Got me in a chair quickly, they do good work here. Much better quality than some other places in the area. A little high in price but worth it because of the quality.

This salon was super clean and well organized. They have great chairs with plenty of space. Those chairs were new and really comfortable. I almost felt asleep on those as the lady gave me drink and hot towel to relax. To be honest, with that reasonable price, this place was perfect.

Extremely kind and hard working! All the women their are so lovely and did a wonderful job! Everyone that has done my nails takes their time to make sure they are perfect. I’ve never had an issue.

Really nice and reasonably priced but last time I went with my sisters they seemed like they were rushing us out and did terrible on all our nails.

Im not sure of any of the bad reviews on here except maybe people werent listening because they asked exactly what I wanted and how long I wanted my nails to be and if I wanted them dipped or artificial and everything and what colors and asked multiple times to clarify. They are so nice and patient and do a great job! Love my spring nails!

Would be better if they didnt rush customers through. I got a full set recently and it took less than an hour from start to finish. A couple of my nails are longer than the others and my acrylic is a little wavy. They are very nice people, but I think they should spend more time on clients, and pay more attention to detail.

The girl that did my 3 year old daughters nails did amazing with her, it was her first time in a nail salon & my daughter LOVES her nails. & the woman that did my nails was so detail oriented, she made sure my nails were perfect. I’m in love with them & will definitely be returning :) UPDATE: here I am not even 2 days later & my nail is cracked, worse part is, it happened from pulling my pants up after using the bathroom….

I went in on 3/12/21; I got Dipped nails and it’s 3/14/21. And 2 different nails already chipped.Thought I would try this place since it was so close to work.

Found my new spot! Very sanitary conditions compared to other nail salons Ive been to (major plus during covid), amazing service and very flexible with nail designs. This is the best quick salon to get in and out as they always do mani and pedi at the same time. All the ladies are great. I highly recommend this location for mani/ pedi!

Just horrible, peeling and chipped not even a day old

Paid for the 40 pedicure she started she did everything listed but never scrubbed my heels or worked on any callouses. I have tried and given many chances forThis place but terrible quality. When I use to get dip or gel they seems to care more bit now that I get just regular manicures and pedicures they act like it is a waste of their time. After many times of trying then I will not return.

I went into this salon to treat myself with a pedicure to calm my anxiety down. They played very peaceful music, the workers were very friendly and explained all the different options and prices to me. They did an amazing job. They got me in right away and gave me the time I needed to get calmed back down. This salon is now my favorite and will continue to go! Highly recommend it!

I always get a dip nail and I have been here 3 times as they take walkins and I have gone in for that reason. All 3 times my nails have cracked and broke too early within a 1 week time period. My nails any other place last way longer up to 3 weeks or more. I work in health care in an office on a computer so there shouldnt be any reason for them to break as I dont work rough with my hands. I found out they use a gel top coat on top of the dip nail along with only doing one layer of dip. They also use a light afterwards which youre not supposed to do with dip nail only gel nail. Please be careful if you chose to go here for dip nails. I spent $45 on them and it was not worth the money. I went to lovely nails in Olathe and got my dip done for $41 and they have lasted very long and feel so much better.

I asked for a manicure and paint and they suggested the dip but did not clean up my nails or clean them up. It looks like a child did my nails. Worst $40 I ever spent! Never go back there again.

Took 3 little girls for manis, the staff was very helpful and attentive, they even did a little design on their nails. The girls were happy with how they turned out. Was pretty cheap too! Only issue one of the girls was told to take her hands out from under the light to early and wasnt completely dry and messed it up as soon as we walked out. Other than that really liked it.

A few days ago, I went to have my nails done. I usually get Katie and she’s the best, but someone else was available this time I went. Unfortunately, I didn’t end up liking my nails. I normally just get the same gel nails each time but she asked me if I wanted coffin shaped nails. I said yes, assuming my real nail was long enough to do this. Unfortunately, she glued fake nails on and then shaped them. I’m pretty soft spoken, so I just sat back and let her do her thing, hoping they’d turn out okay. I went home and never ended up liking them. I went back today and another woman fixed them for me. I told her that I just didn’t end up liking them and would prefer my regular gel polish. No big deal! Totally expected to pay full price for everything and didn’t mind at all. Wasn’t the last lady’s fault, as I never spoke up and told her I didn’t like them. She was just doing her job. Anyway, today, this lady spent an hour perfecting my nails and made sure they were absolutely perfect. Then, she only charged me $15!!!! I couldn’t believe it. So sweet and kind and professional. Of course I tipped well because I fully expected to pay the full price, but they went above and beyond to make sure I loved my nails when I left this time. Love them!

This is a FABULOUS place to get your nails done. They fixed a mess that anotjer nail company did. And they turned out exceptional!! The ladies are so friendly and they have a client for life!! Thank you for fixing the mess!!!

I love Annas Nails. I have been gong there some time now and they always do a great job on my nails and the pedicures are wonderful! They are definitely worth 5 stars!

Very rude, and unprofessional, the woman rippped my nails off very harsh, whispered the word stupid under her breath, I heard it and proceeded to ask her to take the nails off and asked for her name, she would not give me her name, so I will not be returning here, very very very poor service and people

Kate is the best. She is the only one let do my nails. I would go to any shop she works at. I travel over 30 mins to get her and there are several nails shops in my area within 5 minutes. She is the best!!!!

They dont explain anything to you and they dont talk to you this was my first time going to this one and will be my last time and they didnt clean my nieces fingers up after they got polish on them and we did not like our nails afterwards cuz they made ours to to short and not enough stuff on them to make them where they wont come off in a week I will never go back there again.

Got a pedicure did a great job... Was so relaxed did not pay attention to make sure new buffer and nail filer were used. As i looked they were used and not new. Another thing chairs and ppl were not 6 feet apart we were all sitting side by side..Due to Covid19 all nail salons are to use New and not used and 6 feet distance Sorry will not be going back

I have not had my nails done for several years due to bad experience every time. So My daughter suggested here at Anna nails, I am so glad i came, the first lady ( do not know her name ) got a few nails on and Tina finished it off. Tina was amazing she did not hurt me at all, the nails fit on perfectly and no bubbles at all, plus they look so nice and shiny. They have a customer for life.

Very nice staff. Athena was my nail tech. She was very sweet and talked to me the whole time which was nice. The only reason Im giving four out of five is because I noticed they dont use new drill bits on different customers. Other than that the service and the product was great.

Bad experience! My normal nail salon was booked and I really needed my nails done before I went out of town. I figured I would try this place. I asked for my dip powder to be soaked off and then to have white tips with dip powder. The tech filed the top of the dip powder and then took a fake nail tip and started digging under the dip powder to separate it from my real nail! She ripped the entire top layer of my thumb nail off! I asked her to stop but by the time I got the words out of my mouth, she had done the same to my pointer finger and not only ripped off the top layer of my nail but broke/ripped off the tip of my real nail. I got upset and she said don’t worry, I’ll put an acrylic over it instead of apologizing!!!! She was so nonchalant about messing up my real nails. I didn’t let them finish and they didn’t charge me. I left and WILL NEVER go back here.

Used to love coming here, However the past several times Ive came the service has gone downhill. My pedicure takes no more than 15 minutes, and shes barely massaging at all. Extra charge for more than 2 colors on my nails, no thanks

Took.my daughter here today to get her nails done for the first. They were so nice to her. They did such a great job i would highly recomend this place. Her first experience was so good she has been smiling all day.

First time going here and also will be the last. It was going good at first and I had gel polish on before and have never had it taken off before. I didnt realize they have to drill it off so she got a little bit of an attitude I guess because I didnt tell her it was gel. Then she cut me with the drill thingy which I was going to let go until the polish job was terrible and splotchy and when i went to check out and she charged me 5 extra dollars to take off the gel polish that she never mentioned. Wish I could just find a a decent place to go!

I really like my nails when Helen does them. She has done tips with acrylic, and with gels over my natural nails. Every time, Helen has done a great job. She always gets me right in and is very courteous and polite. I will continue to go to Anna Nails.

This was my first time here. I got the my nails done. But the woman who did my nails didnt put on enough powder. You can see my nail through the color and you can see where there is still white because the color isnt there. Not to mention the fact that none of nails match. Some of them are square and some are rounded. Ive already had to file my nails. Great price, but you get what you pay for. She was nice though.

I brought myself and 2 of my girls to get our nails done. We were in and out within 40 minutes and extremely satisfied with our nails. We will be back.

If you love crooked nails this is the place for you!!! They have the amazing ability to turn your nails into what can only resemble a hand fan, even after telling them multiple times the tips they glued on was crooked they continued to put acrylic over them assuring me they would not look like that once they are done. Boy they did not disappoint once my nails were finished they looked even worse, I had to take the file and fix the nails myself. I will not be back here.

This is the only place Ill go to get my nails done or a pedicure. They are very friendly, do a fantastic job and they are reasonably priced.

I went there 2 weeks ago and honestly forgot the name of the shop but finally found it. I asked for a full set(25$) gel(+15$) full color in a coffin type(+5$) if its good and right Im ok with the price no biggie. They close at 730p I got there around 645/650p and asked if theyd have time for me giving them the chance to say no but they said yes and we got to work. The lady would ask me a question and Id start to reply or ask a question and I got a mumble that I couldnt hear well in half English then shed start to talk in her 1st language, ok whatever Ill get over it idk what her day or week were like. Then she used gel....I have a friend who used to do nails and when I explained it to her she let me know I was faked, she didnt use gel i was paying15$ extra for, she used regular acrylic powder with a couple cotes of polish.I wasnt even mad at this point to write but like eh now I know I just wont go there.But now Ive been upset.Not even a week and a half after getting them done one of my nails just pops off in the blue from her barely using any super glue when she put my crooked nails on.Honestly I was so happy coming there this time last year thats why I stopped there on my way to the mall. But now Im pretty irritated i spent 40$ on nails when I couldve gotten exactly what I wanted for 30$.

I got my nails done Sunday and Today I was just tapping them on my kitchen table and one just popped off. Like if I wanted to have them come off in a couple days I would have went to Walmart and pick up at 7 dollar kit. Pissed off😡

This place is a joke, lady that did my pedi and eyebrows, messed up on my eyebrows and she still couldnt see what she messed up on and I refused to walk out with crooked eyebrows, then had the nerves to say ok you fix it to my sister. I give this place 0 stars, never will I go back to this place, ever again! Another lady tried to fix it for the 3rd time, a little better,!!!Sorry, not sorry! 👎👎👎👎👎

Got lashes and brow done here after my regular lady was on vacation... Paid $10 more than my regular place and hated the way the lashes looked. Called 10 minutes after I left to ask how to take them off and was told they were busy now. Left with thin fake lashes with polka dots along my eyelids. 😢
