the Northeast Side if Indianapolis. During the duration of my job I was getting harassed by a co-worker. I Proceeded to report him and once I did I was receiving threats. Even though I was in the mist of being hired on, I had to resign. I told my boss that I resigned due to my safety and he completely understood. I got my last paycheck and it was immensely cut short, my pay rate when from 11.50 to 7.25, I call my boss and he said he would look into it. Late I call ULG and they said because I did not tell them I resigned, they are allowed to take me back to minimum wage. RIP OFF, for that period of time I was working, I was working for 11.50. Little did I know I was even still employed by them because I had finished up paperwork and drug screens to official get hired on. The lady Amber Titus I called was rude and unpleasant. Will have to take legal action unless someone in higher management gets back in touch with me.

They got me a job doing easy work with convenient hours. I still have time to spend with my family during the day. A special thank you to Cari even though she turned out to be a real you know what. Her attitude sucked and she lacked professional etiquette. I worked up until they told me the project will end then they decided to extend it at last minute when I had made other plans for work. They laid me off because I couldnt work the last 3 days due to me going to other work and told me I couldnt work for them any more.

Everything happened in a timely manner. From the time I walked threw the door everyone was kind, professional and definitely helpful. This was by far the best experience I’ve had looking for a job. If you need a job I would absolutely try ULG Staffing!

I arrived for my interview 35 minutes early (interview 930am, arrived 855am) and was told I had to leave and come back and cant wait there in the office (was lightly snowing & 5 degrees). I then, from my car, watched 4 people walk in and wait. I went back in at 920 for my appointment and proceeded to watch them interview all of the applicants that went in after I was made to leave. At 10:10am, I still had not been called back (apt was 930) so I got up to step outside to get a moment of air and the representative asked me where I was going, which I explained to step out for a moment to stretch and she told me no you cant, a it back down and wait.....I then left for good. I have dreads and gold teeth and unsure if that has any relation to the way I was treated but I will never work for a company that treats me that way.

They will find you a job but they are sneaky with the paperwork. I found a better job and gave notice I was leaving but when I got my last paycheck I was only paid minimum wage which was a $5 difference. So when I called to see why my check was short they said it was because I didnt give a 2 week notice. That they do that and its in the paperwork I signed I dont remember being told about that so watch what you sign.

Good temp service... But they point system is crazy 24 points for the year ... Now thats 3 point each day you off or sick I was in hospital and got 3 points.... The job site supervisor sent alto of us home on over time day thats 1 point ... And if you on mandate overtime and you do your overtime until to supervisor tell you to go home you should still get your $50 for perfect attends....

Although I DID apply for one position I was a bit apprehensive about being placed into a position I did not apply for.Its been a month and I am happy to say I FREAKING LOVE the position I was offered!The staff is super friendly, yes its long hours and yes there is overtime, I just enjoy the environment I work in.I learn new things everyday, and whenever I ask questions I am not turned away but things are ACTUALLY explained to me.I feel TOTALLY comfortable in my position.Enadelia and Jason my team leads are very encouraging and Tiffany never forgets to ask me how things are going.Again although this wasnt the ORIGINAL position Id applied for my placement was TOTALLY spot on!

Most accommodating job ever. If you got a problem working here its most likely due to poor communication skills...probably on your part. Every time I tell them what I need to be able to work they produce it. I havent been a model employee and I never got paid minimum wage.

It wasnt very good at all I was trying to just reschedule my start date to get my A/C fixed in my vehicle because the heat & an hour and 15 drive but they said to be there and then cant go through them anymore if thats how they treat people especially me going there 2 times oh well it opened another great opportunity for me so Im not upset. Just wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

I recently was looking for a full time job. Once I got in touch with Amber at STAFFWORKS Indianapolis she was able to help very quickly. Since I was looking for an office based position with customer service, I had to undergo a few computer tests to see hoe efficiently I could work certain programs and etc. She informed me that the system would automatically match me with jobs, and that it should start to do so within a few hours. That night she called me and asked if I wanted to start in a full time position Monday. I am now coming to the end of my second full week and I couldnt be happier. She did tell me that this would only be a temporary job, but who knows. I am doing very well. Thank you for helping me get into a comfortable job. I like how quickly they found me a job but they didnt seem to last more than a week because lack of work, or too many workers. On top of all that, you get paid every week on a Thursday, my assignment ended on a Thursday but since my assignment was ended I had to wait another week just for my check and I had already worked a full two weeks. Its something very fishy about that because I called three times to make sure that I was to to get my money the following morning but all of a sudden it has to be sent through the mail.

The team at staff works are really courteous and helpful. when some other agencies have you come in for an interview thinking your getting the job they will tell you we will call you when something come available. At first this was going good, but after my week of work they fired me for something that was not true. They didn’t try to figure out what happened just left me without a job. When I asked why on Thursday January 31st a lady told me one thing and on Monday February 4th a man told me something else. They can’t give me a straight answer as to what happened and I keep telling them it is not true. They kept repeating the same thing over and over like a broken record instead of trying to solve the problem. These people don’t care about any of their workers. Will definitely never return.

I had the opportunity to work with Staffworks last year and have applied to work with them again. I found them to be very professional and they placed me very quickly! The interview process is very thorough, so eat lunch first and set aside about 2.5 hours. While this sounds daunting, its quite efficient; all the paperwork, testing, and interviewing is done in one session. The people are kind and always smiling. Be prepared to discuss your strengths and weaknesses, dress professionally, bring your resume... in other words, THIS IS AN INTERVIEW-treat is as such.When I worked for this company before, there was no problem with getting paid-it was always on time and accurate. Additionally, they tell you everything you need to know about an assignment.I highly recommend this company if you are looking for work.

I filled out the application on line. They sent me a walk through appointment that I showed up cause it was the type of job I was lookin for. Went back to the office filled out all additional information. That was on a Wednesday and I started working on Friday. Appreciate the opportunity.

I usually don’t work for temp agencies simply because of the bad rep they get. But I wanted to try them out because I pretty needed something temporary. It was a three day project I had to do for Whole Foods through this staffing company. I couldn’t make it the third night because I had to go out of town and didn’t make it back in but i was there the other too nights. I just i called in but apparently it was the wrong number. Today they called me to do follow up and stated that they had no time sheet for me at all. I knew that was a lie and then the lady kept switching her story asking me about a day i didn’t work. It’s illegal not to pay an employee rather then did one day of work or two. Before we disconnected she said we’ll call back if anything changes! Something will change cause I’m definitely reporting them to the BBB and the Indiana department of labor Don’t work here there are ton of other staffing companies that are better !!
