They took great care of my 2020 Tesla Model Y. I got full PPF, ceramic coating on car and wheels, calipers painted red and they even installed some matte black emblems. High quality work and great communication the entire time. I worked with Lloyd over email but with Dylan in person and they were great. Will only bring my cars to these guys from now on for any car detailing needs.

We had a great experience at Pristine. We weren’t completely satisfied with the window tinting the first go around, but they were extremely understanding and quick to correct the issue. Their customer service is second to none, and we will definitely go back for tinting and other services. We dealt with Lloyd and Dylan and both were great to work with. The owners are there every day managing the business, and we feel that this is one reason why their service is so good. This is a place where it’s worth paying more.

Will Try to keep this short. My experience with Pristine Auto Spa was very good. I called for two reasons. One was paint correction for a boneheaded move by me and the other was window tinting. Upon arriving you walk into the shop and the operations desk is right in front of a window where you can see the work being done for current clients. If youre someone wanting to have work done on your automobile that puts a good feeling in your head right away. So Dylan took a look at the car and we settled on an appointment time later the following week. Long story somewhat short they attempted the paint correction but stopped because there were a couple of deep scratches so know they wont try to take it to far if you need that service. It was a Hail Mary on my end. The tint job looks phenomenal. They did not charge for the attempted paint correction and the pricing on the tint job was straight forward - not a penny more. Anyway I would highly recommend this shop if you want to up the level of your cars appearance. They also have several other services so you can piecemeal it if you want at a later date. High end stuff. And it seems like they have a real passion for the customer and work they do. Well done.

There are other companies that can do wraps, but I cant imagine any with the professionalism, attention to detail, experience, and friendliness of Pristine Auto Spa. I had researched online and made calls, and from my conversation with Lloyd at Pristine, it was clear that they did things the right way and had so much more experience with Teslas than anyone else. They did a chrome delete on my Model 3 and it looks awesome! As a bonus, they detailed the inside of the car, too, which was totally unexpected.On my way home, I stopped by the Tesla Service Center about an upcoming appointment, and the associate there thought my Tesla was brand new, even though its over 2 years old. He commented how sharp it looked and I mentioned that I had taken it to Pristine Auto Spa, and he said We all know that Lloyd is the best. He does amazing work. So take that as an additional endorsement.One more piece to my story: we were going to use a loaner car from Pristine for the 2 days they were working on our car, but the previous customer who was using the loaner car didnt bring it back as planned, so Lloyd gave us his own, personal car to use! How crazy is that?! If there were more people like Lloyd around, the world would be a much better place.

I am a raving fan after my first experience! Scheduling/quote was so easy via instagram direct messages. They got me in within 48 hours and tinted my windows while I waited. Waiting room was comfortable with great wi-fi and the quality of the work was impeccable! They are very knowledgable about services for Tesla vehicles and I will definitely be back for further services.

This review is long overdue. I took my car in back in June to have the calipers painted and windows tinted. The communication was excellent. The work was excellent. They saw me eyeing one of the cars they were working on (a Shelby Cobra) and took me back to get a closer look and explain everything they were doing to it. Really cool. Very nice facility and a staff that cares about cars - theirs, yours, mine, all of them. I fully trust them with the car I have now, and the ones I will in the future.

I brought my vehicle to Pristine as they came highly recommended and I see why! I had them complete a paint correction on my 8 year old Porsche to remove the scratches and swirls from improper washes. Great service and communication AND they started and finished on time. Their studio has a lovely work area with wifi and coffee. It was great to catch up on some emails while I waited. The services here are the best. I have a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox and it needed to be detail on the inside and I had a can of soda explode unto the ceiling and the stain was driving me crazy and even though they said they couldnt get it all out. I cant see it. Youll have to really look hard to locate where it was. I was so please with their work. Very friendly and professional.

Everyone at Pristine was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the building is super clean and up-to-date. They quoted me a fair price, and had the job done in less time than was quoted to me. 2021 Highlander with about 2500 miles got XPEL paint protection film. To my amazement they even fixed a tiny paint chip in the front bumper at no extra cost before applying the film. Also, the sales guy Dylan has a wonderful personality. 5 stars for sure.

They detailed the interior of my 2011 Jeep wrangler & did an excellent job. They got me in with just a days notice & did a great job on the interior. I really liked that they let me see the inside before paying to make sure i was satisfied with the work. They also put down plastic on the seat since it was a little damp from the shampooing.

Great customer service! Gave me a shop tour before bringing in my Shelby 350r and was very impressed. They put ppf and window tinting on my car and it came out great and described everything well. They even allowed me to keep my car stored indoors in their shop for an extra day due to rainy weather. I would highly recommend these guys.

Wonderful crew of nice people, did a great job, stand behind their work and did everything right.Ive dealt a lot with Lloyd, he essentially emailed back and forth with me hammering out all the details and all my questions within minutes, there wasnt a 2-3 day delay in getting all my questions answered, which I really appreciated it.After Ive dropped off the car, theyve reviewed the package(s) Ive selected and sent me home in a loaner car, while I left my Bullitt behind.When I came back to get it in the morning on a weekend, it was parked outside, with one of the guys finishing the polishing, they took some pictures and made sure I was satisfied with all. Overall the price wasnt the lowest, but they wrapped the entire front (to protect from rock chips) and as a part of covid sale (assuming business was a tad slower) did a full car ceramic coating and OH WOW. The car looks awesome, the color pops and its a breeze to clean. They even offered a free month of carwashes that I exchanged for door edge protection film (since its a 2hr drive for me, the carwash wasnt practical).The bonus is that since then my car was pulled into by another person in a parking lot - essentially a guy pulled too far forward into my bumper and the paint protection film saved it!Overall, I really have to commend Lloyd and the whole team on a great job done, supreme customer service, on-time completion and overall great package for the money you pay!!

My first time receiving a detailed ☺ cleaning from this company. I wasnt disappointed. You get what you pay for. I needed a good detail cleaning and that is exactly what they did.

So this place is my newest obsession. I had seen this group at Keystone Crossing Mall during the holidays and was impressed with their work as well as the no pressure information and pricing they quoted. So I decided to make an appointment for the interior detail in the spring after all the winter guck was done. I had to change my appointment a couple of times due to my own scheduling conflicts and they were nothing but professional about it.On the day of my appointment, the business was open promptly at 8 (my appointment time). They greeted me promptly and started right in with getting me set up. Because I live in the neighborhood close by, they offered to give me a ride back to my home to wait. This was a GREAT option for me as it allowed me to get some things done while I waited for my car.When my car was finished, they called and let me know. I decided to walk back to the business from my home just to get in some steps and when I arrived, they were so incredibly pleasant. We finished up payment and they took me to my car. This is where the magic happened. I could NOT believe how wonderful my vehicle looked. I have two kids and it feels like we live in my car sometimes with how it looks. It was absolutely sparkling clean. They sprayed an air freshener that was so nice, not overpowering, just perfect.I cannot say enough great things about this business. It is worth every single penny. I am planning on getting this done regularly. Side note: they have a great waiting area so even if you end up waiting for your vehicle, you will feel comfortable (I believe they have Wifi). This is my new favorite guilty pleasure but one that will leave you feeling cleaner than when you started!!

I brought my grandfathers 2005 Porsche here to get detailed and paint corrected from 15 years of no love. I wanted to surprise my grandpa with his car like it just came out of the show room. The car looks brand new and now has windows tinted. I guess you could consider it fairly old new because it only has 19k miles!! My car has a ceramic coating; I know the damage standard car washes can do and it was much cold to wash myself. On the positive, they got me in same day and did a great job on the wash in about an hour. Yes its a lot more expensive than going through the standard carwashes, but it was worth it to me in order not to get swirl marks on my paint again. The reason for the negative review is I was shocked none of the employees wore masks even though Indiana still under a mask mandate from Holcomb.

Derek at Pristine took care of me and was very good at letting me know what was going on with my car. The ceramic coating and paint correction made my car look so much better! They also worked with me to wrap my hood! Definitely the place to go for your ride!

My only issue was that the chrome exhaust tips on the vehicle were not cleaned even though we specifically talked about that when I made the appointment.

Worth. Every. Penny. My 6 year old Mazda was making me sad. Dirty floors, cruddy crevices and seats with spots. On a whim I decided I was going to splurge on some interior detailing. Never had this type of service before, so I started researching. Saw this business had 5 stars! I submitted a request online, very close to closing time and heard back moments later. My preferred method of communication is texting and I never had to talk to anyone in the phone. They got me in the very next morning, allowed me to drop my car off that same night. Had a secure lockbox. So convenient! They did a great job & now I feel like I have a brand new car and that makes me happy! 😊

They took my high mileage 2014 E63 with numerous paint issues and made it look fantastic. Had a two step paint correction done and then the XPEL paint protection. Great communication from the staff and finished on time as promised.

Incredible work and outstanding service. Lloyds assistance and extremely low pressure guidance made for an all around great experience.We had the following services performed on our new to us 2018 Audi RS5. Paint touch up, Paint correction, Paintless Dent Repair, Xpel full frontal ppf, and Ceramic Pro Ceramic coating. There were many blemishes and imperfections on the car including some touch up work where someone used the wrong color paint. Those were all taken care of and the finish is incredible. Now looking at the car is like looking in a mirror.I would recommend Pristine Auto Spa to anyone and I would trust them with any car that we currently own and every car we will own in the future.

I havent used them yet, but I will be. The initial consultation was great and I can tell they provide good quality service.

I was always interested in adding PPF to my new car and was recommended to check out Pristine. Lloyd and his team were very professional and provided updates during the application process. I went with Xpel stealth and top coat ceramic after discussing the pros and cons. Overall they did a great job and were quick to fix any issues. Notably, the film on the trunk did start to peel but after emailing Lloyd, he was quick to respond and schedule an appointment. His experience showed through as he was able to diagnose the issue amd explain clearly to me that there was extra stress on the film which they fixed using a different pattern. They fixed the issue at no extra cost since it was under warranty.Also appreciated Lloyd having loaner cars available for use and the team being wary of masking and social distancing in the midst of the pandemic.

Aero parts were installed awesome customer service. Treated as if I were at home. Got to watch some Netflix and just relax while I waited. They stood past store hours to finish up my car. Overall was just pleased and excited at the outcome.

I highly recommend this place! I purchased a mustang a few months ago that had racing stripes going down the center. I removed them and there was a bunch of residue left over that wouldn’t come off.
