Mike Madonna came and cleaned my carpets with his worker guy. They did an awesome job I just didn’t like how often the “owner” mike went out to his van and sat on his phone while the service was being done. I don’t want to take away the good job they did but I didn’t understand why mike was in the hot van on his phone the whole time.

Mike is very knowledgeable, professional and just flat out good at what he does. The whole house looks and smells amazing after hes finished. The system he uses is quite powerful and gets the dirt buried deep in the fibers. Its shocking to see the difference between before and after. I will be calling him back again!

I had Mike Madonna, the owner of the Carpet Guy come out to my home and clean all of my carpets. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the job. I have two dogs and a 1 year old son who are constantly messing up our carpets. My home smelled like dog and I couldn’t get the smell out for the life of me. That was not an issue for him. We have had Mike clean our couch/loveseat twice and this past time they were particularly filthy. We have 2 dogs and 2 small kids and because of covid we’ve all been home a lot more. He took his time to make sure they looked great and even vacuumed up some spots on the surrounding carpet. The cushions went from dirty beige with water spots to white again! In the middle of the night my toilet leaked and I called mike and he responded within the hour. He came and did a really good service. He left humidifiers and checked on the flood a couple times in the last couple days. I would highly recommend mike for any water damage.

Mike Madonna AKA The Carpet Guy is by far the best carpet cleaner I have found in my area. His response time is very quick, and he’s very professional. With his busy schedule he always manages to fit me in somewhere to accommodate me. Him and his team are prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about their services and products. My carpets are always so dirty because of my 2 boxers and he makes them look / smell absolutely brand new.
