Great experience here. I had a coupon that was not expired but was based off old pricing. The guy gave me the price listed on the coupon anyway, very professional service. This was Sunday 9/12 at 4pm, don’t remember his name. The wash itself was great too. 10/10.

So, we have an annual membership here. In general, we like it. Drive up, get car washed, get car hand dried, leave a tip, off we go. Sure there might be a line … it’s a car wash. Sure equipment fails occasionally … it’s a car wash and it is not excessive with these guys. The staff is all incredibly friendly and that goes far with me.Here is my one major beef with this location: When you first enter the wash an attendant is supposed to rinse your wheel wells, windows, and any trouble spots. These folks consistently only rinse the driver side of my vehicles. I hate having to run back through. However, I will if it’s clear that one side is cleaner than the other. This is such an easy fix to train into people. Just freaking do it.

Rude and demeaning after damaging my car. Denied it and acted like I was insane. First and last time at this car wash. If you’ve paid decent money for your car and want to keep it looking nice do not come here.

I was thoroughly impressed when I first got there. The staff was super pleasant and informative, and management stopped by too super nice. However the actual services were awful. I really wanted to leave at least 2 or 3 stars but the detailing was that bad. The windows were so smeared I had to pull over after I left and clean them myself so I could see and the rest of the car I’m going to have to re clean myself because they didn’t do anything and the sad part is it took them 35 mins to do the nothing they did. Stuff wasn’t even wiped down. I would highly suggest going somewhere else like I will in the future.

Nice group of workers. Clean facility, but for the premium price, they should have supervisor look at each car before a customer is called to claim their vehicle. The details are starting to slip.

It use to be a good place to go for a thorough car wash. It is no longer so. On the last three washes, I selected the $39 option and they were all consistently poor.....requiring further touch up at home. If you must use them...get the basic option because its cheaper and its all you will recieve. Hopefully they will recover but I am going to leave them until I hear better things in the future.

They get 2 stars because they were friendly and polite. However I paid for the $39 wash and vacuum and there was still tons of dog hair left in my seats and floors. I usually go to another establishment that does a way better job. I couldnt confront them about this while I was there as I would have been late to go to a party. So I decided to email them with pictures and never heard back. I will not return for their services. I was highly disappointed.

Car wash experience was great but then when I emailed to cancel membership and was told it would be canceled, it never was. I was on the middle of moving out of state and was charged for two more months of membership services that I never used. When I tried to get in touch to have it canceled and refunded, I never got a response back. Its unfortunate as the service is def convenient but not worth this hassle to cancel.

Been going here since they opened. The best thing they have going for them is they are friendly but… they’ve always been a little slow and only use 1 lane even though they have 2. Lately I’ve been turned away because of equipment failure or left because they just had really long lines. I got talked into the annual account 7 months ago and now needing to cancel… They refused to refund the 5 remaining months. If you do go here, don’t buy the annual membership! I’ll be going to CREW Carwash.

So happy to have coincidently found this place! The entire front of my car was covered in a thick layer of dead bugs and moths from thousands of miles of travel. I had tried a different car wash and only 75% of it came off. But this place was amazing. The associate that did the power wash really put in effort and scrubbed it clean with his hands. My car looked new!!

These people are a bit on the high side but as in most cases, you get what you pay for. They are great. Did an amazing job and i will be going back.

I had membership of 360 . But second time NO proper clean alloy wheels.Other things are good as their name but Im not happy with cleaning.

Went there Sunday around 6pm to get my elite wash. Lady didnt ask me a fragrance for my car when it clearly states i get a choice on my membership, then coming out, didnt even clean the rims nd tires, place is joke, they get lazy. Guess its time to go back to sparkling image

Amazing job at a great price. I went there to get the car detailed for some incoming company, and it was seriously close to that new car feeling when they finished. I got the prime wash with vacuum and wipe down, and upgraded to the dash/console/door polish stuff ($54 for everything). Took care of the pet hair in the backseat (we have a wiry shorthair so the fur tends to get into the fabric pretty deep). Very professional and friendly crew. Highly recommend.

As bad I as I want to give a 5/5 for the friendliness of the staff...the quality of work is just too poor. It did not look like they shampooed and vacuumed the trunk, which I specified them to do, and paid for....and if they really did clean the trunk it was a terrible job since it doesn’t look any better than before. This is just another chain car wash/detail place that is all about volume and speediness rather than quality. Find a local independent shop if you care about your vehicle.

Expected a little more for a $40 car wash. The problem was mainly in attention to detail. Still left with dead bugs on headlights and grill, streaky/smudged interior windows, door jams not wiped down, and left water all over my floor mats. Unfortunate, because they look like they could run a really solid business with customers if the standards were a little higher.

I was the victim of your Greenwood carwash on March 8, 2021. My 2008 limited edition Ford Shelby Mustang had its driver side mirror ripped off almost immediately upon entering the carwash (first roller). Apparently, as I have learned, this is a quite frequent occurrence, as is the way it was handled. My mirror was perfect prior to entering and torn off upon exiting. Im sure you have cameras that could easily verify this.Unfortunately, Jeff Young (General Manager) sent me an email essentially called me a liar and refused to cover damages solely because the cars in front of and behind me were not also damaged. I will be taking this to small claims court to recover the $250 it cost me to repair your mistake.

The worst carwash EVER. They will damage your car and claim they didnt. General Manager Jeff is sexist and thought that the damage was caused by me backing the car up BUT the damage was NOT there before going through the carwash. Pics are of the damage. You tell me how chunks of plastic (in the interior part where the license plate is) got there from me backing the car up. Seriously, do not go here if you value the bodywork of your car!

Takes about 25 minutes, but worth it. Almost the same price as crew per month. They clean inside and out. Hand dry touch ups. Waiting area with star bucks coffee and drinks. Internet, car extras, TV, and comfortable seating.

Bought their premium wash for 20 bucks and my truck was 85% clean. My truck wasnt covered in mud or anything just dusty from gravel roads and bug guts. Anyways the was failed to get the heaviest of grim but the part that has me the most upset was the lack of drying by the two attendents. The guy on the DS dried the mirror and went directly to the tailgate, he then call the guy on the PS to him. They talked quietly for a second then the other guy walked up and dried the PS mirror. Got home only to find water spots and grim still on the truck. Anyways prime use to have higher standards! Anyways its a waste of.money anymore.

I had a full detail done at Prime Emerson. When I picked my car up the air bag light was on flashing. It was not on before the service. I brought it to their attention that same day. I was told by one manager it happens often due to seats being wet and them using the hoses and vac under the seats. I need to call back in 24hrs when it’s dry if it’s still on. I made a claim report 24 hours after that bc it was still on. I followed up and called several times after. No return calls. I finally get a hold of someone two weeks later for him to tell me they did not do it. Without even asking me to see my car or offering to have it looked at to see if it was something they did. No accountability at all. I was told it was impossible that they did anything. Mr. Young was very unprofessional, rude and dodged me for weeks. BEWARE OF PRIME ON EMERSON THEY WILL NOT HELP IN ANY WAY IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE DURING SERVICE!!

Would get 5 stars that said I usually have to finish drying my Black car so there are no spots. Still having to finish drying my car. Employees cant seem to bend down far enough to dry bumpers and aprons. I agree with another reviewer poor management. I wish Brads was open. Refurbishing wash i hope.

Great value. Amazing staff. Very friendly and affordable. Had a few bugs left on the hood and the dash could have been cleaner, but they were super busy. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars for sure.

After cleaning my vehicle they left a pop can under the seat that became wedged so that the seat would not move forward or backward, after retrieving smashed up pop can the seat is still broke. I filed a complaint immediately before leaving because my S/O could not move the seat back. They moved it forward and back to clean but when she got in, it would not move. The person filing the report did not use the telephone number given, the correct make and model of the vehicle, nor my correct email address. Called the GM to ask for a refund on the newly paid months service and was told they do not do refunds, followed by an excrutiating annoying dial tone that I let continue for minutes prior to silence for a minute or so, followed by them hanging up finally. Canceled my membership.

Prime car wash is one of the premium car wash services in Greenwood. Its one of the car wash places where you can get your car detailing done and also with there monthly membership programs you can get your cars interior and exteriors cleaned each time you get in for a car wash. The staff is friendly and they have a cafe area which is neat and spacious. With there membership you get to enjoy a starbux coffee wach time you come for a wash and wait for your cars interior are getting cleaned. I enjoy coming up to Prime car wash they do a great job in cleaning your car

Best word to describe overall performance... okay. When I got home, I had to work on the wheels and step boards... my preference is to not do any of these things. I purchased the only outsidewith hot wax... whatever that was called. Cost $17.

Not as per expectation, I opted for Elite wash which is of $39 but later I realized, I should have done prime 180 of $12 because it looks same.

The car looks and smell nice, but is never wiped down at all. Had three spots where a fast food worker handed me a full pop that dripped. The door, steering wheel, and cupholder were all wearing soda and when I left the $39 car wash, all three of them were still covered in pop. Never even wiped any of them off. Cup holders still had lint and hair in them. Very visible too, not just sticky to the touch. I also lost a whole piece of trim off my car that now I have to have a dealer replace. Their competitor has longer lines and isnt much better, but their half the price.

They did an excellent job on the full detail, but when Ive gone for the simple wash, the quality depends on who is working. The automatic wash is so-so, but if the people working care, they get it really clean. The last time I went, the person spraying didnt clean my wheel wells so I went back through and requested they spray them extra well, and they still just kind of squirted my tires. I dont think they knew what a wheel well was. Then afterwards, they didnt apply tire shine. So all in all, for a basic wash, its hit or miss.

Went for first time and used the cheap wash to get the salt off. I loved how they used a wand and sprayed the vehicle first.The wash didnt quite get it clean but did a decent job for the price.I will return.

Please be careful with this wash. I had used them for years with my old car and started using with my new car on the monthly plan. I had noticed on my last visit that the wash was much more powerful than normal and had ripped off a part of my car as well and bent the side view mirrors back (something it had never done before). It has also rocked my car back and forth like it never had in the past. I called and spoke to an employee who gave a message to the manager who never called me back. I then called over the next several days and left 4 polite messages. After receiving no call back, I cancelled my membership. I then amazingly received a call back telling me that the manager believed the part had already been broken. This reminded me that it was the right choice to cancel and simply buy the part, which is little over a hundred bucks to replace. With no future business from me my monthly fee would have paid Prime for the part in about 2 1/2 months and the years I would have probably been with them. I do not recommend them as they will refuse any responsibility and will essentially blame you if they damage anything on your car. If you care about your car I would not go here!

Weve had memberships at Prime Car Wash since theyve opened. Recently we went through the wash and noticed the cloth caught in the headlight as we were exiting and remained there after the dry. When removing the cloth, noticed there is a small chip (only damage at all on the car). We filed an incident report the same day before leaving. We were told to get an estimate, which we did and price came back around $800 for repairs. Then we were told that they would turn it into insurance. After they realized the deductible was more than the expense, they decided not to cover the cost to fix, even after the estimator stated it could have happened in the car wash. Brian Kimberlin has given me the run around for months. Decided to give us refunds on 2 annual memberships of around $600 then to fix the damage that was done at the wash. ?!?!?! I will be taking them to court. Avoid this place....

Did an excellent job detailing and decent staff.

First time trying out prime car wash and went with the Elite package for $39. First off Ill start by saying that I keep my truck pretty clean, and so there really wasnt a whole lot to clean up to begin with. Exterior wash was worse than what you get at Mikes Carwash, especially the dryers. The hand towel dry left streaks all over the truck. I went with the elite package specifically for the interior cleaning, and feel like I basically lit a 20 dollar bill on fire. The vacuum job didnt pick up all the debris from my floorboards and mats, the dash looked worse than before I arrived. Large spot of dirt on my driver door jam that hadnt been touched, the seats looked like they hadnt been touched (I had a couple of small spots in the back from passenger spills the weekend before), they didnt even bother to try and wipe down the center console or cupholders, and the new car fragrance that was sprayed was way too heavy. Normally Id of spoken with a manager, but I waited so long to get my truck back that I had to rush back to the office to make my next meeting. I wont be back. Its a complete waste of money. If I could give it zero stars I would.

The young people working here are lovely, and when I got my SUV detailed it was very well done. Buy my car never gets fully clean, I have to wipe it down afterward, and lately I havent been able to use my $30/month membership because the line is an hour long.

Great carwash. Always friendly. Make sure you tip the crew at the end. They wipe all of the excess water off your vehicle and get rid of the wiper bag.

I am not sure what is going on, but our truck never looks good up close anymore. From a distance, it looks clean but reality its still dirty. Bugs on the windshield, dirt on running boards, and never wipe the back window on truck. I pay the 70 per month and feel like I could get the same result for the 30 per month . We also have a small dent on truck iam almost positive it was caused by the wash. I will probably be switching to another place. We have been going here over

Took my car in for a 360 today. When it came out of the bay almost nothing on the inside was touched. I asked why they didnt clean the windows or dash and I was told I needed to purchase a detail for those options. I asked for a manager and I was advised he was the manager. So we ran it through again and same result, almost as they didnt care at all. I asked for a refund since they werent willing to do the job I paid for. He told me that was as good as its going to get for $25. I went ahead and filed a chargeback on my credit card, got my money refunded by them, and Ill never be back.

This was a 39 Dollars cleaning. I had to ask for tire shine because the put so little of it back seat wasnt clean properly. Just very unsatisfying. Never getting there. And dont think of trying it.

Worst place to get your car detailed I paid 69$ for polishing and they gave me back the car with the dirt on it when I asked them why still car is not clean I been told that I chose wrong detailing

The manager is very rude. My tire got popped inside the car wash and he said it was probably the way you pulled in and then said my employees cant drive the car for you so theres no way of knowing. He said that didnt happen here but even his employee said thats something he cant drive on. There is a problem with there track inside the car wash

Went through twice because of sticky stuff on passenger door, got home had to hand wash, came right off. 17, bucks and still ended up doing myself.

I was a member for a few months, and then tried to cancel multiple times through email. Because of COVID, I was trying to avoid going in. I never received a response. Today, after another charge, I called. I was informed that I needed to come into the location to cancel. When I explained that I had emailed with no response, and that I wanted to avoid coming inside during the pandemic, a manager made the situation right. Even though it was a bit frustrating, their customer service came through for me. I will still go in the future because they do a great job washing my Jeep!

Had my car clean inside and out and whdn car was finush and I was lookjng to makr sure all the dirt was gone I noticed some scratched on my fenders and by both outside mirrors. Young man did report and then I had to call and was told that scratches were all ready on my car and they wouldnt do anything about them. Bad customer service.l.

12-2 appointment, I arrived at 11:40 am, just got my Tesla X back at 6:15 pm. I asked them when i dropped the car off and I specifically called in and talked Josh (Manager), asked them at NOT to use glossy greasy shine on my interior. I arrived to pick my Tesla X and there is glossy greasy shine all over the interior. The lazy manager (Don?)sent a young girl, wish I got her name, to fix their error. I helped Her because it was everywhere. Manager never followed nor did he care. There is a reason for their poor ratings but it’s because they have incapable management. I tipped the young lady and thanked her!BTW - I also had a Jeep Wrangler detailed the same day. $430 day with 2 vehicles and tips.The young people doing the work do their best but it takes management paying attention to details for success, clearly need help in the management category!

Ive been getting my vehicles washed and cleaned in the inside here for a few years, (about once a month) and the quality has always been poor especially the inside. I finally spoke to the manager today and said for $40 the quality is very poor and I showed her, she did apologize but that was it. I finally went to a different car wash down the road and paid $24 for inside and out and it was like a complete detail so I gave them a very generous tip. Prime really needs to change their management or their prices. Very poor!

After $80 interior vacuum on a vehicle my boyfriend bought from a friend. I’ve never eaten in this vehicle.

Went through with a Jeep and due to soft top and license plate bracket the side and top brushes are disabled. I was assured the sides would be addressed during the post wipe down. When I pulled up I handed the attendant $3 dollars knowing he may require additional effort. 10 seconds later I was told I am good to go. Zero effort put in. I know $3 is not a great tip but that was the only singles I had. Garden hose wet down would achieve the same result.

Each is great. Location is TERRIBLE. Very difficult to get in and out of. Canceled my membership.

I bought a membership here. The car wash broke my mirror the first visit. I filed an accident report. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone for a week. Went to get my car washed again. The car wash broke my other mirror. Finally spoke with a manager and they wouldn’t cover the mirror so I cancelled my membership. Horrible customer service.

Hi I would just like to say that I got my car washed from prime car wash in greenwood today and I spent $54 so I can get a nice car wash inside and outside for the vehicle, however there r certain places the vacuum wasn’t done and the car still had foot marks inside. Also, I noticed that the car before me, who was a white couple, had their car wiped down for a good 5-7 minutes. The worker dried their car nicely and mine was just brought out and said it was ready. I noticed that the couple didn’t even tip, but I tipped $5.also, My kids and I were waiting and the guy didn’t even announce that the car is ready, rather just pointed at us in the waiting area. After paying $54, I would like to expect the car to be spotless bc it’s a brand new car but it wasn’t. Maybe because I was the last customer of the day, and the guys were in a rush. Car wash overall does a better job than Crew, BUT it takes forever for them to get one car through the wash. Im not sure if soaking each vehicle pre wash for 5 minutes is the trick to a cleaner vehicle, but 1 person on a beautiful Saturday takes a long time to get one vehicle in. You would think they would have 2 people at the entrance of the wash and try to make some more mo eye. Lets get the lines moving!

It is a very nice facility. I have had 3 $39 washes there. I have left slightly disappointed everytime. Later that day I always end up vacuuming the car better, wiping down the windows, dash and council better.

They just wanted us out of there. Everything looks rushed. Brought my RAV 4 here & asked for a complete wipe down of dash & interior as well carpet shampoo and vacuum. Paid over $100 only received shampoo, seat wipe down, windows cleaned, and vacuum. All of the dirt and hair that was in here is still here. We did let them know the mats were supposed to be cleaned too and we had them clean just the front two since they were worse than the back. The windows are horrible. They didn’t even TOUCH my trunk & when I asked they said it’s not included, yet they did my trunk last time. Not sure who the manager was because they were all high schoolers. Save the money and do it yourself.

Went to this detailing place first time yesterday. Got the top package for exterior and interior detailing. It was job well done. Was impressed by the manager Allison work ethic and commitment to quality. Had a few minor issues which she got fixed after I came and inspected the car. Overall good experience !

I had gotten the Groupon for this carwash. The first time I went I upgraded to the middle of the line interior and exterior. I was pretty pleased with the results. When I went this past week I decided to get the top of the line to have the car cleaned really well. When I got back in the car and drove away I realized that the dash wasHardly cleaned (there was still a coffee residue spot from spilling a bit of my coffee that morning) the back seats nor the floor were vacuumed, only the floor mats were taken out and cleaned. Overall for what I paid I am not at all pleased with this service. I called and left a message to see if the manager would try and make it right as I understand you cant always control how your employees perform and represent your brand. However 3 days have passed since I called and have not received any response. Would not recommend paying the money for this interior service, maybe if anything just stick to the automatic carwash.
