Recently, I purchased my first Auto Insurance policy and decided to work with the AOG Group, I was very nervous about this experience and had a ton of questions.I was able to speak with both the AOG Group owner, Denette, as well as a representative, Elizabeth. Both representatives (owner/rep) were amazing! They spent time going over everything with me, answering every question I had - it was clear they wanted me to fully understand everything before I officially signed up. I never felt pressure to add on something that I did not think was necessary for my personal situation, I was just given facts, options, and time to ask questions and make a decision I was happy with.If I could rate this group with more than 5 stars I would. They have been responsive via phone, text message, and email. I even had to file my first claim and Elizabeth called me directly to make sure I was comfortable with what I was doing – they are always happy to help.

They are always super friendly and helpful when we call. They always make the process smooth and painless for us. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable insurance company!

Great Experience. Great insurance

After being with the same insurance company for over 20 years, I recently switched to Allstate, AOG Group. AOG Group representative, and my Agent, Elizabeth Gubbins was extremely helpful in assisting me while I was making the decision to change. Elizabeth was available to answer any questions I had and was extremely patient as I navigated making the change. Allstate has a lot of coverage options and Elizabeth took the time to explain anything I needed help with, as well as taking the time to explain the advantages of having various coverages which I was not familiar with, as they were not available (or not presented to me) with the previous company. The price of the coverage was better than my previous company, and was competitive with other “popular” commercialized insurance companies. Even if the cost is more than other companies, I would strongly encourage someone to seriously consider the AOG Group, as the individual attention received from your personal agent is worth the expense, in my experience.

Liz has been absolutely amazing. We had the worst most complicated buying/selling situation switching houses and she was a dream come true. So blessed that we had her as our agent during this crazy stressful period

I was shopping for a new Insurance Company and met Thomas Englert who worked with me to quote our home, auto, and umbrella policy. I was so pleased with the quotes, coverage and service that I left my current Insurance Company that we had been with for over 25 years! The policy coverages are much better and the premiums were half of what were were paying! The transition was seamless as Thomas explained the process and guided us each step of the way!

I am 64 years old and this agency has by far been the best experience I have had with an insurance company. They assisted me with auto and renters insurance and investment counseling and management. I truly felt like part of the family and could not be happier with my choice! They made “adulting” fun even at my age! I switched from an online group because I missed the human touch and found the best!

Recently was involved in a major car accident and the service that both AOG and AllState have provided have been wonderful. The online claim filing was very easy and within a couple of hours I was called by a claims agent on a Saturday afternoon to discuss the accident details. She had already arranged for a rental car and had the body shop lined up as well.

We just switched to Allstate a few months ago after having been with Liberty Mutual for years. Not only did they save us money on our premiums we received a check for safe driving! When my check didn’t arrive I spoke with Elizabeth who got right on it and had a new check sent out to me. Even better, she reached out to me a couple of weeks later to make sure we received it and to make sure we were safe and healthy.
