Paul and Zack were very professional and took great care in keeping my condo free of all construction debris and dust. They deconstructed my bathroom tub and fixtures quick and efficiently and then almost finished the install the same day. Thank you for my new tub and shower, it looks great!

The Salesman would not leave my home, kept using delay tactics every time I tried to end the consultation. I chose to move forward because he represented that they would be able to capture a bit more depth (2-5 inches) than what I would be able to by installing a prefabricated shower. I confirmed again that I wanted to capture more space than the standard unit I had as he drew up the paperwork and thought he had selected a deeper shower tray as I watched him build out the quote.Once you sign, New Bath gives you a weekly call to let you know that the materials have been ordered and that your install date is on track. Once the install date comes, not so much. They delayed my install twice with very little notice.The contractor that did show up came from 2 hours away and arrived late morning. Their quality of workmanship was excellent. I did stop them after the tear out when I saw the depth of the new build did not look right. They were focused on job completion and said it was probably the visual effect of having construction materials in the shower tray.I have reached out to New Bath multiple times asking them to remedy my situation. To spend $15,000 and not get what you were expecting. The Manager let me know that it was no skin off their back because it wouldnt have cost them any more to install a deeper unit. He also implied that I should be happy with the skinny size we received since he was 62 and 300 pounds and he has the same size shower. Buyer Beware!

I had New Bath (Kohler) come out and install a walk-in bathtub for my parents who are 63 and 72 years old. Knowing that 80% of all falls in the home happen in the bathroom, and that the mortality rate drastically changes from a broken hip in old age, this was a great investment. Larry and Doug - the two installers - took the old tub out, redid the plumbing, and installed a beautiful (and deep!) walk-in tub, with a handheld shower (that can be mounted on the bar behind if you want to stand and shower). The grab bar is very secure, the jets can be set to 3 settings and individually turned off/on, and the tub drains within 2 minutes. Exceptionally pleased with my two installers, and my point of contact (Frank). I give them my highest recommendation, and if youre on the fence, its 100% worth your time, money, and effort to get this done. Both of my parents love the heated back (when the tub is filling, it keeps them warm), and the temp of the water in the tub stayed nice and warm for their entire bath.Below is a picture of the finished product. Ive done remodels, worked with contractors, etc. No corners were cut, everything was caulked beautifully, additional flooring was installed to make it level and support the weight, new shutoffs were put in the access panel, and only high-quality materials were used. Larry and Doug cleaned up meticulously behind themselves, were polite and friendly, and made sure we all knew how to properly operate things before they left. Paid a bit extra to have them pull both electrical and plumbing permits through my city, and very strongly recommend you do the same!!! (thats me speaking with knowledge of how permits work from my many years working with contractors).Quick note - the small hole in the bottom left was a coping tile that I took off, and not anything that they did or damaged. Ill be cutting all the base tile off and installing some bead-board and molding, and wanted whoever is reading this to know it wasnt them, haha.

Before my assessment, got to cover a major issue that I have with the way Kohler takes payments. They charge a 3% fee based on the amount youve purchased to process a credit card!! The reasons I was given were: you received a large discount on your total purchase most of our customers pay with cash or check most of our customers are older and they dont like using credit cards. Yeah, not valid reasons to try and add on another over $500 to just swipe a card & to also take away any benefits Id receive from my credit card company for using their card, ridiculous. Besides that, we had a great initial sales process. Sales Specialist was in our home for a bit over 3 hours. Took an additional 3 weeks from estimated start date to get all materials which was fine due to pandemic causing supply chain issues. But was told one day materials were still 2 weeks out, then was called the very next day by a different person to be told that everything was actually on hand. Installers Mark, Dillan, & Kevin were solid to work with. Very respectful of our home, put down moving blankets to not track dust/dirt through, and were good to talk with. During install, the shelves we choose and were sold do not actually exist in the 14 size. But we were given the larger 21 size for the same price. A few days later, Mark came out to install the shelves and finish caulking, but one of the shelves didnt have the hanging hardware. Had a vacation planned, so were still awaiting that shelf to be installed and the caulking to be cleaned up. The wall locker does have that kind of loose shelf thing that other reviews pointed out but does seem functional.

Replaced a tub with a walk-in shower. The crew New Bath sent out was very professional and efficient. They protected our carpet with pads and kept the working area free from debris and clean at the end of the day. Chuck, the lead tech, answered all my questions and it was very obvious within a few minutes that he knew what he was doing and quality was number 1 with him.The only issue I had with New bath is they quesstimated a date to begin the work when the contract was signed and they missed it by 2 weeks and didnt call around the original date to let me know it would be later. They DID call several times during the 2+ month wait for the install to let me know the status of the material for our job and when they finally scheduled the firm install date they called several times to let me know the approximate arrival time on the first day of the install.About a week after the install we noticed the caulk has pulled away from the side walls, in a few small places, where things are settling in. Texted Chuck, the installer, and sent him pictures. He quickly responded and is setting up a time to come back to fix those small areas but said, due to how the shower is constructed, it was totally fine to use the shower until he gets here. No problem.My wife loves her new walk-in shower. Would definitely recommend Kohler by New Bath

Brad came to check out our shower replacement project. He was to speak with the installers and get back to me with an estimate. Weeks went by and It never came. His off the cuff estimate was quite a bit higher than others I had received, but I wanted to see if this was still an option, because I do like Kohler. So, I contacted them to ask about getting the quote and was told they contacted Brad to send it. More weeks went by and still nothing. I have even continued to check my spam folder to see if it got caught there, nothing.In the meantime however, I keep getting both spam emails and texts asking me to take advantage of a financing offer. Those somehow manage to get to me. Unfortunately neither of them has a stop or unsubscribe option. If they cant manage to get me a quote, or give me an easy way to stop their spam, they arent going to a company Ill be doing business with.

They were wonderful to work with. The only recurring problem we have is the shower seat. The first seat dripped stain from the seat as it dried. We had it replaced and the second seat is doing the same thing and it feels ruff to the touch. The seat has MOEN stamped on it but this is suppose to be Kohler Bath. Both seat have said Moen on it. I am not happy at all.it isnt right.

I contracted this company to remodel my bathroom to take out a bathtub and replace it with a walkin shower. The entire process from start to finish took 2 days and was one of the best remodeling experiences Ive ever had! They were nice, professional, quick, and the quality of the work was to notch. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

We ordered the deluxe walk in tub before we moved into our 1890s recently renovated home. Due to COVID 19, installation was delayed and during that time we moved into the house and found the best place for the tub was not in the master bath as planned, but in the adjacent guest bath. I contacted Heather who in turn had Cliff call me. This location had a few tricky trim pieces, a window in the way, and the drain was on the other side. I spoke with Cliff on Tuesday and on Thursday Nate was here doing the install in the guest bath.

Over we had a good experience and ended up with a great shower. Not a big fan of the sale pitch as its hard to value the estimate against other options. In the end however we were happy with our choices. A minor issue with a service request for the installation work completed. It took several attempts and phone calls to the company when I finally spoke to a department manager who apologized for the miscommunication. The team members who completed the work were great and very friendly.

I now have a beautiful walk in shower instead of my 90s disco mirrors and bubble tub! As usual, there were problems and questions as the job progressed but the crew and I talked through them. They were prepared to make adjustments as needed to accommodate what we found as the walls came down. Everything installed was exactly as ordered, even though I had changed the glass door design after the the contract signing. The 2 man crew did a gorgeous job and I am amazed they were able to complete the project in 2 days..ok, the second one went on till 8pm. Thanks to all!

Excellent products better quality than other companies (although a little more expensive). Completely replaced tub and shower and plumbing. Professional staff, friendly, cleaned up every day (2 day installation). Installation staff kept me apprised of any issues. Would definitely use again if I decide to add another shower/tub.

The walk in tub has exceeded our expectations along with the installation team that came to install the tub. The only issue was that the installation team did not have all of the supplies that were needed to complete the job; however, that was not their fault. Whoever was responsible to assure that all of the parts were available at the time of pickup for the installation didnt have everything there for the installation team.Otherwise, I cannot speak highly enough about the job that was done.

He was very meticulous and kept us from having to replace and re-route the pipe. He also suggested a different trim color than we originally picked out, and it worked much better Our salesman were extremely nice and professional. They replaced my in law shower. When I researched and priced the cost of the shower pieces, it was less than 25% of their cost including labor from 5 of 6 of our quotes for materials only. They charged over 11k for less than 1.5k worth of materials...labor is questionable. When I heard the sales rep in Nashville talking down to my mother in law I decided to investigate. He said tell your neighbors the price so they arent shocked and well give you $1k for a referral if they go with us ..immediate red flag. Please do your research and dont be EXTREMELY overcharged by this company based out of Indianapolis with territories. They prey on the elderly. The salesman and installer both drove identical $70k plus trucks. They put this tub in for my mom and they really did a great job! My mom picked out nickle plates faucets and a nice wall covering for around the tub. She has used the shower sprayer and she really liked it! She hasnt used the the hydrating tub. She will in time! She has to get use to it! It just a whole new ballgame for her! She loves it though!

The experience with this install was horrible, one of the worst i have ever had. And would not recommend to anyone. overpriced. feel very ripped off. the installers were rude. put the toilet in my bedroom instead of the 25 foot area right outside of the bath. they put some sort of flowery stuff in the toilet, and couldnt sleep. was 3 days without bath instead of 24 hours promised. do not go with these people

The tub is wonderful. I have pre- leukemia and have been so sick from the chemo,that I have not used it as much as I would prefer to. However since I have forced myself, I am using it frequently and love it. It works as advertised and just as Lance Alles that sold it had told me it would. Lance is always available to answer any questions. I really appreciate that he is.

Excellent product knowledge from the sales team to the installers that did a professional job. Case in point. They had to remove the entire jambs from two different doors, after putting them back together you cant tell they were ever removed.

We are the proud owners of a new Kohler walk-in tub that was installed by New Bath Today. I was so worried that the crew would not be able to install the tub, either because there wasnt enough room or because the floor wasnt strong enough to support it. But voila! Even with some difficulties that were encountered along the way, our tub was installed and up and running in only 1-1/2 days! The installation crew was awesome, their work was very professional and well done, and we couldnt be happier!

While enjoying our new bath, I still have a problem with one of the access panels on the outside of bath. The panel does not fit properly and offsets the quality of our bath. At this point (one month of use) we are pleased with our bath.

I purchased an off brand walk-in tub from them and they installed it. Took quite a while to get it. I have some dislikes about the tub but the company has been very nice. The installers could have done a better job but its not too bad.The company has been very proactive about the couple of issues I had and those issues have been fixed.And, I am enjoying bathing and using the airjets and whirlpool.

1st day. Installer showed up at 10.45 am, worked for 2 hrs,left to get parts, never returned. After I called my salesman and the company, installer called that evening saying he forgot about the job. 2nd day,he showed up with help at 8.30 am, worked about 6 hrs and left,again saying he needed more parts. 2 days and have only worked about 8 hours. I have lost 2 days of work, the wrong size shower was ordered, and I was told the walls would go to ceiling. I am now being asked to wait 3 days for a different install crew to finish the job, leaving me a full week without my shower, and 2 more days off work. I havent been this aggravated, plus spending this much money. My decision to use new bath today was a huge mistake.Update to this review. A new installation crew was sent out . Other waiting for the ordered shower doors, the walk in shower is now complete. I am very impressed with the finished product. My bathroom now resembles a picture from a Kohler catalog.

Love the new shower and glass door. Installers a little unsure, took 3 days to install, plus a return day to adjust the door. I believe it is over priced and wish I had done things differently.

They preformed quality work.

Measured incorrectly causing a delay of installation after demo. After two weeks we hired a plumber to finish the install (shower head and handle). Damaged my storm door, bathroom door and bathroom ceiling. Contacted Kohler on two separate occasions regarding problems. NewBath promised to repair damage. As of 12/4/18 Im still waiting. Original job was begun on September 20, 2018.

New Bath/Kohler did a very good job with the installation of our new whirlpool/shower combination. Although somewhat expensive, it does come with a lifetime guarantee, so I would say you get what you pay for. Installation was professional and pretty quick although it was an extremely tight squeeze into our fairly small bathroom. This resulted in some minor damage to our walls. That damage was quickly taken care of by the two man crew and is not at all noticeable!Only issue we have is the salesman stated that there would be no issue with removing and replacing a couple large stone tiles that had our original fixtures mounted through them. However, the installation crew said they could not remove them without damaging the wall, thus necessitating mounting the whirlpool somewhat higher off the floor to cover them, thus negating one of the touted benefits (low walk in height). One additional request would be to have an adjustable shower head (not just the height) so we could aim the water more when it is in its holder.
