This has been my first time working with a staffing agency and the experience has been great. My recuriter Melaine Lake gets it! She is so very helpful, informative and responsive. Working with her has been a great experience.

I would say that the interview/placement part of the process was very good. Once I was placed in my position I did not receive very much communication from Ajilon. I also did not get an exit interview when I was hired on at the company where I was temping which I thought was strange.

This is one of the best agencies I have ever worked for, this staff of ladies are very professional, positive and energetic. I started out as a temp and within 3 months of working, I have a permanent position with a great company.. thanks Ajilon

Ajilon is a very good staffing company to go through. Placement in great positions that you qualify for with good pay.

I worked for this company for about 7 months before I was hired on full time. I was very happy with them, they worked hard to get me the job I wanted and made sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tried to reach back out to them after a bad experience with an employer and got no response. I can’t speak for the whole company, but don’t work with Theresa.

My friend referred me and it was all bad. I kept in contact with them and told them my availability, but still nothing. They emailed me and asked me how was my job search was going which I thought that was the reason for me needing them. I guess I had to do my own job search in order to find a job and dont know what their use was. Horrible, I would not advise.

Doesnt return emails or answer the phone. Will tell you they have a bunch of opportunities open but then still cant find a job. If you do get set up with an interview they dont let you know how you did whether you got the job or not. Go to a different staffing company

Got a email saying based on your experience they have several jobs that recruiting for fit my experience and they want me to schedule a face to face interviewi have called this person about 6 times in the last 2 weeks and keep getting voicemail and leaving my information and i have yet to hear from anyonevery unprofessional in not returning calls
