They were great all the way around. Our absolutely go to for all things cleaning and we will be using them on other floors etc in the near future. Very impressive!

I had a great experience with Sani-brite. They cleaned the carpet I left with them (a very long hall runner) in a very quick time, at a very reasonable cost. The rug looks great!! I would definitely do business with them again, and highly recommend them.

We cleaned five area rugs to have fresh rugs in our new home. Each one looks BRAND NEW like the first day we purchased! One rug came with braided tassels but they had almost all come undone over the years. Someone re-braided all of them after it was cleaned and it is perfect! This service is worth every penny and I will take all our rugs here from now on.

As usual, they did a great job cleaning various wool rugs. Also had them mend the corner of one that was damaged. Previously, I had a Turkish rug that needed serious repairs and they handled that as well as sewing velcro hanging strips to the back so that it could be hung on my wall (museum style). No complaints.

I’ll be honest. One rug turned out to excellent. The other we spoke on and I was told it may be difficult. Upon pickup, nobody informed me the stain was still visible yet you tried really hard etc etc.

Excellent! Use them for annual deep cleaning! Highly recommend them.

I brought seven older oriental rugs and Kilims, some having been stored in terrible condition for years. I was very pleased with the results. This is not superficial cleaning and is very hard to find anywhere.

As always, this company does an extraordinary job cleaning our rugs. The effects of two puppies on a primarily white rug were totally erased. The rug looks like new. They have previously done a wonderful job cleaning and repairing some vintage oriental rugs for us. It is great to know they are there, and unfortunately, thanks to our pups, we will definitely be using their services again.

My rugs were picked up for cleaning. The company asked for a review. I liked the pickup team, and they were very good, but the essence of “how did we do?” relates to how well they’ll clean my rugs - not how well they were picked up! So, requesting a review at this stage of the process is pretty silly.

Prompt and professional service. Ive had 6 rugs cleaned here, ranging in size from very small to the largest in our home. Not all nasty stains will come out. But they do an excellent job. Weve been consistently pleased with these people and the quality of their work.

I cannot say enough good things about Oriental Rug Cleaning of Indianapolis! The staff are all highly trained and knew exactly what my rug was when they saw it! Since the rug was an antique1890 Persian rug, it needed special cleaning and repair work done, which both were done with expertise and I was more than happy with the result. All staff are friendly, professional and know their stuff! Since we live in Bloomington, the owner was happy to help arrange a mutually satisfactory time for us to drop off and pick up the rug. I would recommend them 100% and give them an A++ rating.

Kate was super helpful in letting us know there was a 2 for 1 special when I called to inquire about having our rugs hand-washed, which was great because we had 2 larger rugs. They wrapped the rugs so we could keep them clean while waiting for renovations to be finished. The process was easy. I do wish the paperwork was more organized but I appreciate the mom and pop business model.

I have a shaggy 8x10 rug that very badly needed cleaned as a result of recent puppy potty training efforts. Oriental Rug Cleaning exceeded my expectations. They picked the rug up and dropped it off exactly when they said they would. The cleaning took about 7 or 8 days (including the weekend). It is as soft, bright and clean as the day I bought it. Not to mention that it smells a heck of a lot better too! I paid $213 (which I was told beforehand) and it was worth every penny.

We had a very old Kerman rug that needed cleaning. There will also older pet stains on it. We have just gotten the rug back and are so pleased with the results. Everyone was so nice to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

I dropped off the rug which had been marked by an elderly dog. When I picked it up 10 days later the urine smell was gone. The rug looks bright and new. It was money well spent.

I had a small wool rug approx. 5X7 that was coming unraveled on one long side. I thought about trying to fix it somehow myself and even watched some videos on how it might be possible. It is not an expensive rug, but it is very pretty and an unusual shade of lavender with a beautiful pattern. I couldnt remember where I had gotten it, or how much I had paid or even when I bought it, but I really liked it. While searching online I saw Oriental Rug Cleaning. I at first thought I could in no way afford to put a lot of money into this rug and then I thought well.... why not get an estimate? I am SO glad I did. Jordan knew all about my rug! He knew it was a Spanish Wilton, he knew how it had been made, and told me about the history of that type of rug. He also knew several possible ways to fix my rug and all of them fell within my price range! He worked extremely hard to find a way to maintain the visual integrity of my rug while finding a way to stabilize it too. Jordan kept in contact with me to let me know the type of repair he felt would maintain my rugs visual appeal. Once we decided to go with that type of repair he very carefully chose a complimentary material that was inconspicuous but also secure and if viewed looked natural . While they had my rug they also cleaned it too. I was very impressed with all the service I received. I really didnt think anyone would want to bother repairing my rug as it is not an expensive Oriental carpet. I was wrong. I am so glad to have found Oriental Rug Cleaning Of Indianapolis and I wont hesitate to take my rug back to have it cleaned or serviced.

The rugs were cleaned beautifully. I was concerned about wavy edges on the large one but ORC came out and steamed the rug to straighten the edges. Great customer service.

I took a 20 year old wool area rug to Sani-Bright to be cleaned. Prior cleanings had been done by in home professional cleaners, but it never came as clean!! I recommend Sani-Bright; not only because my rug is clean and looks like new, but the customer service provided is top notch. I also prefer supporting family owned businesses.
