Taylor was great, I called to get everything finalized because I have a pretty lengthy driving record but it was easy and by far the cheapest company if you have issues anywhere else come here they got me in for 293 when everyone else was quoting 400-600 a month !

You get what you pay for. Its affordable insurance. They start constantly calling your phone even a week before the bill is due which quite ANNOYING. They call leave a voicemail and send an automated text! Ugh!!

Worse insurance, I’ve ever had in my life, I’d give 0 stars if able . Make sure if you pay in full to have a written document stating when you paid. Also if you have to carry sr22, they cancel your plan without notifying you and you’ll get a letter from bvm stating your drivers license are revoked and suspended again not even the week of my payment due date, very stressful and is suggest not going through this company. Has been a complete waste of time, time wasting and exhausting dealing with for months regardless of how many times I’ve called about the same issues.

I would like to meet and talk with Kenya.. as I am having a horrible experience with the company, I was hit by one of their drivers and Randall and Ramone have gave me the run around and lied to me so many time, said they were sending me a check to take to the shop and take my car, now I cant drive my car it pulls to the left, and the steering wheel pulls to the right. As I was stopped waiting to turn into a parking spot the other driver backs out right into my end bumper and back tire. Never looked back, I felt my car move to the right my backend... turned around and he was into my car. I have not had a way to work, pick up my child from work, I dont want the check not hard up for a dollar, I make more than the said they were sending, now I have to get my insurance company involved to repair my car and sue the Client of American Access. When its time to take care of they will drop the ball and if its your fault you will be left in the dark to figure it out. They will duck and dodge have you on hold for 45 mind plus, then you get a VM... and a gang of lies and suffling of blame and nothing is being done correctly and professionally with this company. Highly Pissed...
