Excellent customer service! Went in for a diagnostic and since nothing was found to be wrong they didnt charge me for it. I just had to pay for the other work I had done. I wont dread going to the dealership service center as I did in the past! Everyone was friendly and attentive when listening. Thats not always easy to find at service centers. Very pleased :)

After shopping several other unnamed Hyundai dealerships on the north side and coming away disgusted by the tricks being played, I ended up buying my new car from Nick and the team at Rohrman. I ended up getting the car I wanted with no shady stories, high pressure or fees. They were upfront and honest about all questions and made getting a new car easy, no small feat in 2021!

Poor service. Had the nerve to conduct a $130 diagnostic after finding out the car was a month out of warranty before notifying me first. They could have asked me for my VIN and checked my warranty before having me come all the way out there. What a scam. I never go to the dealer for repairs unless its under warranty, had I known it was out of warranty I would have taken it to a local mechanic. I was looking to buy a new car too, it wont be from Hyundai! They ended up charging me $104, they took some money off for customer appreciation. I would have appreciated a phone call telling me I was out of warranty before you performed any services.

Highly disappointed in the service department! My daughters car was taken there on June 22 because the wheel was locked and the ignition would not turn. They said that they were busy and it would be a couple of days before they could look at it. Totally understand. Didnt hear anything for anyone there about the repairs until I called on July 1. They said what the problem was and if it was OK to order the parts. I said yes! They then said that it would be 3 business days before the part would be there. After another week of not hearing anything, I called on July 9 and was told the part was there. Still no update, so on July 13, I AGAIN reached out to them. I was told that the parts did not arrive when they said they had! They said that the part should be there that day, but that they were having issues getting parts. Guess what?! NOPE! Got a message today that they got the wrong part!!!! Now, the right part is supposed to be here tomorrow, but they said they would believe it when they saw it!! So hopefully, we will have her car back by next week!! I have my fingers crossed! Maybe some sort of discount would be nice!! Or free gas since we have to drive 2 1/2 hours to get the car!!

While I was disappointed that I arranged to see a car 4 hours sooner and arrived to find it had been sold. But thats what the Genesis brand is doing (another dealer had one that sold in 4 hours that same afternoon).Alex worked with me to put me in a vehicle much more than I was considering. The experience was very positive, however they are juggling a lot of things all at once. There are frequent interruptions and things are not always smooth.In the end everything worked out, I love my car and Im excited to have it for a very long time!

Traded in a vehicle with tons of negative equity on it. These guys are wizards in getting you in the vehicle you want for the price you want. The Sales Manager (Sergio) is awesome! This is the second time I’ve worked with him and he never disappoints. I worked with two salesmen, Cody and Jonathan, they were both professional and great to work with. I would definitely buy/lease a vehicle from this dealership in the future.

I bought my Hyundai here they are one of the few dealerships that could get their hands on a Sonata N line the buying experience was pretty good and was happy with the overall deal I got. However, when I went to get my car serviced for a routine oil change I was told I wouldn’t be able to get that service down for 3 weeks. How in the world are you gonna tell me I have to wait 3 weeks and called another dealership and got in there within 3 days. Terrible just downright terrible on top of the manager of this dealership not even messaging me back over a problem with my vehicle. Just save yourself the time and book your service appointment elsewhere.

I never actually managed to schedule service. Someone tried to patch me through to the service department...and I got connected to ANOTHER CUSTOMER after waiting for 30 minutes. I called back, explained the situation, and was asked to leave a message for the service center because theres only one person in on Saturday. Take your business elsewhere.EDIT: The GM has apologized below, which I do appreciate (thank you). My initial review said that I waited for 30 minutes. He is correct, I didnt wait that long, so I apologize for misrepresenting the length of my phone call. Between the quick initial convo requesting the service center, being placed on hold, and then my conference call with the other customer, I was only on the phone for *24* minutes.Mr. Garry, I wont make any assumptions as to why there was only one person there on a Saturday at 11:08 AM who could have answered a call and scheduled me. Places of business are crazy right now, and I wont make any assumptions about your staffing. However, if my vehicle needs serviced and I have to spend 25 minutes just on the phone call, that doesnt bode well for the amount of time it will take to actually get the service performed on the vehicle. I called two other places, both of which started scheduling me within five minutes of my initial phone call. I had a negative experience trying to GIVE you my money, why would I try any harder than that and not leave the worst possible review? The fact that you, the GM, have responded and questioned my experience tells me everything I need to know, and it turns out that my concerns were totally justified.Somehow, youve completely dismissed what Im actually upset about by the end of your comment. Is a 1 star review worthy because someone asked to leave a message? No, definitely not, Im not a crazy person. If that was what had actually happened, I would have gone about my day and called someone else without leaving a 1 star review. However, I had a twenty minute wait, a conference call with another customer, and called back and was immediately asked to leave a message instead of waiting any longer to actually speak with someone, who probably could have apologized for the obvious mistake and total waste of my time. Thats why my experience was overwhelmingly negative. If the operator had said something along the lines of I am sorry, let me grab _____ ASAP and see if they can help you and got an apology, I wouldnt have cared too much. Mistakes happen. Instead, all I got was this lousy apology from the GM who either fundamentally misunderstood the problem here, or who was dismissive enough of me to cast doubt on my experience, but not quite dismissive enough to be unbothered by my 1 star review.

I called Bob Rohrmans Hyundai and asked if the employees wear masks, I was assured that everyone did.I made an appointment for a Saturday, showed up and they took my car and said it would be about an hour. I left to walk on the nearby trail. I returned about an hour later, and they said that several employees no showed and they wouldnt be able to do work on my car that day. The manager said that for my trouble, they would cover the cost of the work. We agreed I would return the following Saturday. When I came the next Saturday, they were no longer taking vehicles because they were closing at 1pm even though on their website it says they close at 3pm. Again, not the employees fault, I decided to make a weekday appointment.When I came for this appointment, the office space was full of employees (around 5-10), none of which were wearing masks. The employee who came to talk to me did put one one as he approached. I was uncomfortable, but at this point I just wanted the work done on my car so I could be done with it. I decided to wait inside, during which time several employees walked past me, none of them were wearing masks.When my car was done, the employee came to get me, again not wearing a mask. I went to checkout, the person handling my receipt was also not wearing a mask. They charged me for the service, but I was so uncomfortable I just paid for it so I could leave.The work done on my car was fine, the employees werent rude, but I am upset that I was not only lied to about the employees wearing masks, but none even had the decency to wear one when dealing with a customer.

Very disappointed with this dealership. My father bought a SUV 4 months ago and they said they would get him another key for the vehicle. Four months later nothing. They have very bad communication with buyers. Another thing, they didnt tell him till he paid in full and signed all paperwork. I feel they took advantage of him and his age. Ok now it has been four months and no title. Come to find out it has a lien on it and the title was sent to the last owner. I have tried to get a hold of Joe the GM at this store and no reply. I have also tried to reach Trey Rohrman and no reply. Our trust is lost with this dealership

I bought a 2021 Hyundai Palisade from them and was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the experience. David Lockwood was the salesman. He was professional and friendly to deal with. We had talked on the phone about the Palisade so he had pulled it inside the warm building for us to check out by the time we arrived. He wasnt pushy about the sale and let the car sell itself. Everyone at the dealership was nice. If David was off getting paperwork and I was sitting by myself someone would always come over and ask if I needed anything. I purchased my car here and have had it serviced here for the last three years. No issues and have always followed the recommendations by service.Recently I brought my car in for an oil change and a 30k mile service recommended by Hyundai. I received a call the day of my appointment asking me to reschedule. I had already dropped off the car so I told him that would be fine for later in the day and he asks me when I’m bringing it in. When I told him the car was already dropped off he said he had no idea where it was and would check with another service advisor. No call received for hours and no one answered my requests when I called to find out.When I did get a call about my car I was told there was good tread life but the tires were cupping and they would rotate them for now so we could do an alignment post weekend. Never mentioned my tires were dry rotting. I found this out three weeks later when it blew on me and I needed two new tires. While the tires are my responsibility it was the service departments job to tell me they absolutely needed replaced. When those tires were replaced later after it blew, the dealership I took it to told me they were really stuck on there and that they don’t appear to have been rotated at all less than three weeks prior. Not to mention that Indy Hyundai put the wrong oil filter on my car and it set off the check engine light. Once that was figured out the correct one was put on it by a different dealer. I have records of these items and logs from my check engine light on blue link.I’m sorely disappointed in this situation and it’s sent me to a different Hyundai dealer for all of my service needs. It’s clear the whole staff has been replaced for one reason or another and the new staff doesn’t have the rapport with customers and isn’t doing a very good job of trying to establish rapport with repeat customers. It is not my business why staff was replaced but I no longer put my trust in the Rohrman service department. I have now posted this review after four attempts to reach Indy Hyundai’s GM to discuss. I have received no call back.

Very disappointed in the service team and whoevers else involved with checking out trade in vehicles. Long story short I was sold a vehicle that looked nice and drove okay. But the unseen under carriage is rusted to unbelief. I was sold a WARRANTY too that because of the previous rust wont cover any of my repairs I need to get the vehicle in running conditions. So I am stuck with 1000s of dollars worth of repairs and have the vehicle for less than a year. I wouldnt recommend buying any used vehicle from Bob rohrman indy Hyundai.

Would give zero stars if possible! Absolutely terrible way to do business! I had talked to a salesman all week about a car, scheduled the appointment on Saturday and drove 2 hours to get there only to be told they sold the car 20 minutes earlier to someone out of state who signed a contract and paid for shipping. Why the hell would they not communicate that and be honest? Poor management all the way around. Will not be back, do not recommend doing business with these shady people.

Wanted to give a shout out to Indy Hyundais service department and Kyle Reasner for their help last week. I needed a second opinion on a used car I was purchasing (from another dealer) and Kyle got me in right away to check it out. Their quick look over found the tires shot and the alignment off. Kyle also looked up the warranty coverage for the car and gave me the exact date the warranty started! It had 2 1/2 years left! Something the other dealer wasnt letting me know. Got my Hyundais maintenance done this week. I didnt have to wait to talk to the service advisor and my servicing was done quickly along with complimentary services. There is an area to wait while your car is being serviced and they also provide pickup and shuttle service if you prefer. Staff are courteous and social distancing guidelines are maintained throughout the center. I would strongly recommend this place.

If I could give the service department a 0 I would. I had my car inspected on a Friday for a noise I was hearing when I turned my wheel to the right and Ira told me I needed both front axles replaced. I called Monday which was a week ago to have my car repaired today. I took a half a day off work thinking I’m going to get the repairs done.My appointment was at 1:00pm and I arrived about 1210pm to wait for 40 minutes for Ira to tell me they don’t have my part. I was never notified another part needed to be order. Instead he said I don’t know why you weren’t called it’s not my department and the part was sold the same day I made my appointment and I need to pay for the parts upfront which I did. This place is unprofessional, obviously about the money, and not providing good quality customer service. I left two messages for the service department manager Eva because I was told she was in a meeting and she never returned my calls. I feel like I was treated like I did something wrong when the service department didn’t follow through with making sure my part was in. The only person who was apologetic about this whole thing was the cashier. She was very sweet. I will never go back to this dealership after they complete my repair and a lot of the staff walked around with no mask interacting with one another and customers are around.

This was the WORST car experience of my life! I had my car towed to the service department on 1/25/21 and JUST GOT IT BACK TODAY (3/25/21). My main message is DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!My car was supposed to be looked at on a Thursday at 1. Since I hadnt heard from anyone at 4, I texted the number they provided for an update. No response. I then called and texted on Friday. No response. Called again on Saturday and left a message with the receptionist since I wasnt receiving any response from the service department. At this point, I also submitted a complaint to Hyundai Customer Care. They were closed on Sunday. I gave them a chance to respond to my message on Monday, but they never did.Called again on Tuesday and once again, they did not answer. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. My call was transferred and the manager assured me she would handle the situation. I promptly received a call from someone in the service department (mind you, this is 5 days later and the only reasons I got a call to let me know what was wrong with my car is because I had to contact a manager!).He told me that I needed a new engine (which I already knew because I had my car checked out at another shop first and then towed to the dealership when I realized it needed a new engine). I told him I already knew this and asked if this was going to be covered by the extended warranty because of the piston slap issue that resulted in a class action lawsuit. He told me that this didnt apply to my model of car and I corrected him and told him that Id read all about it. He checked again and realized that I was right. He said Hyundai would want him to take the engine apart to figure out what was causing the issue so he would start on that and it should take a couple days. I heard back from Hyundai Customer Care around this time and they gave me a case number and told me someone would be reaching out within 5 business days (I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A CALL FROM THEM!!).Several days/maybe a week goes by and I finally get an unprompted call from the service department. Apparently the person who was working on my car was no longer with the department because he was so bad. This new person told me that they needed me to sign some paperwork verifying that I was the original owner of the car so that Hyundai would cover the cost of the engine. I told them that I was not the original owner and, at that point, found out that the original person I was working with filled out all of the paperwork using the information of the original owner of the car. This meant that THE WHOLE PROCESS HAD TO START OVER!The new guy filled out and re-submitted the paperwork. I called in periodically for updates and he kept telling me that he hadnt heard back from Hyundai about whether it was approved. At this point, I called Hyundai Customer Care again to complain/see if they could speed up the process/ask why I hadnt been contacted by anyone. They informed me that their computer system had been down for about 5 days so they couldnt pull up my information, but they documented my concerns and said that they would reach out to my assigned customer care rep when the systems were back up (but they had no idea when that would be). They said the computer system being down was also the reason the dealership probably had not received the approval.Some more time went by and I got another call from the service department telling me they were finally able to get the engine replacement approved by Hyundai, but some of the parts they needed were on back order and they werent sure when they would be in. I called to check in a couple more times as I hadnt received an update. I finally got the call today that my car was ready! When I got in, I noticed that all the change and a gift card that were in the console were missing. If it wasnt one thing, it was another. Im so glad this horrible experience is over. I wonder if anyone from Hyundai Customer Care will ever reach out to me. Its been a very long 5 business days...

Ive had a terrible car buying experience here. DJ was a great salesman and very kind, but everyone else I encountered was a disappointment. I felt completely snowed by the finance team - they pushed and pushed and pushed me to put a very small down payment instead of the larger amount that I wanted to pay.Now, almost three months after my purchase I STILL dont have the title info and the BMV has no record of receiving paperwork from Bob Rohrman Indy Hyundai. Ive contacted their offices by phone at least three times in April to make sure this is getting done, but at this point Ive gone straight to the legal team with the BMV and IN Gov. This has been a disaster. I dont even want to vehicle anymore because of all of the stress that this caused.**Update as requested by Joe GarryThat is dated four days after my temp plates expired and I wasn’t notified that this was taken care of. The last I was told around 4/13 via phone call was that I would be notified when it was approved because your team was running late on getting it to the BMV. As of 5/3 the BMV could not find record of this being submitted when I reached out.Thankfully, I can finally put this awful experience behind me.

The Hyundai Service Department at this location on East Washington doesnt understand customer service nor customer care. Customers are waiting in the service area & do not get acknowledged by employees (Ira) and or by other staff members but decide to keep their eyes glued to their computers as customers are waiting. I voiced my questions regarding the service that was going to take place for my vehicle, but little to no explanation was given. Also, I was brushed off when i told them i smelled smoke coming from my from engine & they acted as if i was delusional. I asked if they could let me know what was causing the burning/smoke scent (my service was for a re call) instead I was in the service area for 3 hours for an hour long job, with no explanation. I left Hyundai feeling unsafe not only for my life but for my little one who rides with me in my vehicle and felt extremely confused by the service that took place. I was hoping to upgrade and maybe trade my vehicle, but due to the service provided or lack there of, I am highly unlikely to ever come back to this place. I do not recommend this place for service.

Edit: This place has somehow went completely downhill. I drop my car off a week ago to get the wheels and tires repaired. Ira, in the service department made no effort whatsoever to work towards fixing this problem. In fact while my car was in the shop one of the technicians smashed the door in and when I confronted them about it they tried to blame it on someone else, then when it was brought to Ira’s attention he simply stated he would take pictures and the technician admitted it was his fault and they would likely pay. No apology was ever given. Fast forward a week and 2 days later, my tires and wheels aren’t fixed and my car door is still smashed in and I can’t get a call back from the service manager. This is disgraceful. If this is how you treat customers, I can’t see you being in business much longer.1 year prior: This place is hands down the best dealership. They have helped me deal with a nightmare of a problem (4 wheels needing replaced + new tires) and made it so easy on me. The service department is 10/10. Kyle went out of his way to deal with my warranty company and a wheel repair shop to make sure my wheels could be replaced through the warranty. He also made sure I had a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. Everywhere else that has dealt with my wheels has taken weeks and left me carless, but not this place. They have kept me updated on every step along the way. I will be purchasing my next vehicle here, will continue to service my vehicle here and would recommend them to everyone! My boyfriend dropped off his car last week for service. Upon picking it up this morning, he realized that service employees had stolen a Northface jacket and his loose change, maybe $20 worth. When he confronted the service department, he was told that they do not hold employees accountable for theft when customers leave items in the vehicles. Unless you plan to take absolutely everything from your vehicle, do not trust the service department at this dealership. They will steal your belongings.
