Family owned and excellent customer service. Had bumper, winch, air bags, and brake controller installed. The work was flawless and clean. They did a great job and they were less than half the price of the big box store specializing in off-road stuff that sits right next door. Im so stoked to have found THE Jeep place. Having a nearly 20 year old Wrangler & less than weekend warrior wrench skills, finding a place that can accurately diagnose & fix for a fair price is mandatory. If youre reading this on that search, youve can call the search done! Mike was a great communicator, listened actively to what I thought might be wrong, & what my explanation of what my buddy thought. Upon diagnosing (we were wrong, but he didnt say it like that lol) correctly, he gave me the price & timeframe for the repair, & then executed. We are new to the van community and have had Mike and Jason help us with several modifications to our Revel, everything from rear wheel carrier, storage box to a very hard to get Van Compass suspension kit that was ordered 9 months ago. My first experience dealing with MB Auto was far better than I expected. I was treated very well. I was shown exactly what I asked for with no pressure to try to upsell me, and no guilt trip for choosing a low cost option. I’m new to the DIESEL truck World and I had a lot of questions about my diesel truck. They never pushed me away with any one of the million questions I was asking them. Purchased Ford F250 lighted side emblems for a 2016 F250 and the lights only partially work on one side. worked great for a week and then stopped working great. I have contacted MB auto for replacement through amazon and through traditional email direct. Amazon messaging was not reliable which led to miscommunication with MB auto. In short MB auto Followed through and sent me a replacement part.

Great shop, will jump though hoops to make sure youre satisfied. Bought a tonneau cover, bed liner, and aftermarket rims. They even did extra work to make the bed liner custom fit snug around other accessories I got elsewhere. Wont shop anywhere else in Indy again.

Placed an order through their Amazon store for Morimoto fog lights for my 2012 Ram 1500. The fog lights arrived broken. One of the mounting tabs was snapped off, rendering the light un-installable.The box it was shipped in was perfect, but the light box itself appeared to have been opened previously. It appeared to have been returned, and just repacked in a box.I submitted a return as per Amazons procedure.I was contacted by Mike of MB who explained that the item had been drop shipped directly by the manufacturer. MB made good on the refund the same day they received the broken lights. Thanks to MB for supporting customers when things dont go as planned.

4th of July weekend, 1 week before we plan to pull our boat we find out tie rods are seized and need replaced on our 2016 lifted Toyota Tundra. 3 days for parts to arrive over a holiday weekend. After learning about them while working my old job I decided after getting my first performance car a 2008 VW R32 to have them work on it and get done the prerequisite things to get the car in shape. After a couple of unexpected hiccups with parts and them finding an issue that my pre-purchase inspection missed and they found I am very happy that my car is where I want it mechanically and performance-wise under the hood. They did an amazing job and am very happy with the value and quality of work.

I bought a lift kit for my Ford Transit from Van Compass and couldn’t find a single shop in town willing to install it on my van. After 15+ shops turning me down MB said they would be happy to do it and we’re willing to try to squeeze me in last minute! Mike and his brother are extremely friendly and we’re very excited about working on such a unique install for me. They did a great job and we’re able to even get the install done early. I can’t say enough good things about MB and I will be bringing my vehicle back in the future for service or any up-fitting/accesssories.

OMG! They have definitely won my service! Back in January, I was not able to come to the grand opening however I made it a point to stop by. They sell custom truck accessories both online and in store. They can locate and gets virtually anything you would like. They also have a phenomenal mechanic on duty, who happens to be the owners brother. Both of them are awesome, honest, and easy to work with.Unfortunately, over the last few months, I have been there way too many times for several of our vehicles. Most recently, my transmission went out. Mike was able to have the problem diagnosed and have several quotes, with different scenarios, within a day. The new transmission would take several days to come in. They kept in constant contact with me and kept me up-to-date with the status.I picked it up last night and Im so pleased with the smoothness of my ride. Im so excited to have my car back and in better shape.

My husband & I ordered new WeatherTech floor mats and window rain guards two months ago. We were told wed receive a phone call once the items arrived to their store so we could pick them up and have them installed. That never happened -- we never heard from MBAuto. We ended up calling just about every weekend for an update since no one reached out to us with the status of our order. This past weekend, we called while we were in the area (we live 30 min away and arent there often) and they said everything had arrived and we could come by to have them installed. Mike was telling us over the phone how quick and easy the installation was (evidently trying to avoid additional work on their end) -- even suggested we do it ourselves, which we shouldve done.The installation ended up taking over an hour and a half for just the rain guards. When I asked about the status of it, Mike didnt even go in the back to check on the truck, just kept saying its almost done. Eventually when he did actually go back to physically look at the status of the truck, he said only the first two rain guards were done but if we wanted, we could take the others to do them ourselves. At that point, they wasted enough of our time that they can finish the job they told us theyd do. I let Mike know about the time restrictions we had, as it shouldnt take 1.5 hours for window guard installation, and he stated he didnt know we had other things to do.Im only giving two stars because when we ordered initially, they were pleasant to deal with. Mike also called my husband after we left and half-heartedly apologized that he didnt know itd take that long for installation and he didnt know we had other plans for the day after leaving their shop. We will not going back or recommending them to anyone, which is a shame, because we wanted to support a local shop. Very disappointed.

I have a lifted FZJ80 Landcruiser and these guys fine tuned my 6 Dobinsons lifted suspension and added Delta Vehicle Systems high rise panhard bar and bump-stop extensions. This along with full 4 wheel alignment with CORRECT adjustment has made this truck drive as good as stock. They were able to check the entire vehicle and addressed small issues that made this truck finally feel complete. They carry ARB, Dobinsons, and AEV, Delta Vehicle Systems, and many more and can handle lockers and gears. If your serious about quality components, professional lighting integration and people that care about you rig as much as you do, this is your go to shop for Indiana. Also, their prices are great... which always helps.
