I love this place. Prior to relocating from Indiana to NC this place works with joes auto sales (where I bought my 06 Chevy impala) they do all the maintenance on their cars. I was visiting from NC on 7/29 and my cars 07 Chrysler Sebring ( cable gear shift broke) I had my car towed to this place and they took really good care of me. Whenever I come to town this will be my go to place for repairs. I love the service they provide and they are affordable!!!!!!! I put my stamp of approval on this place as far as car repairs. This is the best place hands down!

Rock Solid place. Jerry the owner runs a good ship hes got good technicians. They wont sell you anything you dont need very honest people. Then a customer of him for 15 years and its very difficult to find a reputable shop.

I have been going here for 3 years and they have always done a great job. They actually worked on my car today. They are very knowledgeable and fair with prices.

After major headaches with my truck I dropped it off here and had it fixed within a few hours. They quoted me a price that was very reasonable and fair. Jerry and his crew did an amazing job and I will be bringing and referring all my friends and family to them.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Tire Service Plus since 2007-2008. Jerry and his staff are great! They explain everything thoroughly and theyre not attempting to rob you dry. All repairs on my vehicles have been on point and lasting. If youre looking for a good mechanic this place has some of the best in the city and theyre honest and fair. You will not be disappointed with the work and theyre not keeping your car for days on end. No one else touches my cars and I dont see that changing any time soon.

They did an awesome job on my car...brakes and rotors all the way around, 4 new tires and an oil change...very reasonable price...will continue to give them my business...supporting local business!!

Absolutely worst place I have ever taken my vehicle to. I scheduled for my SUV to get serviced a week in advanced, had it towed there the night before the appointment just to find out they never scheduled it. Cant tell me when my vehicle will be done, mechanics calling in every day and very unprofessional over the phone. My SUV had the traction control light coming on and and off and every time I drove my vehicle above 5 mph, it caused a loud grinding sound. The woman at the front of the store called me and told me the mechanic has driven my car multiple times since being towed in and could not once get it to repeat what it was doing to me, I told her that it was impossible for the mechanic to not hear the sound and feel the grinding, so she got an attitude and said whatever, we will keep it and look again (issues are a busted from hub and a rear broken axle, yet he claimed to have driven it several times that morning, just a pure lazy and worthless mechanic). I get a call within the hour from the same woman and said that she convinced the mechanic to drive my vehicle and that he found the problem and that it was her idea for him to actually get in to drive it, like really? And then said they couldnt fix my car until the end of the week, and that was last week, and now I get told again this week that it could be the end of this week with no clear time or date when my vehicle will be finished! Worst garage ever. If I could rate less than a 1 star, I would.

Ive gone here for my tires twice now! You can tell that they care, but wont overcharge you for things you dont need. I really trust Tire Service Plus, and Ill be heading back for a full auto inspection eventually!!

I drove nearly three hours south and ended up with a screw in my tire. 3 other places said they didnt have time while their ships were empty. These guys got it in and taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Absolutely fantastic!

For about two years now I have taken my vehicles to this location in hopes of getting the quality service that I used to get. Yes, the crew is friendly but there doesnt seem to be much that they want to do anymore. Maybe its about time they drop the Plus from their title. Because now, if your vehicle needs are more than a tire or oil change, good luck.Six months ago, I had my daughters car towed in to have new brakes. Got the news that her car was beyond repair, it was work the mechanic didnt want to touch, blah blah blah. Took it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. Well $30 later and shes been rolling ever since.

Theyve had multiple times to screw me over and EVERY time they take the honest way out. Hard to find that nowadays in mechanics. Great service!

Worst place ever they have had my daughters father car for over a month and still have yet to give him an exact date as to when his car will be fixed. They just keep implying that the car will be fix next week for four weeks now.
