I recently used Platinum Carpet Cleaning to clean a rug which I want to use in my new home I will be moving to soon provided the rug could be cleaned and restored to its original luster. This rug has been in my current home for over 10 years with smoking, foot traffic and animals coming and going over it. Mike walked me through all the steps that would be taken and was very professional as well as his staff that assisted. Upon return of the rug I have never been so happy as when I saw the rug with the original reds, yellows and teals back to the original colors I remember when I purchased it. Mike went the extra mile to make sure he washed and cleaned the rug several times to remove the aftermath of smoking odors and just general dirt. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them again should I have a need. Staff and the company in general were so professional and a pleasure to do business with. I honestly dont know how this company gets so many positive reviews. I feel bad giving a critical review because the guy who came out to do my service was so incredibly nice and the girl Shania who answers the phone is beyond sweet but I would prefer less friendliness and niceness and to do a better job at their actual service.My carpets look horrible. All my stains have come back full force and WORSE than before and I called about it and all they will do it offer me an additional special service for the spots that are worse that costs more money and they cant guarantee it will even work! Why was it not done correctly and the carpet evaluated properly before cleaning it the first time? The service helped with deodorizing but thats the only thing it did. The stains are all worse and the spots so rampant now that it would be a FORTUNE to do all those spots with their additional special service even if I wanted to. Even spots that were totally gone the first couple days after they left have comeback with a vengeance! And we havent even walked on it with shoes on since having it cleaned.I am too embarrassed to tell people Ive had my carpet professionally cleaned with how awful it looks and the couple people I have told said I should get my money back!Only giving 2 stars because of the extreme niceness of the employees.All in all I should have just used $5 carpet deodorizer and saved the $180+ because mild deodorizing was all they provided.

We used Mikes team to service our dryer vent because it was taking 3 to 4 times as long as normal to dry a load of towels and my husband could see lint collected on the exterior dryer vent. (Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning is fully certified for dryer vent cleaning!) They were very responsive any time I contacted them before and after the cleaning, fit us in the very next day, came on time & gave excellent service. Mike followed up requesting information on how we felt about the service and is very dedicated to providing excellent customer care! We will use them again for any of our cleaning needs!

Our first experience with carpet cleaning and it was great!! Evan & Rodney were fantastic and I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home alone. They were friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Sadly we had a pretty bad paint stain that couldn’t be removed but they really gave it their best and at least it did fade some and soften that area of carpet. All pet stains were removed and the house smelled so fresh and clean. I would highly recommend this company and we do plan on using them again in the future!!

So I will say I had an awesome experience-our dog was peeing on our stairs when we went out of town (we did have a pet sitting service). After we got back we tried everything and decided to call this company. They have a special process to get out the dog urine. We could still somewhat smell it a few days later, so I called Mike and they came back the same day I called (free of charge) and made it right. We got lucky we didn’t have to replace the sub flooring. They are also affordable. I really would recommend them. And they are so friendly! Thanks again for our great service.

We called around to multiple dryer vent companies and there was a vast difference between price and when they could come. We werent quite sure how long our duct system was, nor what the real issue was, so we were nervous to use a company that was going to charge us an arm and a leg for cleaning. Platinum gave us a lower base fee AND were able to come out within days. Our dryer system proved much more difficult than expected and they even called a third person in for an extra set of eyes. We ended up having a large metal piece in our vent system AND our vent comes out on the ROOF, meaning that to properly clean it they had to get on our roof. They were super efficient, timely, kind to my kids, and clear about what they were doing and why. Very, very happy and the best part, for the first time in a year, our dryer is drying clothes again! Even with all the extra work, they only charged us the base fee, which was a godsend with COVID and two appliances breaking in the last two months. Five stars for Mike, Rodney and Evan!

Id call it restoration. We have had a large coffee stain for 2 years in our den. Stanley Steamer, among others had tried several times to remove it, to no avail. we were ready to put a new wall to wall carpet in when Mike said he would like to try to remove the stain. Well, he removed it with no after effect. He saved us hundreds of dollars. He is the ONLY carpet cleaner that I would HIGHLY recommend. If the star rating would go to 10, that would be my rating! He was neat, caring, thorough and extremely professional! I wish we could have all our service companies be as thorough as Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning.

We had our carpets cleaned today and our technician was very fast. I was told it usually takes 1/2 hour per room, but he was done with 5 carpeted rooms in an hour. We had normal traffic stains as well as a few sippy cup spills, and you cant even tell they were there! The carpet looks great!
