This establishment is by far the best staffing agency that I’ve ever worked for. They maintain a high very attention to their employees needs. There was never a time that I had trouble reaching Amy and something that I appreciated a lot was the fact that any time I needed clarification, I was never made to feel as a burden. I worked at two separate locations before and after covid hit and both properties were great. I’ve now been hired on and am beyond happy to work for my new employer. I went in for an interview on Monday, was hired on that day. I completed all of my paperwork within 30 min. I started my job on Wednesday. The entire process was extremely easy and the office staff was so helpful. Becki, is amazing and is truly the most amazing person. I was hired on full time with the company I started off as a temp for, within a little over 1 month. Without them, their support and hard work I would never have had this opportunity. Thank you so much Liberty Group!!!

So I recently worked with the liberty group staffing for an admin position. They asked me to come in then interview Thursday for the role. I was told they would send more info. Keep in mind this was Monday.I got nothing that day and felt that they could be busy. Nothing most of the day Tuesday either so I called, emailed, and texted. I got nothing.I finally called the next day and got a “test email” only. The recruiter said she would then send the rest of the information and asked if I could meet with manager over the computer which I agreed to. Shortly after trying to get that set up I received an email stating the position had filled. How is that even possible? Was I too late because I never received the correct information?It gets better. I then receive another email the same day from a different employee of the same staffing agency for open positions after I was told they had been filled. They requested specific experience and told me that I wasn’t a fit even after seeing my resume with my work experience.A very strange group that does not deserve your time. Go elsewhere with effective recruiters that tell you what is actually going on.

The Liberty Group has been an amazing employer to work for! I have worked with them for about three weeks now and I can say they have helped me tremendously in my search for a temp to hire position! I truly appreciate all of the help and support that the manager Becki has provided to myself! Ive enjoyed each assignment Ive been assigned to and have been able to learn different softwares such as Yardi and OneSite. The hours are great and pay is very competitive. If you are looking for flexibility choose The Liberty Group they will for sure work with your needs and desires.

They are I am sad to say the poorest excuse for a temp agency in the state of indiana.I was hired by Evan at their office they sent me on three different jobs and I got rave reviews from all of them and one of the companys tried to hire me on and liberty Group told them they had to buy my contract for three thousand dollars 3000.00 well they hired another person that they didnt have buy for three grand.So if your contemplating working for The Liberty Group I would run because all youre going to be is a temporary getting paid less than you would anywhere else getting played by a second-rate office staff that cant even keep jobs for their people.

What is up with their recruiters? They are not the most professional and when I corrected the agent on which apartment complexes I worked at he dismissed me and hung up. So definately lose my number if you are upset that I want you to have my correct information.The saga gets better.I did get an interview. The interviewer was 15 minutes late and interviewed me wearing a t-shirt, jeans and tennis shoes. He also made assumptions based on my age and gender which would have completely been against fairhousing laws and general employment laws. Needless to say I didnt return.
