I was working with a guy one day on a really tough and dirty demolitions job and we were so happy to get down to LB to collect our pay. However, the guy I was working with did not get paid because he owed for child support.Now, you could say that he got his just punishment, however how did they know he owed for child support? Apparently, they did a background check on him and reported it. Just plain nasty.

Im still waiting to be paid from last Thursday.. I was under the impression that in our contract it states that we are to be paid within 24hrs of the assignment. The branch will not communicate and this is becoming an ongoing frequent issue . I worked for true blue on Thanksgiving day instead of having dinner with my family and 4days later Im still waiting to be paid. I havent gotten 1 red cent for my 9 hr shift . Im looking into possibly taking court action on this matter

I had worked for them and I must say this is probably the worst job I ever had so far. I dont even know where to begin. The office employees give you so much attitude for no reason. They are quick to kick you off a job assignment without asking you if youre still interested. And they have the biggest attitude problem about paying you when you have completed a job assignment. They also tend to treat all their employees like criminals. Theyre not even worth the time or day. Better off going someplace else for work.

This location is not professional at all. I would not recommend. They say they will pay you with in 24 hours however I have yet to be paid for my work Saturday. I worked another job for them on Friday drove all the way there for them to tell me they didnt need anyone until Monday. Luckily the person in charge allowed me to work for my incovience. The two recruiters Devin and Karen are both rude and disrespectful. They talked over me so much to the point where I just got very irritated. These jobs they have are very low pay wages for you to do ridiculous work. I would not recommend true blue to my anyone unless you are a felon with no other options to feed your family. I am so disappointed in the service I recieved here. They talk to everyone like they are beneath them. When in all reality the workers you have are how you get paid.They say the calls are recorded now so I really hope someone is listening to how they work so hard to bring the character out of people. Seriously I think they should hire a whole new team of recruiters. I dont feel that trueblue itself is terrible. It is the representatives they have that is representing their name in such a foul way. I hope that this helps someone near the future. I am not speaking out of anger or spite. I just would like for this company to be represented better.

This was the worst company ever ... Before this it was true blue and prior to that it was labor ready. I worked for this company and this has to be at the top of my worst places I have ever worked. The employees are all bottom feeder low life druggie and felons who the company tends to favor over the rare honest employees who stumble thru their door.I was more than qualified for any and every position I ever worked at this low paying meanial general labor employer ... I worked here and was verbally harassed and sexually harassed by a known child molester who worked at the local walmart store reset job on the southside of Indianapolis back about 3 years ago which is the same time they fired me due to another team lead who lied on me because she was mad because I was going to blow the whistle on the guy who basically sexually harassed me and she needed the money and did not want the job to be terminated.So this company (peopleready/trueblue/labor ready) should be shut down ... they are all pathetic from the employees to the actual office workers and management who so call run this horrible establishment.I was definitely too good for this company and I subjected myself to a whole lot of felons and criminals and put myself/my safety at risk while working with this company and they in return fire me with some BS stories and a whole lot of lies to cover their asses....this place is only for bottom feeders and obviously I am better than that and luckily I obtained a real professional job and I am no longer in between jobs as I was at that time ...I currently have a real professional job in sales and I make very good money and it is beyond livable wages and something this company will never pay...LOL....if you are not a felon or crack head junkie trying to get your next fix then I would advise looking for a real staffing company like Office Team or Kelly Services .. and although I hate those places too they are 20 times better than peopleready will ever be and you can probably start out around 12 bucks an hour vs. 7 or 8 an hour at peopleready aka true blue aka labor ready.My solution is shut this chain down and bulldoze the building in the middle of the day during the week...I call a do over---- this place is hopeless...

A few problems but overall a good quick way for cash.

They DO NOT PAY!!! I worked an 8 HR shift because the contact at location asked me an a few others to stay longer ...Labor ready said they would verify an the additional pay would be added...of course they never did anything
