I had to move my daughter out of a 1 bdrm apt in Charlotte to Indian Trail. Rob was very on point with all of my needs. He was in constant comunication with me. He offered to provide boxes and packing services if we needed it. I didnt really have a firm date for the move and he was very flexible and fit us into his schedule seamlessly. The 2 guys showed up with the truck, came up to survey the apt and asked about parking. As an aside, I was an Operations Manager for a large national mover so I know when someone is a professional mover. I knew immediately that the lead, Julian, knew what he was doing, when I walked into the bedroom and he had wrapped all the dressers w/blankets and had wrapped plastic around them to protect them. He also wrapped all of my daughters glass table tops and wall art. I was further impressed when he used straps inside the truck to secure all of the furniture to prevent damage during transport. Julian and his helper were very professional, had great communication skills and worked at a pace/speed that would make most people quit. Julian has 12yrs of experience and it really showed. We were extremely happy with the service and will use them again. Highly recommended.

The owner didn’t go by the quality of good service to make things easy and resolve any issue. The owner didn’t assimilate moving is difficult. The owner Disassemble the bed nodes without putting the bed/ everything back, and lost them. He requested me to go back to Lowe’s because for sure they have them but they didn’t, waisting my time, over charge me, and brought me extra 3 people to help him unloading one bedroom included one bed, a dresser, 2TV, office tape, kitchen tape, chairs, and boxes. He was complaining about moving things, did not pick up my couple trees which we approved in this service, and I had extra things loaded in my car. He picked up wrong items that I didn’t request and charge me $917. He went for a break to eat, brought me extra people for house cleaning to a new clean area. The bed left without putting things back as it suppose to be.Everybody leave their job and work movers so you can play golf?! Not happy with the service.

Rob and company moved my wife and I from our old house..into storage and then moved us out of storage into our new home. His prices were incredibly fair with NO hidden charges or add ons. His workers were incredible and courteous. This company did a great job...A plus all the way!!!!

The REAL Greater Charlotte movers company is FANTASTIC!! I cannot recommend this company enough. It was my second time personally hiring movers and I was very impressed with their timing, professionalism, speed, and care with my belongings.They sent a 3 man crew; Bill, Clint and John who were right on time and were extremely professional throughout the very long move from Charlotte, North Carolina to Palm Beach, Florida.Everything was wrapped secure and tight, they handled my antiques with care. They cared for every item and also paid attention to the clock - they were efficient (when they easily couldve lagged or taken breaks) which saved me a lot of money. Once they got to my new home, they did a walk through asking where everything went and got right to work. We accidentally told them the wrong places a couple times and they were very happy to fix it for us with no complaints. They were very slow and steady going through the door frames and they were very careful with our hard wood floors.Im super grateful to Robert as well who set everything up and took care of me throughout the process. This moving company is number one in my book and I will for sure be giving them a call again on my next move.Thanks for just making it easy! No hidden fees and everything went exactly as you stated. Amazing group of men! Our family was in dire need of a moving company to pack up a family members house that had a stroke and could no longer live in their home. These group of men packed up an entire home - put all in storage - and unpacked him into his new home beautifully. I give this company 5 stars - if there were more I’d give them that too. We just moved from Midland to Indian Trail using this company. They were extremely pleasant and professional. Rob was quick to respond and his estimate was fair. They were very accommodating, considering the lapse between our closing/move in dates and the fact that we had to push the move back a week with only two days notice. The crew was courteous and was very careful with our items. The best part was that they scheduled the move out clean and the carpet cleaners so we didn’t have to coordinate three companies. They even moved our 700lb gun safe no problem. I would definitely recommend them for your move.

We just recently moved to the Charlotte area. Rob and his team showed up on time and began to unload our stuff. The move went very smooth. They carefully wrapped all our personal belongings in the quilt blankets. They worked all day into the night. We even bought them pizza!! & Soda. We would love to use his crew again! My initial thoughts were as others indicated, until... I noticed my recliner was broken, the entire arm that holds the recliner assembly and my china cabinet had the lower trim broken. Nobody said a word to me, I found it after they left. When I mentioned this, I initially heard they would come by the next day to see what they could do. When the next day came and here I am more than a week out, I never heard back even after reaching out multiple times. Unfortunately, while moving during this pandemic wasn’t enough, I now have to replace furniture but I can’t take my small children to any store!

The real greater Charlotte movers were very professional and moved us in a very efficient manner across town. They took extra care with all our furniture. They were very polite and friendly! We highly recommend using them for moving and move out cleaning.

We had a very heavy piano that had to be moved on extremely short notice. He was easy to work with and very punctual keeping me up to date if he was slowed by traffic. He and his employee were very friendly and professional and we would gladly use his services again.

I enjoyed meeting the movers but had several issues with the communication with this company. I had to email several times to confirm that they were even coming. Then, when they were moving us back in to our brand new kitchen, they put a deep scratch in my cabinet. It has to be replaced and cannot be repaired. They will not return my phone calls or emails after repeated attempts. Dont use this company!

I really cant sing their praises enough. Our closing was delayed twice...AFTER the truck was loaded and on the way to our new place. Rob, the owner, had nothing but solutions for us that kept out costs low. The guys, just amazing, always asking if we needed anything and just kept moving. Hopefully we can stay put for awhile, but we will use this company for life if we ever move again. I honestly feel these national companies would have rubbed their hands together and taken us for everything under the same circumstances. The cleaners left our old home completely spotless.

Buyer BEWARE!!!! Rob also on a moving website company too that I used and payed over $2000 for him to make for me and he did but after 6 mth the site is gone and he will not fix the problem and will not return any phone calls or text know.
