Scheduled carpet shampooing services with Cathy for Badger a week ago. I arranged my schedule to be present when AJ was scheduled to arrive. Got a phone call from Cathy at 8pm when service was scheduled for 9:30am the following morning and she stated they had an emergency with another job and that mine had to be rescheduled. No discount offered for inconvenience and she continued to reiterate this is part of the job. So, you schedule people and if a bigger job comes along you boot people to the end of the line? Horrible service and unprofessional. I would never recommend and will not be rescheduling with Cathy to get my carpets cleaned.
