Chilis has always been a real good clean friendly wonderful place to go in eat the food is fresh and hot the servers are very nice the atmosphere was a great place to be out again having dinner with our family Chilis were showing signs if they cared about our safety they were wearing masks and they were wearing gloves and that showed me that they were truly caring about my safety and the food that I was going to eat that was served from the kitchen was delicious, if youre hungry go to Chilis its a great place to eat go get you some.

Worst customer service in the history of mankind💯💯💯

I was hit by one of Safecos drivers. It took them 7 weeks to determine my car was a total loss and make me an offer. They have not once answered any of my calls, I was constantly waiting for someone to call me back (either a couple days later or late at night). Their agent was rude as they tried to put fault on me despite the police report putting full responsibility on their driver. Since I was made an offer (left on my voicemail) I have still not talked to anyone in person despite calling over a dozen times. I have not been payed any money but they are still taking away the rental Ive been driving today.

Tried to get claim status was transferred to three different people then left in someones voicemail. This process wasted twenty minutes and now I still have no information. Awful customer service.

Had a wonderful experience, and management was GREAT! I am ready to go back..

The insurance is to damn high.

My partner (Beau Peavler) was hit by a safeco driver over 3.5 months ago and we still have NO resolution!! He had just purchased the Mustang had it for a week when it was backed into in a parking lot. The backend of the vehicle has cosmetic and mechanical damage which safeco is dragging to cover! The agent handling his case Brittany Korycki ignores phone calls and messages it took him over 2 weeks to get ahold of her to see when the inspector was coming out to look at the vehicle only to find out they did last week!! He needs a supervisor to call him immediately this is beyond unacceptable!!!
