I think they are closing earlier now, Ive gone here twice in the previous 2 days before today, and they were closed, came earlier today and they were open. What I love about this place is the people are always friendly and helpful. They do a decent job on the outside, considering your vehicle goes through one of those automatic washers (I hate those, they never clean your car good enough). The inside is always still pretty dirty though when they get finished. Years ago, this was the place to get a good cleaning job done on your vehicle, nowadays, not so much. The past 4 times Ive gone here, Ive had to clean the inside of my car when I got home. I need to find a good hand wash car service in Indy, unfortunately Kopetskys just isnt the place anymore.

Went here super early before a cars and coffee, so I got early bird discount and it was all done for a good price. They even knew how to drive stick and never stalled my car, honestly wasnt expecting that! Washed it really good, paid attention to all the little details and did it in good timing too.

This place used to be great. Last four times I have been they do a weak job in all aspects. I still need to vacuum, wipe off, and clean too much to go back. They lost my business.

Got a $27.00 wash, wax and carpet vacuumed last weekend. They make an old car look like new.

They always do an amazing job and have ur vehicle sparkling clean that’s inside n out. Got a selection of wash packages ranging from $10 - $35 just depends on what service you are wanting. Also have unlimited monthly packages as well. If you want ur carpets shampooed they have the express carpet cleaning. I do my carpets twice a month and they look like new but in between I get it vacuum twice a week including when I take it for a ultimate-plus wash at Kopetsky’s Y’all should check it out!!!!

Ive been going here for years. Usually great service, however today, pretty mediocre service. I upgraded to Ultimate Wash ($35.00) as Im going to take a trip next week and wanted a clean car. There are water spots everywhere and the inside of the windows have some kind of fuzz on them and theyre streaked. I know, I could have done it myself, but I paid them to do it. Dont know if i will go back or not.

I got to stay that they are very polite but if Im going to pay $20 to get my car washed and swept out yall need to figure out what the hell you doing the windows werent clean the floors werent clean whats the point

Came once before about three weeks ago. Got a basic service. So today decided to get the second to highest package for car wash. I got my car back it still required additional vacuuming, windows were still dirty, still dirty and sticky in the cup holder, and the dash had not been wiped. The fragrance which was supposed to be apart of the package smells like an old vacuum. So the finish product left a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, the young man who was seemingly supervising the drying side of things, when approached just initiated with a bunch of excuses. Sir….. the floors shouldn’t need to be done again after your workers get out of the car right before i get it back; the windows should be cleaned regardless of the tire spray…. I don’t pay for a car wash with tirespraued windows. It seems that the detail work that attracted me to this car wash was only fantasy.

When I checked vehicle to leave it wasnt clean. I spent $35 for something that wasnt done well. Grant you it was pretty dirty but I paid well for it to be cleaned. Outside looked good but Manager had to go over inside again. And didnt have the best attitude about it. Have been coming there for years,always good service till today. I drove all the way from New apt in Mooresville just to keep it good. Maybe I need to find one that details closer to home. ( I guess times change)🤔

Much better place to get your seats and carpets washed. Cheaper and done better than getting the inside detailed. Very friendly and professional place.

Got the most expensive car washIt was horrible I had to come home clean my windows inside and out they were more dirty looking than when I went in. My had to clean my wheels also. When I called they would not rewash my vehicle because Iost the recipient. I told them I would come back for them to see the vehicle but they would not do it. This place has really we t down

I come to this carwash all the time. But I havent been lately due to my schedule. I finally get my car to the carwash. It had been a minute so I decided to get the most expensive one. $35. They vacuumed my car extremely well. But when I got to the end, they did an AWFUL job wiping everything down. Streaks everywhere. Didnt clean my rear view. Left spots all over my back seat. Ive noticed that this is a new crew than what Im used to. I need the old crew back or yall need to properly train these new people because they suck. I could have done this myself and made it look better.

OUTSTANDING!!! Havent been in years, but purchased an additional vehicle (used, from owner). Car needed some serious TLC. The car inside and out is literally NIGHT and DAY. You guys have never lost your touch...you only make it THE BEST!!!

I always take my car here. Super quick, friendly great service. They have several different levels of service to choose from. I always do the works for $25. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with an assortment of air fresheners, mats, and other car accessories.Today they didn’t do the same quality of work as usual. Pretty sure they didn’t even attempt to vacuum.

Great place for a full service car wash not available in many places in this country any more. Another fixture on the west side of Indy. Happy to see they are still providing great service at good prices. Tips are not accepted....Newly renovated and same great service as of May 2018

I always come here. They clean your car, inside and out. They do a great job. I pay a monthly fee and get unlimited washes. Its definitely a great deal!!

Total Full Service Carwash... I spend a lil xtra here cause they do all that. I drive from the far east side just to come here. All the other car washes are just Basic compared to Kopetskys 100%

My only complaint is they didnt wipe down everything on the inside. They missed a few spots but other than that I was satisfied.

Very disappointed. Weve used been going to kopetsky for year and and have always been pleased. We drove all the way from Terre Haute to get our truck cleaned. Barely cleaned the windshield and left area not vacuumed in the back seat

The only real full service carwash in indy...but they give older cars the bums rush. We cant all drive brand new cars guys, and we still want to keep our old cars looking good. Dont short cut me, I paid the same price.

Really disappointed! The rearview mirror was broken and the manager told me “sorry I tried to wipe the window” and I asked him who is gonna fix that? He said “well, you can buy a glue from autozone.Also, it’s still dirty from inside. Unfortunately, I paid 30$. The manager needs a manager actually.Never recommend this place

Main reason coming there was to get the inside vacuumed out as well as a wash wash was great inside vacuuming and door panels were not good at all still see dirt marks and etc that did not wipe down the inside door panels or inside of the doors I believe one free wash and a really good inside vacuuming from an employee that cares about their customers happiness or quality of work should be doing that job not to mention the guy that was sleeping the car out could barely keep his eyes open

I have been a loyal customer of Kopetskys for many years and have never had a reason to be disappointed with my experience until today. I waited for about ten minutes for a cashier to return to her work station and take my payment. When customers who were not wearing masks came into the small room where the cash register is, I decided to wait outside until the cashier returned. In the meantime, two more customers, also not wearing masks, entered the small space. After the return of the cashier, the other customers paid their bills and exited the building. I stepped back inside and was dismayed to see that the cashier was also not wearing a mask. I asked her why she was not wearing a mask and she responded that she didnt want to wear one. In addition, management had not provided her with any barrier around the register that would prevent a customer from coughing or sneezing and potentially infecting her with the corona virus.I didnt mention to her that I am nearly 65 and have asthma and was therefore concerned about entering a small enclosed space that just seconds before had been occupied by five people, none of whom were wearing masks. I noticed that some employees working outside were wearing masks while others were not.I think this was less of a problem because of the fact that the virus is most communicable inside buildings as opposed to outside. I will not be giving Kopetskys any more business until they take steps to increase safety for employees and customers in the waiting area and around the cash register.

On 03/03/21 I arrived at 8:02 am the manger was outside sweeping I asked if they were open yet he stated no were not open yet he stated they probably wouldnt open till 10 am I was late to work so I could get my car wash but wasnt able to get it wash

Love the car wash but staff and customers not wearing masks inside.Cashier should wear a mask and so should customers in your tiny, little waiting room. There was no screen between her and the customers. Its a state and county mandate to wear a mask indoors!

Kopetskys was busy today. Vehicles were lined up 2 deep all the way back to the street. All staff have a job to do and know what that job is. We got through in a surprisingly short time. Everyone is always friendly but not overly so so as to interfere with getting their work done.

Never been there before besides the day i did go and let me tell ya i was very impressed crew wash lost my business im sticking with these guys and gals....

Just got the ultimate wash, paid $30 and my car was NOT SWEPT OR WIPED DOWN THROUGHLY. I wouldnt recommend this place. Waste of my time and money.

The wait wasnt long and the people were polite. For the most part I am satisfied with the wash. Only problem is that the car wasnt completely dry when I drove away. There were 5-6 people working on the end result but seemed to hurry the process along. I had to wipe spots off my car.

Service has went down, its not the same as it was years ago. Poor cleaning, not through,money means more than making sure the customers gets their value for what was paid. When a customer is not happy they will not make it right by giving credit for another wash or refund🙄😒. I will never go back

Went out of my way to go here because they’ve always done an excellent job in the past. This time they were quick, which I appreciated at the time, but as I looked over everything later in the day I was so disappointed. There were crumbs and hair and just general dirt left in almost every crevice. I had to finish the job myself.

The people here are always so nice and do a great job. I came in with a car covered in bird poop and they washed it twice to make sure it was clean. The manager came and talked to me and they were very speedy.

Little higher prices than I’ve experienced in other big cities. Didn’t have an external wash only price so I didn’t get full value for what I had to pay (car was full of my belongings after moving 700+ miles).They did a good job with the exterior washing considering how bad my car looked after being pulled through a two day snow storm on the interstate.Wasn’t busy at 9:30am when I went so I’d have expected less staff, but it seemed like a full staff. Wish they would have utilized them in cleaning up the wash-viewing windows as they were almost completely covered in dirt and couldn’t see through it to watch.

Really disappointed.I took my car to clean I would wipe my finger on the door And on the dash and my finger would be dirty! I could’ve just done it at home ! The vacuuming was terrible it’s not suppose to have spots visible from things . I wouldn’t even come back again even if it was for free!
