I am BEYOND impressed from beginning to end!! Booking was easy and I had to change dates and they were super accommodating. I have used anothe detail place close to my home that was rated well. I choose Airutopia to detail my car this time inside inside and out plus shampooing. They were a bit farther than Inwould generally travel, but I found the pricing to be fair. I am astounded at how amazing my car looks. It literally looks almost brand new. There were stains in the seats that the other detail place could not get out. They are gone now. My carpet mats looked almost like new. Literally couldn’t believe ii!!! I don’t think my car is ever looked this good except when I purchased it. The owner is super friendly and customer service is A+. I have already booked for my husband’s car to get detailed. They definitely have a new customer!! Thanks so much for the excellent detail!

DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FOR THIS BUSINESS, ITS A SCAMI bought my boyfriend a 150ish dollar groupon to get his car detailed for Christmas. It was literally the only thing he asked for. I got on Groupon, did my research. They had a groupon for interior and exterior detailing that was supposed to include a myriad of services (Interior windows cleaned, mats/carpets/upholstery cleaned, leather cleaned, Headliner spot cleaned, etc) when he got to the appointment, the technician was super friendly, but told my boyfriend that the groupon only covered vacuuming the floors and wiping down the seats. Itd be an additional 100 and something to do a full detail. He told my boyfriend that the groupon I purchased was only a 70 dollar value. Also because they deemed that the crumbs on his floor and pet hair (we dont own a pet) the car was excessively dirty and would also be an upcharge. He decided to go ahead with the detailing, and agreed to pay the extra. At this point he proceeds to call me, explain the situation. I sent him the screenshots of the groupon including the details of the package and the price I paid for it. At this point, boyfriend had left his car with the detail shop (they said it would be 4 hours until it was complete) he called them back and got no resolution. I was angry at this point and put my Karen hat on and got on Yelp and left a bad review, within 10 minutes of posting that review they called my boyfriend and told him that they would not be servicing his car and he should come pick it up. I called the shop to ensure I wouldnt be charged and would be getting a full refund, and the lady on the phone had an attitude with me. She condescendingly told me that the car was excessively dirty and she had pictures to prove it. I explained, calmly but very firmly that I didnt care about the pictures, I was just making sure I wasnt being charged for such a rip off service. She told me that the voucher was never presented or redeemed and I would need to take the claim up with Groupon. Honestly, I would have left it at that, but then a few hours later she TEXT me (they only had my number through caller ID, its not like I signed any forms or anything) pictures of the excessively dirty car. It might have made sense if the car was in fact, excessively dirty but it was just crumbs, salt residue from the winter, and normal debris that happens naturally getting in and out of your car) Also if she would have sent multiple pictures at once, it might have not seemed so passive agressive, but no, sitting in a meeting at work and my phone goes off 8 times, 7 times with pictures that I expressed that I had no interest in, and one text that said Some of the pics as promised we regret we were unable to service your needs ..... come on now, I was literally just trying to do something for my boyfriend and it blew up in my face.TL;DR this place will charge you almost as much as the original groupon to use, and if you complain they get real passive aggressive. Dont waste your money.EDIT:In reply to your response: I dont think youre understanding this. It has NOTHING to do with the price of your services. It has everything to do with the way that you handled the situation. Like I said in my review, my boyfriend was going to pay the extra to get his car detailed, but when you advertise a full interior and exterior detail (11 things listed on the whats included section of the groupon) and only offer 2 (vacuuming and wiping down the seats) thats just unethical false advertising. I probably would have gotten the groupon if it was 250-300 to be perfectly honest because the reviews were so good. Your employee also tried to devalue the purchase by 80 dollars. I didnt even mention the fact that your company failed to return his keys to his push start car, and when I went to pick the keys up, they were found in someones jacket pocket (after being told they were on a shelf), and almost an hour after I got the keys your employee decided passive aggressively send me pictures that I explicitly said I didnt care about.

My van had seen better days. I just acquired it from my brother. I took her to Airutopia.The owner himself was in on the work. This was serious business, and it turned out great.Loved the vent scents!

Got me in the same day to get my vehicle detailed inside/out. Customer service was professional and welcoming which goes a LONG way. Prices were the best in the market and attention to detail was 100%. Car looks and feels brand new. Would highly recommend 👌.

HIGHLY recommended! Vehicle had tons of pet hair and straw that was magically all cleaned up & removed. Vehicle is now Clean as a whistle and so pleased with the detailing outcome. Very polite and professional team with speedy service.

I love the look of my car. When they got done it looked like it had just come off of the showroom floor or even better than it did three years ago! I will definitely be recommending them for work and will definitely take mine back whenever it needs a touch-up.

Bought a Groupon to have car detailed. Actually bought 2 Groupons. Loved the job they did on both vehicles. Did end up paying more than the Groupon price. But, it was definitely worth it. Recommend this business!!

My car looked great after. Owners were both friendly and professional. They even left a thank you note in my car, which I thought was a really nice touch.

We came here to have our hvac fleet vans cleaned and the guys did an Amazingly exceptional job. Being a business owner and having someone treat your property with respect and getting the job done right the first time is rare.mist definitely will be back .

The quality of the interior and exterior detail was excellent! Very pleased with the result! With that being said, I would not recommend purchasing a Groupon for this business, rather purchase any service directly from the company. I was not able to use my $117 Groupon voucher for an exterior and interior detail because I was told there was too much pet hair in my car. They told me they could give me a deal and charge $200, but I was not allowed to use the voucher. It would be an additional $200. Luckily, I was able to get a refund from Groupon since the company told me I couldn’t use the Groupon I purchased. It was a long process to get the refund. There was also black paint on and in my car after I picked it up. Nothing super noticeable, but still there. The owner was accommodating when I inquired about the paint. He met me during non business hours to remove the paint. Overall, great quality! Unfortunately, the process start to finish wasn’t as seamless as I wish it had been.
