Medasource is a fabulous company to contract with! I have been on contract through the company for 2 years. Never once have I had a major complaint. The staff is completely professional. They have taken the time to really get to know the client and myself to ensure that the working relationship has been successful. I have been paid weekly, always on time, with flexibility when I have worked part-time. I feel that my skills were properly vetted during the interview process. In my 23 year career, I had never been subjected to such a rigorous technical skills pre-assessment, but I feel this is absolutely necessary for finding quality candidates. Not only did I feel that it proved my skill set for the client before starting, but it makes me feel confident in recommending Medasource to managers I meet who are looking for highly-qualified technical resources. In addition to a competitive salary, after 1 year, Medasource provides its contract staff with benefits that are not usually standard, like health and dental insurance, a 401K program with a generous match, and an employee discounts program. They have invested in me by reimbursing tuition for skill courses that our client has recommended I learn to continue to be an asset in my contract. Now that I am nearing the end of my current contract, they are even being helpful with the possibility of joining the client firm as an employee. Although Medasource is large, I have had direct communication with the staff at all points, making it feel like a small and personable firm. I have worked with one other contract firm in the past, and working with Medasource has been worlds better. I highly recommend Medasource to any individual looking for a world-class contract!

IF I CAN DO THIS ALL OVER AGAIN I WOULD! Medasource has be nothing but a true pioneer in the healthcare consulting industry. From the individuals that work diligently to create a lasting relationship with their clients to the overall mission driven company that believes in finding quality associates shouldnt be compared to searching for a needle in a haystack. This company is the total package. I was fortunate enough to have been reached out by the amazing Natalie Abbott who informed me of a position that was open within my dream company. She was very communicative and helpful during the entire process. Once hired, it didnt stop there. Along the first three months of my employment, she always seem to find the time to reach out to me for updates and how I was doing during the transition. It meant a lot to see a company that truly cared which is definitely hard to find these days. Anytime I had questions about scheduling, time issues, or payroll, Natalie and the Medasource team were very responsive in my questions and concerns which was a big plus!! I highly....HIGHLY suggest others to try and give Medasource a chance when it comes to possible future employment. Working with Medasource was a great experience. From meeting me at the site on the first day of my assignment to answering any questions that I had, they were wonderful. The assignment was just as they had described, and I had a wonderful experience working there. Everyone that I dealt with at Medasource was very professional, courteous and helpful. Although I didn’t have a great experience with the job itself, Medasource had nothing to do with it. They even offer me other places afterward. They were VERY professional and never delayed my salary even an hour. They always in time and take care of their worker. I have never worked with another consulting firm before but from my experience working with this company I believe they have raised the bar. I have appreciated the way they handled me all the way from the recruitment to getting me on-boarded. My agent, followed up after a couple of days of me starting the job checking to see how I was doing.

My experience with Medasource was absolutely fantastic! I wasn’t looking for a new position when Megan S. had reached out to me. In fact, I was irritated by all the different recruiters from several companies reaching out. However, Megan was so sweet and professional, I decided to listen to what she had to say. Once I learned their client was local and VERY reputable, my ears perked up. I decided to apply for the contract to hire position. Megan and her supervisor, Grant, were extremely helpful throughout the interviewing and (once offered) the hiring process. Both of them were always readily available to answer questions and provide support. They showed up onsite for my interview to introduce me to my now supervisor. The communication was tremendous. I always felt like I knew where I stood in the interviewing, hiring, and converting to FTE process. And the pay while contracted with Medasource was great!! They even showed up to hand deliver my first check. So personable!! I’m glad I decided to listen to that first phone call with Megan!! I would highly recommend Medasource over and over again!!

My experience working with Medasource has been great. So many opportunities and my recruiter alway makes sure when something fits my skill set she reaches out. I would definitely recommend medasource as a company to work for to others. Leadership is super awesome, it’s like one big medasource family.

Working with Erika, was good however after bieng promised I would be able to be home with my family for my Daughters birth, and after beign scheduled for a project I was informed by Mike that I was not a good fit for the company, and even after 6 months, I still have not received payment for my expenses during the short time, I was with medasource.

Over the years I’ve worked for several consultanting firms, some good and some not so good. Medasource on the other hand has been one of the best to work for. Reasons being: my Recruiter is amazing, very professional, responses to my needs in a very timely matter. The company always addresses any concerns I have with placement on projects. I wanted to grow in the consultanting world, when I reached out to my Recruiter about this, she gave the opportunity not once, but in two different roles. I would and have recommended Medasource to anyone looking to grow in the consultanting world. Medasource does have high standards for their consultants, but I feel if you really take pride in you profession and the company you work for Medasource is the company for anyone.

Medasource was my first time working with a contracting organization and I was very pleased with my experience. The reps and account executives I got to work with were so gracious with their time and made me feel very comfortable during my first day onsite with the client. And even after the engagement began, I would be in constant communication with the Medasource team for anything I needed (i.e. if I had any questions of best practices, comments or concerns). Additionally, I was the only Medasource resource during my engagement, but I always felt like I was a part of a team.

I am about to put an application in for consulting work. I couldn’t let one bad review be the only review that showed up for this company. Sometimes things happen where we aren’t selected for jobs. Hate to tell you, but that’s life.

Recruiters that everyone warns about. Not even their written words can be trusted. They transfer responsibility to client and client to them leaving contractors in the cold.
