Take it to Bill’s and know that ALL the parameters will be gone over throughly and your vehicle will track perfectly straight down the road. All my alignments will be done here from now on!

I had an oil leak at the top of my engine so I took it to Bills because 3 different people told me he was honest and they wouldnt go anywhere else. So now I wont go anywhere else. I wish I would have found him sooner.

I love going to Bill. Hes fair, and he tells it to you straight. He doesnt tack on this little charges or try to sell you on things. He tells you what needs fixed and by when. Especially as a female owning a car, hes never taken advantage of that, as some others would attempt to pull a fast one on me. Hes really great. Been going to him for about 4-5 years now.

Brought my car in for an alignment. I thought I needed both the front end and rear end aligned based on the tire wear and pulling to one side on my car but after measuring the specs it turned out I only needed the front end aligned. However after the alignment the car still pulled to one side. Bill blamed the tires. I rotated them myself and found that it still pulled to the same side. Upon further inspection I found that one of my struts was blown. Thankfully it was covered under warranty by Tire Central and Service of College Park because they had previously replaced it. They replaced the strut under warranty and fixed the alignment issue as well by installing an adjustment kit free of charge.Pros:1. Ive read some reviews where Bills goes way over estimates but from my experience it doesnt seem like he does unnecessary things to rip you off. I thought I needed a 4 wheel alignment but they only did the front 2.Cons:1. The road into the shop needs work.2. Asked for but not receive a print out of the alignment specs before and after. Please see the picture of the one I got from Tire Central and Service.3. Based on the alignment specs after I got the struts replaced it seems like they were out of spec after the alignment from Bills. However keep in mind that replacement of suspension components can alter the alignment. Problem is the alignment was out of spec on the side of the strut that was not blown. I wouldve expected the side that had the blown strut to be out of spec.4. Bill missed the blown strut that I ended up diagnosing myself.

Impressed with their integrity, honesty, and helpfulness! I was in the area from out of town looking at a used minivan. It didnt drive straight so I wanted to know if there were damaged parts or just needed an alignment. Bill put the van in quickly on zero notice. He said basic alignment / suspension check for $40, full check for $80. I said give it the full check. They came back with a few specific minor issues but overall good vehicle, they said. Then he charged me way under the quoted price. If lived nearby I definitely would try them out for more service!

I was away from home on active duty in the Army and my high school daughter had a car problem that I would normally figure out and deal with. She took her car to Bills and they did a great job repairing her car at a very fair price. I actually thought the car was probably done (its an older, high-mileage kid car). But they got it back up and running like a champ and I couldnt be happier with the quality of work or the price. -Sean

I came to this place of business earlier in the year and got work done. I was pleased! I called back after I had trouble with the vehicle, and the price of the work LITERALLY DOUBLED!! I was appalled! I THOUGHT I had found a good place with good work, nice employees,and reasonable prices. Boy was I wrong... Im taking my truck elsewhere.

The guys at Bills are the only people I trust with my cars. They are straight-up folks, do business in a trustworthy manner, and know how to fix cars - the bottom line. Rarely do I need to take one back to correct anything.

Wish i could give 0 starsBill told me to bring in my vehicle to change the fuel filter on a 1989. It was rusted on and i couldnt get it off. After 6 days of having my car he said GM didnt make the fuel line anymore and i should just buy a different car. Had to tow it away at my expense.Car x did all the work a week later for 600 dollars. So hard to find a good mechanic but this guy isnt it.

I came to this shop to support local businesses in my area. I called and got an appointment for an alignment. When I arrived Bill said they were running alittle bit behind and hour after hour he kept telling me they were just about to pull my car in and get it done. Well.....2 1/2hrs later they finally did. I did not appreciate Bill leading me on. Maybe I caught them on a bad day IDK but make sure and ask how long your work is going to take if your going to wait and hold them to it. After the alignment I noticed on my recipet that there were some problems with a strut mount and Bill did not discuss anything with me having me sign and pay, that just didnt seem to transparent to me. Everything else about the place was decent.

I got a quote of 40% the final cost. It was all standard work, so no surprises in labor (only 1 hr work). $180 quote became 430 when I picked it up. It may have been an honest misstatement on their part (as opposed to deception), either way they only gave me $30 off my now over $400 Hill.

This location is not open the picture and location off Rockville are not correct and are misleading.

Bill has done a great job with my vehicles over the years. Fair prices and good work on small or large jobs.

You always want to take care of your car I go to someone I trust been going there for years. Especially if your gm the use of ac Delco parts is a plus for me.
