Not sure if there is only one Hartford office for Indianapolis, but if so, these people are intransigent crooks. Do not buy their insurance! A family member of mine was injured in a car accident with substantial, demonstrable lingering pain and discomfort. Hartford refuses to pay out anything other than medical bills and an insultingly small percentage for P&S (not a multiple, but a very small percentage of bills). As a potential client, you open yourself up to the possibility of a lawsuit (which could lead to a verdict that exceeds your limits, and comes out of your own pocket) because your insurance company is too cheap to find a fair and honest remedy from the outset. No one should expose themselves to that kind of financial risk! Stay away!!!
