I took my 2005 Impala in for a diagnostics of my air condition system because it wasnt working. Mr. David McCall had me in and out in less than an hour and the air was very cold. He explained in full detail what the problem was and potential future problems. He was very nice and courteous and the facility was clean and well organized. The price was reasonable and I recommed everyone take their vehicle there for repairs. The only thing he doesnt do is wheel alignments so you will have to find that on your own. I plan to give Mr Dave more work and I highly recommend him to everyone.Kevin C.

I was driving through Indianapolis on 70 West, when my check engine light came on and I lost my power steering. I was able to get off at an exit downtown and call a few shops. He actually took the time to show me what was wrong with my car. Mr. Radiator was able to fix my car, he replaced my water pump, belt, and topped off my fluids, and got me back on the road within 4 hours, working through the lunch hour. Also, they let my dog hang out in the waiting room and got him a bowl of water and some crackers. Cannot recommend this place enough! Great prices, service, and more importantly amazing people!

I have been taking my vehicles to Mr. Radiator for more than 15 years, and it is not really convenient to do so as I live on the NW side of Indy. But Dave is honest and able to explain and or demonstrate what is wrong and how he will fix it. He’s worked on my Aerostar minivan, my Ford Ranger truck, and my Subaru Forester, repairing various problems: brakes, exhaust, power window motors, suspension issues, A/C problems, as well as routine maintenance like oil changes. I never worry about being taken advantage of here.

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee (48,000 mi) to the local Chrysler dealer to diagnosis two problems I was having.1) Dash light indicator icon warnings would flash on and off periodically as well as fog lights and head lights would not alternate correctly. The dealers recommendation was to Replace clock spring (found to be clicking when turning). This service would cost $1515.17. Replace Dynamic Sensor at a cost of $730.00. To fix that problem totaled $2245.27. On the recommendation of an acquaintance, I contacted Dave at Mr. Radiator. He installed a new Jeep alternator. With labor, the total invoice came to $335.23. That problem was solved at a savings to me of $1179.94.2) The second problem I had was that the engine would die intermittently at idle at stop lights. The Chrysler dealer diagnosed this problem and recommended replacing the throttle body, the IAC and the throttle position sensor. This estimate was $925.66. Dave cleaned the throttle body, installed a new sensor for a total cost of $178.00. The Jeep runs great and I saved a total of $2657.60Would I recommend Mr. Radiator? Dah!

I am so happy with the out come i called to make a appointment in i thought it would take a couple weeks but he got me in the same day. I had no heat now i cant even have the heat on all the way. Absolutely a God-send. My van broke down and had a problem with the spark plug. Mechanics were courteous. Price was fair. If I actually lived in Indianapolis, I would trust them to work on my van every time. Instead, I can tell other people that these guys will be good to you. Gob bless.

Absolutely a joke do not ever take your vehicle to this place. I got way over charged for brakes and they never fixed what I brought my truck in for! Then when I asked about fixing the actually problem they wanted to charge me even more then what I had already paid. So unless you want to be over charged and screwed over please do not go here!

Dave fixed my Kubota radiator, it was much more cost efficient than buying a new one. Great service, quick turnaround, quality work, I would use this shop again. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly.

This company is HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!! If I have ever had a issue, they do everything to resolve the problem. They very reasonably priced for labor and parts!!!!! Had my Cadillac towed to this place they told me I needed a new fuel pump and they had to take the tank out of the car and it was going to cost me over $1000.I priced a fuel pump and it was only $205 had the car towed back to my house and the tow truck driver said the fuel pump was accessed in the trunk of the car, he took the cover of and found a corroded wire and fixed it car runs great now..I find this place to be VERY DISHONEST AND A RIP OFF!!!! I advise anyone to avoid this place....

Took a chance on this place with my 24 year old car late last year. It had many, many problems and they fixed most (that I could afford) and told me it would last through the winter. Had my doubts but it made it just fine through the worst winter I can remember! The hood had always been a major problem to get open and closed and one side hinge was broken too, but they got it closed tight for the winter. Problem was that I was never able to get it open afterwards! I called them this week and told them the problem and I had no money due to losing my job. They said bring it in. They tried and tried and got the hood open. And then, to my surprise, took the front of the car apart and fixed the hood so it now opens and closes perfectly!!! And charged me nothing to do it....even helped me put all the fluids in that it desperately needed (I had them with me). Cant thank them enough or recommend them highly enough. Just wonderful. Will never go anyplace else and will tell everyone I know to go there.
