I recently scheduled an appointment with CCA Cleaning Solutions. I stayed home from work for the afternoon, and nobody showed up during a 4hr window. They didnt even call to offer an excuse. We called them the next day and they offered to reschedule for the weekend. Once again, nobody showed during that 4hr window. After the 4hr window had expired, I called and they said they were on their way, less than 30 minutes away. 45 minutes later I called again and they insisted that they had never told me they were coming. Cursing at me, the man told me they were still at least 30 minutes away. Despite all this, he still never showed up. I spent the next few weeks having my phone calls and emails not returned and a formal BBB complaint unanswered.This business deceptively displays the BBB logo prominently on their website despite not being accredited (as of 3/31/15). Do yourself a favor and do a quick Google search for CCA Cleaning Solutions. After youve seen those results, the choice to avoid this company should be easy.

Most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with! We recently bought a house and in our current lease we had to get our carpets cleaned. We scheduled it a week prior in which we never received an email or any type of written confirmation, just phone calls confirming. We had a cleaning scheduled between 1-4PM. My partner contacted the company to verify the time they would be arriving and they said it would be closer to 3-4PM. She waited and then contacted them around 4PM and was informed that the prior customer requested further services so it would now be between 5-6PM. She expressed the need for the service and continued to wait. 6PM hit and she tried to contact him again and there was no further answering of the phone. There was no communication the next day either about the miscommunication or no show of the service. Very unprofessional!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Im surprised by previous reviews! I found CCA Cleaning Solutions through Groupon Dec. 2016. They came in a timely manner, we neat, polite and very professional. I believe the technition was a veteran, and he did a phenomenal job. My microfiber couch was destroyed by kids, and he got every single spot out, it was like brand new. I also had an area rug cleaned. Everything was clean and smelled great, I even got a voucher for a free cleaning of a portion of my sectional! Six months later, my kids have once again seemingly ruined my furniture. One call in to CCA, and they were here the next day. Again fast, professional polite, and the results are great! Another freebie, great pricing- I will certainly be a repeat customer. Thank you CCA!

It sucks to write this review when the carpet cleaners who came to my home were actually nice. The issue is the supervisor. I purchased a package that included a free carpet cleaning months ago just to be charged for my cleaning anyway. When I advised the rep that I had purchased the package he advised that he would be charging a 3rd floor cleaning fee which just so happens to be the SAME price as a basic carpet clean. In other words I paid extra last time FOR NOTHING. I have recommended this company to friends and family before but the level of unprofessionalism I received from the SUPERVISOR will never get this company a call from me EVER AGAIN. I’ve paid double for today’s cleaning. DO NOT call this company. STAY away! Spend an extra 10-15$ with a company that values customers…especially returning customers.

Very unprofessional. I explained to them that I needed carpet cleaned as a part of my move out check list. I scheduled cleaning 4 days in advance. I called the day before to make sure they were coming and I got assurance that they were. It became a no call no show. I kept calling them left messages and no one ever called back. Please dont use this company. I hate I tried using them.

DO NOT USE - they soaked my carpets - they looked no better than when they started. Took them over 3.5 hours because they forgot the suction head and hose to extract the water (duh main piece of equipment) OVER CHARGE they up charge you telling you what a great deal they are giving you.They also have the BBB logo on the paperwork yet they are NOT a BBB business.I say again DO NOT USE them

On April 06th, Michael Green came and cleaned my carpet. He was polite and did a wonderful job. There was a few small spots that he cant remove, but he was honest about it and I appreciate that a lot.

Great company! They showed up an hour earlier than expected which was perfect for us. Our carpet looked brand new.

The company sold me a $80 worth cleaning package with a no expiration date. I tried to use it and made an appointment with CCA. Unfortunately, all negative comments are correct. They rescheduled me multiple time and ended up with no calls no show up. If you see Groupon or Living Social deals,DO NOT BUY IT!! This company is totally a fraud. They would make appointments with you. But never show up and call back on the date of the appointment!! Dont waste your money!

I had tried their services because of a Groupon that I had purchased. I have nothing but good things to say about this company! They came exactly when they were scheduled to come, both technicians were very friendly and courteous, and my floors and carpets look good as new again!

DO NOT CALL CCA. They have ruined carpet they came to clean. Made appointments for them to come out and try to resolve and they were a NO SHOW (and I mean no show and no calls and no apologies) at least 2 dozen times). Finally they showed up (2 hours late mind you) and were unable to repair. The guys that showed up said they used too much water and was not fixable). So Eric (after 3 appointments missed and no call, no show and no apologies) finally came and got the carpet saying that his insurance adjuster was requiring he show it to him (couldnt come to my house?) Havent heard from him since. I have call atleast 50 times. We are going to have to head to small claims court. I assure you the savings they offer is NOT worth this headache. I repeat...DO NOT USE CCA Cleaning!!!

I tried this service based on their advertising as a House Cleaner, Carpet Cleaner & Power Washing Company . I will admit we had been looking for a cleaning service for a month so our house may have been a little worse for ware, which is why we gave them two chances. Where to start.First day power wash team, Rang our bell 6 times with questions as odd as how do we turn on water to where, with the last ring I told them if they couldnt complete the job with out further interruptions they could leave.When they did leave our gate was left wide open ( we have pets and they were told to watch the gate) our phone lines had been damaged by the power washing and had to be replaced.Cleaners came No vacuums, no mops and no obvious cleaning products. All they did was wipe surfaces with a dry rag, they sprayed some solution on our marble floor which made it sticky. They did not vacuum the carpet, the stairs or the wood floor. There were crumbs on the counters and the area rugs had not been vacuumedLater that day Carpet Cleaners came and yes it was up sold 174.00 for stairs and deodorant. They asked me if my house had been cleaned as it was still not vacuumed and the kitchen was barely touched. I said yes your crew was here this morning, they called the owner and gave me a free house cleaning ( not really free as I had paid for a house cleaning I did not get ) He could not understand why they had no vacuum, mops or brooms. They cleaned the carpets and honestly they look worse, they were wet for a few days afterwards, He apologized again and they also gave me a free carpet cleaning to be used in the future ( not going to happen) .Last week I got the replacement house cleaning same results, crumbs on counters, sticky floors, it was obviously a quick run through the house. My laundry room was never even swept. All in all a nightmare. Called owner not event o cancel just to request a new cleaning team. He went off on me saying that its me no one else has problems . Extremely Rude and unprofessional. I was not trying to get anything for free, I just wanted what I paid for, 575.00 of cleaning that never really lived up tot he cost. Plus we had to pay Time Warner for Phone Wire repairs. Maybe its us, perhaps we are pigs but I would think twice about this service if only for the owners attitude

Do not get your carpet cleaned by the company. I repeat, do not get your carpet cleaned by this company. They have a tendency to make an appointment, and then never show up. You can never get any one on the phone. I called over 15 times, and left numerous messages. No one ever picks ups. Find another company before it is too late!

I recently got my carpets cleaned with CCA Cleaning Solutions with Mike from Atlanta, GA. He did a wonderful job and was so super friendly. I highly recommend this company!

I had asked for a deep cleaning of my house on July 24th and specifically asked if they provide this service prior to putting my house on the market. I had told Eric about the time sensitivity of the cleaning. He assured me they would take care of it. I had a friend let the cleaning person in and she also checked up on her later. They called me mid-cleaning saying there was mold and I oked to pay extra (I shouldve asked for picture proof). My friend went back when they called to say they were done, but the cleaning person was on the phone and they were not done. On my drive home, Brandy called again saying they were done and the cleaning person had another job and could not stay to walk through the house with me. The house didnt even smell clean when I arrived home. Maybe the counter tops and floor were cleaned in the kitchen. There was still dust everywhere. I have no idea what she did for 6 hours. Also, I payed extra for the windows to be clean and they were not. I understand the house was definitely dirty because we had painters come through prior to cleaning, but that should not be an issue. I tried calling and emailing Eric Coleman with no response for several months. He was always on a business trip. I was told they could not get back to re-clean my house/verify they did not do a good job due to a big job they had at UNCC that week. I had to clean my house myself that night so I could keep with my timeline to sell my house. Therefore, they could not refund me (because they couldnt see it). I would have been fine with just a little bit of money back, but $266.91 is ridiculously expensive for a job not done at all. Do not use them. There are many hard working small business owners who will clean your home cheaper and better than CCA Cleaning Solutions.

NO CALL NO SHOW!! I found this company on Groupon (who I love) I called to verify prices and they said not to even bother getting the Groupon because they can guarantee the same price directly through their company. I set the appointment over a week ago for my home in the Atlanta area for today. They gave me a 4 hour window of when they would be at my home and they said they would call the morning of the appointment to give me a better estimate of when they would arrive. I moved all of the furniture out of our carpeted rooms of our 4500 sqft home so they could clean. I called and left many voicemails and texts messages. They never answered my calls and never showed up!!! This has been the biggest waste of time and energy!

They gave me a 3 hour window, and still didnt come close to it- or even AT ALL. I called the owner so many times and heard nothing back. Got this on groupon- my sister said she had the same problem with a no show carpet cleaner- Im willing to bet its the same people.

They are very unprofessional and dont keep up appointments and the owner hung up on me and too make a long story I wouldnt bother using there services At ALL

TERRIBLE....My carpets are dirtier now than before they came.

They missed my appointment. When I called them they said they were on their way and never showed. When I called them the next morning he couldnt even reschedule me for that day. These are some sorry ass people and should not be in business.
