This place is my not so secret video game go to spot. Their prices will nearly always beat the local game stores, and their selection is much better. Ive found things here Ive never seen at vintage stock. Everyones great here and extremely helpful. They frequently get new inventory, so its worth checking back often.

I tried to call and inquire about selling my gaming pc. They hung up on me and then I attempted to call back 3 times. Still no answer. Very rude customer service and I am disappointed as I would have expected more from such people.

One guy there, nicely greeted. Then once he had my phone (to pull out a broken headphone plug) the store phone rang. He was on the phone the entire time. When he hung up he came back saying it Will require removing the battery about an hour at $80 (or close to that). No thanks and I left. I was hoping to find a mobile phone company that can Fix what I Broke. Have been to a different store with similar service. Ill try the chain one more time.

Awesome staff but DO NOT GET SCREEN REPLACEMENT!!!! I had my past iPhone for three years and it didn’t crack. I finally cracked one and went to get the screen replaced and since have been back two or three times within a short time because I barely dropped my phone and the screen was breaking. Yes it was my fault too but I’v never had this constant issue with my phone breaking until I went to them. I have paid the price of my phone in screens now and still haven’t paid the actual phone off yet.

So happy with the customer service, the prices, the phone quality, and most of all the discounts I received! Definitely recommend this place if you are looking to upgrade your phone for a low price. They also make sure you are set up and ready to go before you leave.

I never have a problem when I go to Re-Cell. They are good and honest people and will do right by you. I had a note 9 that I bought for $500 that I used for about two weeks then I guess the owner of the phone flagged it stolen or something else, I took it in they gave me another phone and paid me back the difference without hassle. Its always a friendly environment and you know you are always going receive quality products with A1 customer service. The Store Manager is awesome and kind. I recommend anyone who needs to get rid of electronics they no longer need or use to go to Re-Cell.

Many fake reviews by their own staff. They did this same thing at their other location. Employees are doing much of their own reviews to boost rating. Just look at how many reviews have numerous photos of the inside of the store and all the merchandise. One review has 30+ photos lol. What random customer walks into a store and begins snapping photos of everything in the store, then takes the time to upload them for their review besides NOBODY. Also they will remove all honest negative reviews just as this one will disappear.

I bought a used laptop from Re-cell a couple of months ago. Price was right and customer service was excellent. Yesterday the touchscreen stopped working. I couldnt find instructions online so I took it in and they figured it out in about 3 minutes. This is now my go-to computer store!

Seriously people? Duo core windows vista and windows 7 era laptops outdated by 10 years for $125-$200?? Twice Ive gone here and its always these prices for way outdated computers. I got lucky doing a Yahoo search and found a place in Lees Summit, Mo. called KC Best Computer Services and Repair and since then Ive bought 10 computers for my offices from them. For the same price range, he can get you name brand business class quad core i5 and i7 computers with plenty of ram and storage. Check them out. I hope this review helps. Thanks.

Love this place for games, and accessories. They have retro consoles and games as well. Compared some items I got here to a place like vintage stock or games top and you will pay less than half. Very reasonable on accessories like cords, controllers, etc

I cant recommend this dude enough. Hes a local guy, so its not going to pad investors. Its going to a family in our town. His selection is great, and prices very reasonable.

Given that it is a used items store, it wasnt all that bad. Really more like a pawn shop than a reseller. The prices were a bit high for the items that they had and other than a greeting when you first walk in, the staff pretty much sits behind the desk. There were several items on the floor that looked as though they should be repaired before they should be sold and they also sell everything through online marketplaces as well. Unfortunately, the prices dont match. A computer listed on Craigslist was at $200 while at Barry steam computer in the store was $225

They were great! My phone was dropping calls often and not sending or receiving text messages. I went to the AT&T Store first to have my phone checked out. After AT&T couldnt help me I tried ReCell and they fixed the issue with my phone within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend their services.

I dropped a phone off Saturday, 8/18 to get the charging port repaired. I was told they had to order the part and it would take 4 days to get it. I called today 8/27 to check on the status and was informed that they have not received the part. I then asked a time frame or estimate when they can expect it so my phone could be repaired only to be told they didnt know. The guy obviously frustrated with me questioning him told me I can just come pick my phone up. This location is bad for business. Ive not had any issues with the Lees Summit location however I will gladly take my business elsewhere!

My daughter broke her screen on her moto x pure. I checked several other competitors and they wanted $215+ to repair. Tax and all about $165 here. Quoted 3-4 days to repair, and fixed in 2 days. Works flawlessly, and I am very happy with results and customer service. I would very much recommend this business to anyone.
