Currently working two jobs which means no free time. Last week my serpentine belt fell off my Subaru, lost power. I needed my car done in no more than a week, all the local spots were telling me it would take at least a week or two. These guys said theyd have it looked at on Monday (when I called Thursday night). Dropped of Friday and it was ready Tuesday early morning. No bs, done quickly, these guys know what they are doing. Thanks guys.

My dad has been coming to Bragdon’s for 15+ years and I have brought my car about 4 times. They are very fast and efficient. Everyone is friendly and most importantly they are not trying to rob you. They are very honest. Every service I’ve had has been affordable and they do an excellent job!

I appreciate they got me in with out an appointment and done within a few hours and they didnt try to get over on me or rip me off

You can trust these Gentlemen. Hard to find in Auto repair shops today. Give them a shot at your next automobile breakdown, call em up they will send a tow truck for you, get your diagnostic correct, repair your automobile in a timely fashion and you will have fewer and fewer breakdowns. They really are Indys best Mechanics.

It is so refreshing to find a business managed and operated by an owner and staff who deliver genuinely caring customer service and quality work at reasonable prices. Our previous auto service center closed due to the owners retirement. We tried a new garage and found ownership/management there to be sloppy in their work and unconcerned about our frustrations. After having our three business and personal vehicles serviced at Bragdons, its easy to see how theyve flourished as a successful business for over 70 years.

If there is a problem with prior repairs they blame other issues with older vehicles. Also they ignored an extra malfunction in repairs on receipt, an issue that was repaired along with the original repair, that was not mentioned in original verbal diagnosis. I wont be back.

Been going here for years. Trust Ted with my car. Even driven from Ohio to have him service my automobile when I lived there.
