Terrible place my second employer wrote my starting date wrong on my application and they told me I could redo it after I redo it about a month later I go check in on my app and the same person told me they canceled it and I need to find a different apartment place.Edit: they took my 50$ Holding deposit and keep telling me they are gonna review and contact me later but still haven’t gotten back I’ve called like 4 times now

They very rarely answer the phones or return calls. We finally got a hold of them and they told us they had some open units in the size we needed, but wouldnt take applications unless they were dropped off in person.A few days later, tried calling the office a couple more times before going in to drop the app off that I printed from their website, but no answer once again. So my family and I drove 5 hours only to be told immediately that they didnt have any available units any time soon.Edit for the reply: The denial was based on nothing. I did not even submit an application before they said no. Unless seeing me in a t-shirt, pants and a jacket is proof of income. I walked in, said I wanted to apply, then they said they had nothing.

Very horrible place to live in💯💯

They stole a 50$ money order from me. The manager gone say it was an era. And it’s been over a month. They haven’t contacted me I had to keep calling them. And til this day they still haven’t gave me my money back.

They were supposed to give me my $50 money order back almost 2 months ago and every time I call I get the run around . The office was in a rush to collect it from me but doesn’t want to give it back . IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE...DONT . they act like they resolve things but sweep it under the rug

Would not recommend living here. Parking lot is always full of trash and too many reports of gunshots. Simple fix would be security cameras but that will never happen.

Washington Pointe Apartment is the most wonderful place to live at beside the noise outside at nights but other then that this is a great place to live I have lived here for 1 year and I have enjoy the time here I really like the fact that there is a swimming pool. Washington Pointe Apartment also has friendly staff and workers Thank you Washington Pointe Apartment for being so friendly and nice to us

Very dangerous environment for a family to live in.

It would be very nice, from one office professional to another, if the leasing office would answer the phone or return a message for once.

Okay apartments, could but more rules into place to stop the violence and racism that some times go on. Hope they straighten up so lost more people can see this place as a nice place to live.Also lots of children and teenagers who act like they own the place, so if you dont like loudness or bratty children. This might not be the place for you. But apartments are nice on the inside.

I have mold all in my apartment the windows underneath the carpet the walls && they still haven’t came out and did nothing I’ve only been here since January 27th this is sad and it’s been a month they’re very bad on answering phones I hate it here I can’t wait until my lease is up

Revised from two years ago:Not a good experience with these apartments ..I thought when I moved in it was a good place to raise a family....Not ...It is to many kids and teenagers....with no supervision...They are beautiful apartments .If you dont mind the mold problems....I just moved !! Yay for me..My lease was up in October I moved a month early because I couldnt do it any longer... Oh and I waited two years for them to get me a dish washer and come to find out I wasnt the only one waiting.....on something that they are suppose to supply.$900 a month is to much money to be dealing with mold and dealing with things just not working....smdh

Their maintenance does a very good job. 5 stars for maintenance.

If you dont like to deal with alot of noise, I wouldnt advise. Yeah the property is ok (until the kids trash the buildings)and apartment living space is spacious but I cant wait to relocate from over here. The kids are unsupervised and do whatever the hell they want and The office staff is low key rude. Although its near shopping and restaurants its still not even worth it. Yeah they sit in a good area, but the wrong crowd of ppl

I am currently living here but not for long this is the most horrible place to live. The so called Office does not care about any of their residents if you call to make a complaint they just say you guys just need to get along I have called the Office a bunch of time about the neighbor downstairs from me about her banging on the ceiling all the time and nothing has been done about it. I am not about to raise my 4 almost 5 year old in this apartment I have had enough of all the bullshit with this apartment complex I am done... On May or June of this year my cousin was shot in the left eye and had to have surgery to repair it and then when he went to the doctor on August 10th we found out he has to have the eye remove cause the left eye is dying there is no way of fixing his eye.... I have also had a bunch of people try breaking into my apartment when I told the office about they said Keep Your Door Locked My family and I dont feel safe here anymore I am packing my stuff and I am getting the hell out of this no good discriminating place if someone ask me if I would recommand people to this apartment complex my answer will be HELL TO THE NO.... Do yourself a favor and dont even bother checking this place out I am not saying this to scare people I am saying this to save you the trouble from going through what I have been through since I been here. When I have company come to my house they get a feeling that they are being watched by the workers I should be allow to have people come to my house and feel like they are being watch. The only way you can deal with this is let my family out of their lease

Upon moving in make sure you do your check off my mother refrigerator was taped up.....and the noise, fights and the office staff can be rude oh yeah if you staying in the back of the apartment prepare for a walk to the dumpster because they only have one oh yeah the cable takes 3 months to set up and you got to get there cable....my opinion its not worth the money they are asking

There was a shooting today. 1 dead, 1 serious condition and others shot. Seems super.
