Fair prices and very helpful staff

Went to get my husbands screen fixed and it worked a for a couple days but after that the screen started going black in some spots and now won’t work at all. I’m so disappointed because this place had good reviews. Screen is coming detached and everything.

My go to place for mobile device fix and accessories. Very friendly staff and good business practice. I have never had to complaint about anything I bought from there. People have to understand that when you buy an aftermarket screen, panel may not be identical to the original one, therefore it is jot fair to take stars for that. Keep it up!

I came to replace a screen on iPhone 7 that was completely black. Was told it was not a phone issue and screen replacement would fix the problem. I got my phone back looking good but noticed shortly after the touch calibration was off. By the next day the screen was malfunctioning constantly lines running through and black spots on. I brought it in to see what happened and was told I dropped my phone. I have been using a different phone, the one I am currently writing this review on. I would not recommend this place, I chose it because the other place I called quoted $40 more.

I was looking to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed and I stumbled across The Fix so I went down there and they had amazing service and I was happy that it is a actual store not a stand like most other places in the mall then I got my phone fixed and everything went well. I asked if I still got water resistance and they said no I was like ok what ever then I look at the screen and the color was a little off but whatever then I realized my 3D Touch worked whenever it wanted to and I would have to put a lot of pressure on it to work but overall 4 out of 5 if anything goes wrong you have 90 days to get a refund

I had a very decent experience in the Fix. Associates were super friendly and fixed my iphone 7’s screen while i was shopping in the mall. I felt obliged to give 5 star to them as it will help others to use the services rendered by the fix.

My daughter saved and paid $110 to replace a cracked screen on her phone. She left happy. Within 2 days, the bottom of the screen was popping out of the case and then a single stress crack formed across the screen about 1 inch up from the bottom. She went back in at next earliest opportunity (2 days after finding the crack) to get it corrected. The manager was rude, sarcastic and dismissive and would not fix it. He was rolling his eyes and slamming his fist on the counter. He tried to blame her even though there were no impact sights or any sign of the phone being dropped. I went back in with her the following week at my earliest possible convenience and spoke with the same manager. He was nicer this time but still refused to stand behind their work/product. After I pointed out there was no sign of impact, the screen was popping off of the bottom of the phone, and there was now a stress crack, he agreed to replace it for the cost of the screen...another $50. No! You won’t be getting any more of our money. We will throw another $60 with that $50 he wanted and let someone fix it properly. Even the little kiosk in the mall offered a $30 day warranty. Please be careful if you choose to allow them to work on your phone.

Lovely store, they had all the service i need!my apple watch was broken, i went apple store they ask $299.00 to fix it, but it was to expensive, so i decide shop around and finally stop by here ! The store manager took care of me he fixed 25 mins my watch and half price of apple store offered me) thank you guys i will keep bringing you more customers!

I liked these positive people at the store. They are so friendly and know what they are doing. Also the cheapest place i could fins so far.

I got a water damage phone and Apple Store told me that I should get new phone for $499 since they dont fix water damaged phones. Then i found there by chance when walking in the mall and this guys quickly made a diagnose for free and fixed my water damage phone in 30 mins. He charged me only $65 with the new screen. Now phone works and looks brand new Insanity is real. I appreciate the small guy for being honest and fixing my phone. Thank God sent me here. 🙏 Definitely will comeback to buy another phone case.

I had my phone screen fixed two times. These guys are super polite and understood the problem and fixed it right there and then at a reasonable price.

Had my screen repaired because it was cracked (but still completely usable). They replaced it but now the speakers and microphone stopped working. I had to get a new phone the following week.

I payed $55 dollars for my phone to be fixed, within 48 hours the screen broke again. As far as I can remember I do not ever recall dropping the phone or recognizing when it broke, however it is as simple as i was on the phone using it and listening to music, put it in my pocket, and the next time i take it out the phone screen is fractured and this time the touch screen unusable. They told me at this location they would not fix it because its not under the warranty, thus requiring another 45 dollars to fix it, given they gave me a discount to make it cheaper. I told them I would not because its very obvious that the material the screens they use are made of is terrible.. Given how broken my last screen was and how durable it still was in its cracked state, I find it incredibly hard to believe that their screens are not terrible and that on top of how damaged it was before being fixed, never had an issue with the touch screen. Whether them taking the phone apart or them having terrible material is true, its true that you run an incredible risk that this busness will not support you with if your phone screen breaks even within 5 minutes of walking out the door. I seriously recommend considering how much your money is worth to you before partaking in business here as from my perspective you take a big risk by giving them your trust and money. I personally will not be getting my phone fixed here again with the 45 dollar price tag after the discount because Im under the impression that even if I did get my phone fixed a second time it will just break within hours of it being fixed the first time you actually do drop it because of how brittle the screens are, let alone w/e actually causes it to break. Lots of 1 star reviews lately on top of all this, not a coincidence in my mind, there are better places to do business without a doubt. they say they follow same rules as the apple store but they fail to realize they are not the apple store, they are a mom and pop store with terrible PR, in my opinion.

To ask if they would be able to repair my lgv30 and was greeted with rude and unknowledgeable people on top of which the prices of the repairs are ridiculously high

Store does not take responsibility for damaging a device when they fix it. Do not take your devices here. If there is a problem they hide behind the counter.

Not very kind when I went in there. Was quick to fix which was nice but I was originally told when I called that it was 99.99 and I got there and was told it was 109 and then with tax it was 119. Crazy. On top of that my screen glitches all the time and it didn’t even do that before. Sometimes my keyboard doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating.

I didnt like the assistant but the service is good. Fixed my iphone 6 pluss screen. Looks like new one.

Then they told me to wait 2 more weeks to fix and fortunately I found TheFix in indepence centermall.25 mins and less than 1/2 the price AND gave me a discount and 90 days quarantee for my battery !Totally will come back !!Thanks

Came in here to get my screen replaced, afterwards the screen had a blue tint, my sensors didn’t work anymore making it impossible for phone calls without pushing buttons, and my home button will spasm everytime I touch it and it takes 5 minutes to get to my home screen because of this. I went in and he count fix it. I asked for my old cracked screen back and a refund and he refused to give one. So now I have a cracked screen, messed up sensors, and a damaged home button and out 110$. Just get your phone replaced at Apple if you have an iPhone.

I loved it. Very cheap but the only thing I didnt like was how I paid an extra $10 for a screen protector on my Iphone and when it cracked, it still cracked my actual phone screen. I called back and asked what to do about it and they have no warranties on them which they didnt notify me about or else i wouldnt have paid extra for the fugazy screen protector. LOL other than that, i recommend getting your phone fixed here if you arent trying to pay a fortune or waiting too long.

Would give a fat 0 if possible. Dont waste your time and money here they dont have a return warranty for any of the cheap electronics they have, just buy off of Amazon at least you can return something for your money back anywhere else.
