They may be good at other things, but copier repair is not one of them. We called them on 8/13 when our only copier went down. We told them the exact part that was needing replaced, but they had to come out and see for themselves. Almost a week later (8/19) their tech came out and confirmed the part that was needed. He said he would have to see if he had one or if he needed to order one. We called on 8/20, 8/21, and 8/24 just to get a status update and they said they would relay the message to him. He NEVER returned our call to our office nor my cell. On 8/25 we called and told them not to bother, we found someone else who would take care of us. I realize this was a small repair job for them, but it greatly hampered the productivity of our office. The least the guy could have done was to return our call. Very unprofessional.

Ive enjoyed working for netwise as a contractor. I like the staff, especially my boss; they were very suportive. I would work for this computer consultant company again!
